What do you like best about the product?
I generally use Canva for making and editing my YouTube videos and creating beautiful thumbnails, logos, and banners. I love the variety of templates and assets that are available, which help me make amazing videos easily. The simple and easy-to-understand layout stands out compared to other video editing platforms. With Canva's premium features, I have access to a good amount of resources for my projects or videos. Using Canva has enhanced my creativity, allowing me to make cool videos, and my YouTube channel has received many views, thanks to the powerful thumbnails I create with Canva. The initial setup was the smoothest and easiest, which is one of the things I like most about Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if they could also give more variety of resources for free plan users because most of the resources are for premium users only. The most impressive and beautiful templates are all reserved for premium users, they should at least give some nice variety for free users also so that more people can use Canva more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva provides a variety of templates and assets that are easy to use, enhancing my creativity and helping my YouTube channel gain more views with attractive thumbnails.

I find Canva to be user-friendly and easy to use, which makes it really appealing. I use it every day for all my creations. It's capable of doing so much, and I haven't even discovered all it can do yet. The initial setup was seamless, and it helps me save time and fill in creative blocks when I'm creating ads and posts for social media. It helps me create posts that are intriguing for my viewers.

It's just my own knowledge. I need to learn how to use it more. As it's capable of doing so much more than the basic things I use it for.

I find it incredibly valuable because no other tool offers powerful editing features like Canva, and it's free. The templates are a game changer for me, giving so many ways to be creative. I really appreciate the image and text insertion features with customizable fonts and sizes. It acts as my last-minute tool because I can easily fix errors without having to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like background remover or eraser which are premium features should be made free. Canva should improve their AI. The way of finding the tools was a bit complex.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva has almost all the basic multimedia features needed by both beginner designers and more intermediate ones. In addition, it is easy to use and easy to teach as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the difference in how to do things on Canva vs PowerPoint can be a bit vexing (wherein PowerPoint has a slight advantage in UI/UX), but the amount of customization you can do on Canva circumvents this pitfall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it simpler for our non-design focused department to create design that is at par with our design departments. This allows us to ensure brand consistency when creating training materials for both internal use cases as well as external use cases.
