Effortless Professional Designs, Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes it incredibly simple to produce clean, professional-looking designs without requiring any specialized skills. I appreciate the drag-and-drop interface, which allows you to quickly put together anything you need, whether it's flyers, presentations, logos, or social media posts. The ability to instantly resize your work and maintain a consistent design across various formats is also very convenient. For our team, it saves a significant amount of time since we no longer have to rely on a designer for every minor update.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Canva can become a bit sluggish, especially when handling larger projects or working with several pages at once. Some features, such as specific fonts or brand tools, are only available with a paid plan, which can be frustrating if you only need them every now and then. Additionally, organizing files can get a bit chaotic once you accumulate many designs, unless you consistently manage your folders. These aren't major issues, but they are minor annoyances that can add up over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva enables us to produce materials with a consistent look, even without a dedicated design team. We rely on it for creating quick graphics, presentations, event materials, and social media posts, which helps us maintain a cohesive brand appearance. Previously, we either had to wait for someone else to handle the design work or ended up with materials that didn’t match stylistically. With Canva, we can complete projects quickly and update them whenever needed. It’s particularly valuable for collaboration, as multiple team members can work on the same design and make real-time changes together.

What do you like best about the product?
1. A lot of features, apps , templates and fonts can be accessed at one place.
2. It is very easy to use - the UI is well built making it easy for new users to access.
3. Makes design process quickers, by providing elements readily available.
4. The resizing and exporting in various sizes any creative is another great feature of Canva.
5. Canva's AI is reaching next level, with features like background remover, generator and so on.
6. Subscription is very affordable than other tool of same genre.
7. Can be used in any device.
8. Collaboration feature of canva is another best thing, and comes in very handy in team work.
Have been using canva on daily basis and never has it ever betrayed me. Best app for designers. Great customer support (canva team keeps user posted about the same and resolves it very soon)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving problems like no design expertise is needed to create high-end aesthetic creatives/imagery. The drag and drop features makes work very fast. With the help of brand kit, brand can stay consistent to it's brand language. Designs can be accessed from any device. Helps team to work together, which is, collaborate, edit and comment all at the same time.
Friendly Interface and Complete Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva has a lot of elements and animations. I can generate images with AI, and it also helps me improve my texts. Additionally, there are many pre-designed templates that I can customize or use as they are. I found the initial setup extremely easy because the interface is very user-friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. For me, it is perfect just as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me make business cards, create flyers, and edit some videos. I generally use it to make social media posts and both digital and print advertising. I also create infoproducts with this software, such as documents containing patterns that I sell online.

I love how intuitive and beginner-friendly Canva is. The prebuilt templates save me a huge amount of time and let me create polished, professional designs quickly. Whether I’m building curriculum materials, creating flyers and brochures, or putting together animated presentations, Canva gives me a clean starting point and helps me deliver high-quality work fast. That combination of simplicity and creative power is what I appreciate most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s hard to find the right app or plugin inside Canva. There are so many options, and the names don’t always match what I’m searching for, so it takes extra time to locate the tool I need. Having clearer, more consistent naming or categorize apps, an easier way to search by function would make the experience much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva takes the stress out of designing by giving me an intuitive platform with ready-made templates, animations, and tools that are easy to customize. Instead of spending hours building everything from scratch, I can create polished, professional designs in minutes. It helps me finish tasks ahead of schedule, stay consistent across projects, and deliver high-quality work without needing heavy design software every time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the entire site. As someone who works in the tech and AI industry and is also a senior college student, I find Canva extremely user-friendly, especially when creating posters for meetings. It's perfect for tasks like recruitment and scheduling. One of my favorite features is the AI tool that helps me build designs from a single prompt—it saves me hours of work. I've even recommended it to my professor, and now the whole class uses it for presentations about our work and welcome back slides, which is pretty funny. The background eraser is also fantastic; you can easily remove the background from your photos and replace it with a clean, white backdrop, making it ideal for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and more. If I could, I'd give them a 1000 out of 10!

The site and app have improved a lot. I don't think anything else is needed.

I love Canva's user-friendly ease, especially compared to other software. Its intuitiveness is great because I don't need lessons to use it. The help section is easy to use, and it integrates with other design apps, which is super handy. I have more flexibility and creativity when coming up with a new presentation, and the design templates are useful for getting ideas. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

Locating where I can add page numbers to a presentation has always been hidden. I wish it was more obvious. A larger variety of templates across different sectors would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva phases out most of not all of the work of designs and is useful for us who don't have the time to all. It is an opportunity for entrepreneurs who need to grow their businesses faster and it is this very vital tool and an enhancer.
What do you dislike about the product?
This down side of its AI aided outcomes is that it produces inaccurate products like names not being spelt correctly and symbols and letters being derived from nowhere.

I like that Canva is easy to use and has a clean interface. The wide variety of free templates is great, and the drag-and-drop feature is very useful. It saves me money because I don't have to pay anyone for video creation or photo editing. I also appreciate that it was very easy to set up and use. I switched from Adobe because Canva offers more free templates and more features in comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are locked for pro users which is paid. Sometimes it lags while performing large or complex tasks. Make the subscription price low so more people are able to afford it. Optimization of the app and solve lag issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
A minor issue I faced was when working on a scrapbook project in Canva. After selecting my main image, as I attempted to add a new design element, my primary image would suddenly vanish or disappear from the canvas. Since it was my first time using the feature, it wasn't a major disruption, but I'll be more vigilant in the future and provide more specific feedback if I encounter further technical problems.
