It’s a good initiative and a good platform for employees .
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access for us, useful platforms to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's delayed most of the time, and cash payment is not available, it would be great if we could convert our points to cash and utilise it else where .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us from going to different place and choosing stuffs instead lets us choose lot of things from one place.
Need to fix the bugs.

There are many options to convert the points to purchase many things.

It gets stuck while converting points to card or adding to online shopping sites.

it helps us to purchase goods from multiple platforms, saves time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
An excellent platform to appreciate your peers, seniors and people with who you work daily. Whether the achievements are small or big, appreciation always boosts morale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more awards on Empuls. Or an option to give customized Rewards. After a certain amount of time, the awards become repetitive. To make the engagements more fruitful, it would be better if some awards were kept constant while allowing the user to make their version of the award.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an incredible way to appreciate my peers for their achievements. Thank my colleagues for the help that they offer, and to express gratitude to seniors who are constantly helping you improve.

If I want to redeem something on weekend it's not possible it's very difficult to purchase form xoxo on weekend

There were some problems with not having a registered account, but I could still log in via provided affiliate link. Which caused some trouble but support is provided, so it's okay now. Very good

Nothing so far, honestly but, I was a little sad when Amazon Egift cards were out of inventory and I had to go about choosing another option

Various options to choose from, especially the uniqueness of options available for online shopping and smooth transaction.

Sometimes due to technical issues transactions might fail or delay but it is quickly resolve after raising a ticket.
