What do you like best about the product?
Appreciating each other in a very insightful manner. Make strong relationships with peers and managers for a good working environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet. It seems very interesting to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the work-from-home culture, no one knows where our efforts and hard work are going. Empulse tracks it very intensively and provides the result with accurate analytics.

Team work must be included in core values. I did not find it.

All appreciations are recorded and can be checked later on.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is engaging, and the layout is set up correctly. One can find all the features & updates in a single view; as a user, I would recommend things that are available to me in a go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The canned responses added on appreciation are too robotic; we should look at more empathetic texts to make the other person feel more connected to the feedback shared.

A single platform to appreciate your fellow peers- How is it not helping anyone?
One can track the work anniversaries & birthdays of the team members along with appreciation posts together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is easy to use and allows you to easily connect with people, in my case, with people from my work

I haven't found anything to dislike so far.

I don't find it to be a problem, but Empuls helps us to have communication with colleagues from other countries.

This helps to improve employee morale and job satisfaction also Empuls provides a platform for recognizing and rewarding employees, based on their performance, achievements, and contributions. This helps to motivate employees and improve their loyalty to the organization.

Can't seem to figure out the Point's earnings and shopping section, but the rest is fantastic.

Emplus has Made it easy for me to appreciate my teammates on a more visible platform; when an individual sees their appreciation on a platform where everyone is active and available
they feel recognized, for me specifically; this has made the process for appreciation, Team satisfaction and engagement much easier and a positive activity.

Most of the employee names are not listing out due to same name matching error
