User Friendly and Ease of Access
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is friendly and eye-pleasing. Easy to Access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font sizes can be increased at it looks a bit small.

Team recognition, communication, motivation and other aspects of engagement.

The user friendly User interface and the way it helps epployees to get appreciated is very usefull for employee motivation

Nothing as of now. Every thing seems to be good with regards to employee motovation
