I would not really be impressed on xoxo, only thing is the voucher will be getting by e-mail in a short time which is an advantage.

Interface , Accecebility, and Payment redemption options are not too worthy for an ordinary person

I really don't know what is beneficial in xoxo, earlier we used to get a gift card with ICICI or Amazone coupons, and compared to XOXO ICICI Card will be the best I believe, we are using that icici gift card in all our purchases this XOXO point is strictly insisted to purchase only related things

What do you like best about the product?
I had a doubt to use a egift voucher and i raised concern to Cs team and I got a perfect solution in few hours only...That's amazing thing for a customer to get solution on time and in one go...
What do you dislike about the product?
I will suggest, there will be an option to get refund if you have mistakenly purchased a egift voucher of a not willing firm like google play.i think it was google pay but after purchased I see ohhh...it is google play not of google pay.

How to use egift voucher of google play.Actually in google play , they were asking voucher code but by code it was not being added.so I raised a concerned to CS team and gave a quick solution .Cs team suggested just use voucher pin in place of code so it will be added and I performed same and it was added successfully.
Good experience. However challenges exist in some cases. I have been not able to login multiple time

It's a good gifting option which allows the recepient to use stores as per their use. There are technical glitches as well on the website.

Terms & Conitions. If a Adidas coupon is given, it should be applicable on all stores pan india
