Excellent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Nomination and declaration of reward winners. Easy to set up & run surveys. Huge range of options to select from for Digital Cards. All types of appreciation posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be more competitive, especially for small & medium organizations. The user interface can also be improved to make it more acceptable for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to build a culture of appreciation through peer recognition. It is helping in motivating employees with rewards and digital gift cards. Providing notifications for every birthday, work anniversary, and company milestone day.

sometimes home page is getting stuck or not showing updated feeds.

Birthdays of teammates are really we need to know and impuls gives notifications are relly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Establishing a reward system in a startup is not an easy task. For the most part, not having enough idea of how to set up the entire process is one issue that comes up. Xoxoday has helped us tackle that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was pretty good. However, I think the pricing could be reduced a little. It is on the high end for startups that are just starting out yet want to appreciate their employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best parts is that it becomes very easy to establish a reward system in the company that recognizes employees and builds employee retention. Startups can benefit a lot from this.

Good Customer Service and Easy to operate platform
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is speedy and responsive. I got my query solved within an hour of my email. So that is what I liked the most about the platform. The website is easy to use. There are no difficulties operating.
What do you dislike about the product?
So I tried to redeem my Xoxoday voucher and purchased the Flipkart voucher, and the transaction was successful, but I didn't receive the voucher code and secret in my email or SMS. So then I reached out to customer care, and they said there was some technical glitch, and I got my voucher details by SMS and email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it is easy to provide gift vouchers to employees using Xoxoday as they can redeem it to their choice of brand, product or shop rather than providing them with any particular brand or product gift card.
I loved the variety available on the website to redeem the points or purchase anything.

The variety which is offered is awesome and i loved to explore the website with variety of options!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfrotunately i received the Myntra coupon i had ordered the next day while i was expecting it the same time as mentioned on the site. this was only disappointing for me.

The team helped me resolve my query by helping me respond immediately which was satisfying.
Good. But sometime code dose not accepted by the vendor.

We cannot transfer the gift card code from one app to another app.

Xoxoday Plum provides us with access to an impressive selection of gift cards and vouchers in countries around the world, which is incredibly helpful to our business as an employee recognition and rewards software vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xoxoday has grown quickly the past few years and their engineering team is working hard to deliver a great product and user experience. However, from time to time we experience issues with their API or their last-time updates. With that said, their customer service team is excellent and most issues are resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Xoxoday Plum to provide access to gift cards and vouchers in certain markets around the world. Specifically, our users are able to claim rewards through our platform, Qarrot, that are fulfilled by Plum via their PlumPro API.
