Empulse is adding more merchants from various countries to use Reward Points. I like this most for colleague recognition.

few voucher options does not have how to redeem/use (some times with less information need to be update)
so many fast moving voucher/gift card options have been removed from dashboard that is one of the most Pain point at the movement
most of the time customer support response will be very delay espesally when it comes to quesry regards to India Market
some time order (giftcard) delivery wont be done properly, this has to be fix/impliment for smooth opration

Incentivizing to Participants of survey/Panelist who are actively participanting in that will be getting, fulfill their reqirement with in a short span of time, that makes us to be invite them for upcoming surveys
