Very useful for at-a-glance statistics
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to sss the breakdown of my team's statistics - cycle time, unlinked PRs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
PRs can only be linked if the JIRA ticket is in the title or body. I'd like to be able to link PRs after the fact at times

Insights into how teams are working and cost allocation

What do you like best about the product?
At our company we set goals for performance reviews and I am able to leverage Jellyfish metrics to have concrete data and show to my managers the how I am contributing to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult to get to the page that I want, but I think it's just because there is so much you can see within Jellyfish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find metrics to show my performance as a developer.

Jellyfish’s clear visibility into engineering performance and project alignment with business goals is incredibly beneficial. It allows teams to make data-driven decisions and stay on track with their objectives. The platform might have a learning curve for new users, which could slow down initial adoption.

Jellyfish adds the metrics Jira is missing
What do you like best about the product?
Jellyfish gives me visibility into the metrics that matter for my team. These are things that I've laways longed for in Jira, but never found a good way to visualize. Planning and tracking have become much better for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're not leveraging all of the capabilities yet. I guess I wish it was easier for me to discover addiitonal features/capabilities and get them setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jellyfish gives me much better visibility into my team's health/performance/efficiency.
Great visibility for Management and Developers alike
What do you like best about the product?
As per my last update - its still their team; we've recently been working with their support team and the response has been fantastic and it helps us correct some odd data in our Jira to maintain a useful experience.
New features around tracking blockers, pull requests and developer overload have also been great additions.
As we move further into the ai era, the changes delivered to help us assess ai productivity and workload has also been transformative for our apporach and understanding of these tools for our development team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love a full integration with Office 365 - specifically for Outlook/Calendars, it's available for Google Calendar but not for Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key improvement for me is in identifying bottlenecks and communicating with the wider business & management team.
Jellyfish has identified significant process gaps or blockers and makes communicating these blockers much easier than before - the data is clearly structured and tells the story in an easily consumed manner which helps with finding and implementing process fixes.
We're putting together metrics packs to show development workload & performance in a much clearer manner than before and with much less investment in time as well. This leaves me with more time to act as a SME and architect than before which is beneficial both for me as an individual but also for my development team as it reduces their workload.

Easy-to-use dashboards make it simple to keep track of important metrics.

Understanding the metrics is a little time taking.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Jellyfish for the past one year. The level of visibility it provides into our projects and resource allocation is wonderful. Tool helps align our engineering efforts with our company's strategic goals and it is good thing for developers
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much tracking sometimes puts pressure on us developers and I feel stressed.
