What do you like best about the product?
Numerous in-depth dashboards, which offer the possibility to drill down to the sources of the data collected

Sometimes the metrics are not evident, or it is not clear how they are calculated.

Monitor team performance and identify potential for improvements
As a eng team's PM I use Jellyfish occasionally to review stats on progress

The dashboards and different visualizations (i.e. progress bars - per story points or tasks).
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a personal dashboard in the Home tab, it is impossible to look up certain epics (to be starred). When searching for them by title, they do not appear.

Giving me an overview of my team's progress, productivity of each individual, comparison across teams.

The intuitive dashboards make everything so easy to use!

The system has so many features and some of them are not something that my team needs, I'd like an options to hide those features for a cleaner UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Jellyfish provides clear insights about resource allocation and team performance. The integration with Jira and GitHub allows for seamless data aggregation, giving me a comprehensive view of my team’s work without the need for manual tracking.

Steep learning curve for new users, but you will get used to it after few days of active use

Great for Tracking and Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Jellyfish makes it easy to see where engineering efforts are going. The dashboards provide clear insights into team priorities, work breakdown, and progress toward goals. It’s great for transparency and aligning with business objectives.

My only gripe is that some metrics feel more leadership-focused than relevant for day-to-day engineering work, but overall it’s a solid tool for visibility and tracking.

Outstanding integration with Jira and easy-to-read DORA metrics for engineer management. Also, customer support from their team.

Better integration with AWS and Github to reatrieve deployment metrics.

Updated DORA metrics from my team and individual contributors. Accurate velocity.

* Cconfigurations can be a bit cumbersome at times
* No way to generate separate capitalisation reports for different entities in the same organisation

Great intial solution and continuously improving
What do you like best about the product?
They are continuously improving and providing more valuable capabilities. The insights and ease of use is efficient and can be used by a broad range of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it didn't support sprint level timeframes, but that has since been added. Also, richer API integrations would be helpful for mining data within our solutions.
