Efficient in organizing lots of documents
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte allows multiple people the ability to access documents on one platform. It's a great app for storing a lot of various documents and can also be used for planning projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, i haven't found anything i dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte helps with storing various documents completed by many staff members in one location.

My Teams uses it to share the files that are useful to the team.

Definetly to give it a try first to get an overview of it, they would love it.
Great tool for remote work as well as in-office
What do you like best about the product?
The desktop app is fantastic - I prefer using the app to using Egnyte in my browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the desktop app sometimes doesn't work and I have to reinstall it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to pivot to at-home work as soon as COVID-19 hit because we were already using Egnyte. We had been using an in-house server prior to Egntye and we would not have been able to keep our team working without interruption.
Benefits of Egnyte
What do you like best about the product?
I am always made aware when a colleague updates a document, an excel spreadsheet, a resume, etc. that it is now available for anyone in the company to review. It makes the process very easy. I always know when a resume is thoroughly ready to go to a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the program. It's beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know via the Egnyte App that documents are complete, and it saves us time. We do not need to call colleagues to find out "if they have finished a resume for Sam Smith" or finished a research project for a specific client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's a beneficial system - I'd highly recommend it
The Best file sharing and collaboration solution I've used
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to search for files, and the ability to roll back to previous versions (a lifesaver!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing/editing docs in the browser can be slightly wonky, but no biggie because you can just download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with an org of 350+ people can be difficult if it's not organized and easy to access from anywhere in the world and on any device. Egnyte solved this problem for us and now storing, sharing, and finding files with users both inside and outside our org has never been easier.

Being able to use it online or syncing it to my file explorer. Makes it very easy to get around.

I wish there was a better way to share multiple files in a folder besides having a link for each one.

Get it, you wont regret it.
Egnyte is a must have for large file sharing!

I love that I can upload large files and share those files via a password-protected link.

I haven't found anything that I disliked.

I'm able to share large files with password-protection via a secure link. Egynte has also helped me while working remotely. It has enabled me to transfer files via a secure network from one computer to another and thereby enabling me to be more efficient with my work.

Very User friendly.
File storage in the same environment to strengthen remote collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Egnyte is a cloud-based program, it greatly simplifies the work for organizations that have workers scattered in different offices and branches, as is our case and allows a much more efficient collaboration, providing a highly secure environment for sharing files and documents, with a high storage capacity, possibility to adjust permissions and access limitations to users and a synchronization of folders with our computers and mobiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only observation is the user interface; in my opinion,, it should be modernized; otherwise, I am satisfied with its performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte has been helpful to the organization by not letting distance represent a limitation for teamwork and collaboration between colleagues working from different spaces. Through Egnyte we have been able to easily store, share and find files and documents as the need has arisen, it has ultimately solved problems and travel expenses by facilitating collaboration among our remote workgroup.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply perfect for coordinating tasks, storing files of any size and sharing them among colleagues for reviews, or working on them from anywhere easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and simple to understand. You don't have to be a technology expert to learn how the program works. A lot of point and click makes it easy for end users to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike. Sometimes passwords can be a pain but they are necessary at times. Some recipients are unable to receive shared files because of their own security or have their own file sharing software that files will need to be uploaded to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple sharing of legal files with attorney's and adjusters. I don't have to send out a lot of jump drives to share files or numerous emails to adjusters will files attached. It also helps me keep track of the files I have sent on a particular case.

Look no further, it is easy to learn and share. I love it!
