AI Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
File share capabilites and AI. We also like the fact that when we integrate it into our centralized information sysytem we keep all the functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It most likely revolve around my own knowldege as to shat is possible. We are very satisafied with Egnyte.

What do you like best about the product?
The prior versions of files saved on Egnyte helps out when a file becomes corrupt or changed. A life saver to go back on a prior version.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have found no downsides to Egnyte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte provides a stable network that stores all past and present files.
Stable, easy to use and a wonderful cloud storage solution!
What do you like best about the product?
We were hesitant to switch to a cloud-based system as we have a considerable amount of data, however Egnyte has been a fantastic solution for us. The stability and ability to use it anywhere, and on nearly any device is what we like the most about Egnyte. We use it every day. Customer support has been very good, when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more streamlined document/data sharing platform akin to a ShareFile type design. Also, the admin portal is a bit innundating for those of us who aren't IT professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte gives us a great platform to have secure data storage for legal documents and sensitive information.

I don't thnik there anything that i didn't like.
It is challenging especially for the small teams or organization that may not afford to hire IT professional.

Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Transition to onsite server to Egnyte was easy and painless. I was able to migrate share and permissions without any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the new features seem to be web based only. I have users that insist on using the desktop client because they like the mapped drives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to shut down all of my on prem servers. All of my users can connet to the data now from all over the contry without VPNs.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte works in the background and does what it says it is going to do - allows a business to function while sharing data and controlled access to various parties and clients and ability to share directories all the while in a secure framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with Egnyte as it is and do not have any issues. I guess it is a complex set up so maybe I don't use it to its full potential?

Ability to share files and content across the orgnaisation and outside, securely.

That it always works. Security. Back up. Safety. Dependable. In 11 years of using Never let me down.

Nothing. Its a great very handy tool storage system to have.

What do you like best about the product?
With Egnyte, I have a reliable place to store and access all of my work whenever I need it, making it the perfect choice for file sharing. With this service, I can easily sync my files across all my devices and access them from anywhere. When dealing with large amounts of data or collaborating with colleagues, the time saved by quickly and efficiently uploading and downloading files is invaluable. In areas where mobility is critical, the platform's ability to provide access from any device - at home, in the office or on the road - has proven to be a significant benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a few minutes to reload files during pauses, and there are a few areas that need improvement, such as folder security (I can't currently lock folders).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has been using Egnyte as our primary file sharing solution. It allows us to centralize document storage in the cloud and make it available from any device, be it a PC, smartphone, or anything else. When it comes to cross-team collaboration and remote access to critical information, the high level of security for sharing important documents with clients is especially helpful. Incorporating this into your document management strategy gives you peace of mind should you ever need to back up or recover information that you have accidentally deleted.
