Great way to store and share logins and secrets
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to keep passwords safe. Great features that make my day easier:
- Separate private and shared vault out of the box.
- Can handle two factor authentication codes for extra security.
- Password generation.
- Can be set to use hardware keys for logins on new devices to keep your 1password account secure with basically three different factors needed.
- Easy to handle both private account and work account together.
- Easily customizable since you can add custom data fields to any post.
- Possible to add multiple websites to any post to make it work when the same login is used for multiple domains.
- Possible to access all data offline.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It is possible to structure your data in several different ways - multiple vaults, tagging and using custom data fields are all possibilities. Its worthwhile to read up on how this works. For example, tags work just like folders usually do (plus a bit more) and can be structured in multiple levels. This is a good feature, but not immediately obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1password enables fast logins and safe sharing of secrets within the team. In combination with some good policies I believe that it helps us keep the company safe. It avoids the risk that various API keys are shared in an unsafe way.
My best change of habit ever.
What do you like best about the product?
I feel confident that my passwords and credentials aren't leaked out when services get hacked. It was a sudden change of habit to not give my passwords to any services, but instead let 1password securely vault a unique password for each service, with integrated 2FA
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy-pasting and password searching takes a while to get used to. Filling in the forms for a new login is filled with possible options, but often only a few are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us granularly control which staff have access to shared services, ensuring that there are no accidental security breaches on the individual level with users using their "leaked" password on a company-connected service. It also seamlessly offers the possibility of securing my personal credentials alongside of it.
Worthwhile though has some issues
What do you like best about the product?
That for the most part, I only have to remember one main password.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't transfer in cleanly into my latest iPhone. When I open it there it says I'm not authorized. But I can access the passwords by going to one of the labels. But I cannot add passwords to former groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does help to quickly log in to various sites without having to search for or memorize numerous passwords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time. There is a learning curve.
The best password manager what i ever used. Awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI, very simple, userfriendly applications
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, I can’t say anything negative about the app, even my family loves it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage my password, server accounts
Works as it should!
What do you like best about the product?
My company has a lot of different websites that we need shared access to, and 1Password allows us to keep all of these passwords in an easy to access and safe location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any major dislikes about 1Password, if anything the design could be a bit sleeker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that 1Password solves is simply allowing us to keep our passwords and shared access organized in a single place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None.
Great app, for storing confidential information!
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient application, there are applications for Mac, iPhone. You can generate passwords, save passport data or other confidential data. The application itself has a nice design. Cool
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser extension, it's made a little awkward. I mean the new extension. It sometimes overlaps with the fields you fill out on the site. And it gets in the way. But it's more of a bug, and it can be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and convenient filling of confidential data. Security and reliability. Also a nice interface and good support service. I also liked the new version v8. I recommend it
Very good and safe system! Recommended if you have lots of accounts, and information for encryption!
What do you like best about the product?
Safe, and very good UX and UI. Very good customer service, and a fair price. Recommended! With lots of information, a super place to store all information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy on the emails ;) Its nice to hear from you, but no need to email a lot :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Encryption, and not the least alle items in a safe place stored the right way.
Getting better and better
What do you like best about the product?
Integration and flexibility across different systems, like MacOS and Android, browser integration along with automatization for saving the data,
What do you dislike about the product?
Specific ideas do not work. Eg. Chrome proposals or in app proposals on Android do not work as intended. Can be cumbersome to get the right info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized between the private account and business with different teams and projects.
Ease and Security
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can keep all important info in one secure space, and share between my devices. Passwords, of course, but also 'just in case' info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. Love the secure feeling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy on-the-go access to important apps (like banking), that I don't access very often - but when I need them, I need them!
The best way to never think about passwords again
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly experience that helps make passwords easy, but also so easy to be secure. Having inbuilt 2fa really helps convince people who are not security conscious to make the change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup and moving from something like google password manager can be messy. This is however the fault of Google and Keychains style of operating, which doesn't allow people to actually leave their platform without physically removing each saved item bit by bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing risk by having visibility on how each user is tracking with their security. It also provides a more teach rather than show approach to help with the actual education of passwords.
