Robust Password Management with a Few Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that 1Password has a great interface and it works really well. I also like that the team is great, and I expect a password management software to have a very capable team and responsible company structure, which I believe 1Password has.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Google Chrome sometimes, or really a lot of times, is broken and requires several password entries to unlock. This also has to do with the frequency of updates of the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps us avoid using the same password for different services, boosting our cybersecurity and securing customer accounts. It has a great interface and works really well.

In some instances it fails to load although this is not alarming and doesn't happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is keeping all of my log in data secure and a click away. Especially with customer examples I'd like to demo to prospects.
Streamlined Password Management with 1Password
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to store everything from addresses to passport details and key documents, and having them readily available on both the web portal and mobile app is great. It's super convenient for reviewing or applying for things since I can easily access everything on my phone. I love how the integration for authentication is smooth, so I don't need another app for OTPs. 1Password feels light and not heavy like other password managers, and it's just smooth and convenient to use. The family sharing feature gives peace of mind knowing that shared and private information is secure. The Chrome extensions and Windows application are snappy and well-integrated with a clean, easy-to-read user interface. I also find it incredible how well it integrates with Chrome and the mobile application, and the ability to use fingerprint access for easy unlocking makes it very convenient. Migration from Notepad to 1Password was seamless, and overall, the setup has been smooth with no problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still trying to figure out how the authentication works seamlessly. I've been able to set it up for a few, but maybe it's a provider issue from the other authenticators which may not be compatible with 1Password yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password to store info like addresses and passport details, accessible via web and app. Its integration for authentication is great, saving me from using another app for OTPs. The user interface is convenient, and my family can share passwords securely.
Strong Security Meets Convenience Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Its strong security + convenience combination — it generates, stores, and autofills complex passwords across all devices while keeping everything protected with end-to-end encryption.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything in particular that I would emphasize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password addresses the issue of weak, reused, and difficult-to-manage passwords by securely storing my logins and generating strong, unique credentials for each account, while keeping other sensitive information protected in a single encrypted vault. For me, this means better overall security, less time spent signing in thanks to autofill and smoother logins, and a lower risk of breaches or phishing attempts—without the hassle of trying to remember dozens of different passwords.

1Password Family Plan Makes Sharing Passwords and Secrets Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I have to say that one of the things that I really like about 1Password is the family package because with that I'm able to store even in multiple volts all my secrets, passwords that need to be shared with with my wife, accounts for my kids...
Everything everything goes inside 1Password and allows me to really simplify the sharing of critical information in my family.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well honestly I'm not sure about if there is something that I is like from this application. It's really good performant easily reachable even on mobiles because they have standalone applications.
I mean they have to keep the secrets around where where they save your information and so on but at the end of the day I I've been a subscriber for multiple years and I've always been satisfied with that.

Before I used to keep all my password in a Drive Sheet file, I think I've said even too much
Fast Sync, Easy to Use, and Great Cross-Platform Support
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of record syncing between devices, ease of use and of both the browser extension and the desktop app. The integrations with other applications and systems for alerting, login, and interoperability. The support for API, and CLI use, which allows for automation and keeping credentials secure. The cross-platform support it provides, from Chrome-OS, to Windows, to Linux, and macOS. The ability to support multiple accounts and the very reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
For most SCIM integrations, you need to run your own 1Password SCIM Bridge.
Injecting a password into text using typing, like Keeper does, rather than using paste. This limits it's ability to fill out credentials if using a remote system that does not support copy/paste.

Seamless High-Security Password Management with an Intuitive Browser Extension
What do you like best about the product?
As a freelance SEO specialist and writer, my "office" is entirely digital, and my security needs are complex. What I love most about 1Password is the seamless balance between high-level security and user accessibility. The browser extension is incredibly intuitive, allowing me to switch between personal vaults and client-specific credentials without missing a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup for advanced features, like integrating with specific IAM infrastructures or setting up complex vault permissions, can have a slight learning curve for non-technical users. However, their documentation is excellent, and once it's configured, it runs flawlessly in the background.

It solves the massive headache of password fatigue by allowing me to maintain high-level security protocols without slowing down my creative workflow. The real benefit is the peace of mind it provides my clients; they know their company data is protected by enterprise-grade encryption while I’m working on their sites. Beyond just storage, the platform gives me total visibility into my security posture through detailed reporting, allowing me to be proactive about potential threats or weak links before they become issues. As I mentor other writers and scale my business, the ability to share specific vaults securely ensures that I can collaborate with a team without ever having to expose master passwords, making my entire operation more professional and significantly more secure.
