Would Be Even Better with Smoother Figma Wireframe Imports
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on existing products/platforms. Good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had an issue pulling from Figma wireframe screens - would be nice to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily putting together a step by step demo.
Intuitive, Fast Creation with Strong Support and Polished Walkthroughs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is and also the speed of creation. From what I see so far, the customer support is strong. I am doing a free training today and appreciate that. The walkthroughs appear polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is intuitive but I am still struggling to get up to speed. I appreciate the training today but what would be best is one-on-one live support to walk me through my first creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In marketing, getting demos approved, planned, organized and budgeted has been a challenge. With Navattic, we can skip the multiple steps and put the creation in the hands of marketing professionals who know the product and the customer needs with less "hoops" to jump through. With click throughs, our customers can now access interactive tours right when the product comes out. Marketing can offer this resource now as part of the product release without having to wait on processes across departments.
Easy, Intuitive Demos
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Navattic makes it to build demos. It’s super intuitive, and I’m consistently surprised by how lightweight (in a good way) the whole creation flow feels. We were able to turn empty states in our product into interactive demos, and that immediately opened up new opportunities for upsell. I’ve also been really impressed with their customer-facing teams; they always bring best-practice data into our calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more native integrations with other tools where I can track and score based on demo engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Telling the story of our tool in a more dynamic, digestible way. Also, getting people excited about our tool before request a personalized demo.
Intuitive, Fast Interactive Demos That Showcase Real User Flows
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Navattic is how easy it makes it to create interactive product demos that actually reflect real user flows. It’s intuitive, fast to set up, and incredibly useful for product marketing and sales teams who want to showcase value without requiring a live demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is that customizing more complex demo flows or interactions can sometimes feel restrictive. While it’s very easy to get started, more advanced use cases could benefit from additional flexibility and deeper customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us showcase our product in a much more scalable and engaging way. Instead of relying only on live demos, we can create interactive experiences that let prospects explore the product on their own while still guiding them through the key value points. This saves time for our sales team, improves product understanding earlier in the funnel, and makes it easier to communicate complex features in a clear and structured way.
Navattic Transformed Our Demo Library—Easy to Build, Find, and Share
What do you like best about the product?
The Navattic platform has been a game changer for our demo capabilities. Before implementing Navattic, we had demos scattered across multiple systems, along with ad-hoc recordings of meetings where a demo had been shown, and no real centralised way to organise everything or gather feedback. With Navattic, we’ve been able to quickly build a library of demos, that are captured direct from our product platform, they are now easy to locate and review, and—best of all—simple for our salespeople to share with prospects and customers. The Navattic team supporting us in this endeavour has been second to none, from providing tutorials to supporting our needs as we have grown more confident with the Navattic product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see alternate integrations beyond Salesforce, we are now a big user of Microsoft Dyamics and it would be great to have an integration to that that works out of the box. Its also not eay to quickly capture any web page content that is self hosted (ie has a local file reference). This is not a big issue but it would speed things up a little when doing some custom demo work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is really helping us build a platform for creating and sharing demos. It simplifies how we share content about our Customer Experience capabilities in a way that’s interactive, consistent, and easy to reproduce.
Navattic’s Easy Design Interface Packed with Features
What do you like best about the product?
Our favourite quality of navattic would be its easy design interface. When we compared it to rival tools, we found that navattic was not only the easiest, it was also the one with the most features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ai features still need a bit time to mature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using navattic to provide our customers / prospects with interactive demos.
Solid Experience Overall
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is very simple and easy to navigate. It's very minimalistic, without too much information making it feel heavy and difficult to understand. The produced demo can then be added in many different channels, which is great to push product awareness. As a non-engineer, it gives me great ease knowing I can quickly delvier
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow too much customisation for what I want to show, at times. This means that the product walkthroughs are somewhat limited, especially when there's more to a certain feature that we want to show.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us solve the challenge of communicating product value before a sales call. Rather than relying on static screenshots or scheduling live demos, we can offer prospects an interactive, self-guided experience directly on our website. This benefits us by boosting engagement, helping us qualify leads based on demo activity, and shortening sales cycles because buyers already understand the value before they ever speak with sales.
Interactive demos that actually move complex deals forward
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easy to create interactive product demos that help tell a clear product story without requiring a live walkthrough. For enterprise sales cycles where you’re dealing with multiple stakeholders and technical buyers, being able to send a tailored demo experience is extremely valuable.
What I especially like is how flexible the platform is for building guided product tours that highlight specific use cases. Instead of asking prospects to imagine how something works, you can show them a realistic product experience that they can click through on their own time.
The platform is also relatively easy to implement and integrate into marketing and sales workflows. We’ve used Navattic in account-based marketing campaigns, sales follow-ups, and event programs to give prospects a hands-on experience before they ever speak to a solutions engineer.
Overall, it’s been a great way to make complex products easier to understand and accelerate conversations with enterprise buyers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like most demo platforms, there can be a bit of upfront effort required to build a really strong interactive experience, especially if you’re creating multiple tailored demos for different audiences or use cases.
The platform itself is intuitive, but creating the best possible demo flows still requires thoughtful planning around the story you’re trying to tell. Once those templates are created though, it’s easy to reuse and adapt them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps solve a major challenge in enterprise sales: explaining complex products to multiple stakeholders who all have different priorities.
Instead of relying on static screenshots, slide decks, or scheduling multiple live demos, we can send prospects an interactive experience that shows exactly how the product works. This is particularly helpful in account-based marketing campaigns where we want to create more personalized 1:1 buying experiences.
It also helps accelerate early-stage conversations because prospects can explore the product on their own before engaging with the sales team. That means by the time we do have a live conversation, the discussion is much more informed and focused on real use cases.

A User‑Friendly Demo Platform Backed by Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is incredibly intuitive, which made onboarding quick and helped teams across multiple business units adopt it with very little friction. That ease of use has been a major driver of its continued growth internally, as more groups realize how simple it is to implement and start creating demos right away. On top of that, Navattic’s customer support is truly outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us get the most value out of the tool. We have also been impressed by how quickly the platform continues to evolve, with new features being added regularly and more AI capabilities embedded throughout the experience to make demo creation even faster and smarter. The combination of a user‑friendly platform, rapid innovation, and exceptional support has made Navattic one of the easiest and most impactful solutions we have rolled out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Navattic for VM‑based demos can feel limiting because desktop applications rely on Media Captures rather than fully interactive HTML, which makes them inherently less dynamic than web captures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic directly addresses several longstanding friction points in the modern B2B buying process by enabling prospects to experience a product long before a live call, dramatically improving qualification, engagement, and sales velocity. Because these demos replicate the product’s authentic interface using captured HTML and CSS, prospects gain a realistic sense of value, which improves both understanding and conversion potential. Navattic also reduces heavy reliance on sales engineers for repetitive demo prep. The no‑code ease of use helps to enable any rep to spin up controlled, guided demos without technical bottlenecks. Personalization of demos is also significantly easier. Navattic lets us customize demos with dynamic variables and tailored content so that each buyer sees scenarios relevant to their industry, persona, or use case. It becomes simple for reps to share a version of the product that feels uniquely relevant to each prospect, increasing engagement and emotional resonance early in the cycle. Finally, Navattic strengthens GTM motions that support sales, including product marketing, SDR outreach, and customer success, by providing embeddable, interactive demos for websites, email campaigns, touch points, and feature launches.
Workflows Make Our Product Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
Work flows make it easy for our users to learn how to use our product
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more dynamic modal, tooltip placement options - allow anchoring anywhere on screen vs. once you anchor the screen decides if it can go there. It would be easier to pull screens into our flows from a screen vault vs. having to remember which flow used which screens - for example, a screen filing system that we could pre-build then pull from to build the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Navattic for our user Support Hub - we create workflows that help users know how to use our app
