Great experience with awesome team and product!
What do you like best about the product?
One-of-a-kind, slick, intuitive, and versatile solution for product demonstration needs. A knowledgeable, and supportive team that is always eager to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is very well designed and if any improvements are needed (mostly cosmetic), the team jumps on it and delivers results quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage the Navattic tool to create demonstrations and training for our own solution. It is easy to execute and creates a smooth user experience.
Make beautiful demos easily - user-friendly & fun marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Navattic to create a product tour for product features. I like that Navattic is very user-friendly and intuitive. From the first time I used the tool, I was able to create a demo just like I wanted. I also like how easy I can incorporate videos and links to the product tour. Cannot forget about their customer success team, they went through all the features and are always super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about Navattic so far. One thing is that I cannot move the toggle (can only click) on the demo screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling product demos: Convert leads into prospects from a marketing standpoint. Navattic helped me build interactive demos that lead viewers to the free trial links and get us more meetings.
Incredibly valuable tool
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic opens up so many options to us as a business. It's easy to use and doesn't require creation of content to be limited to our more technical team members. The Navattic team have been responsive, helpful and willing to take on feedback. Our onboarding experience and ongoing relationship with them as a vendor is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some enhancements could increase the usefulness of the tool, but all our current feature requests and concerns are on the roadmap or in consideration, so there have been no show-stoppers yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we investigated Navattic as a platform to allow us to provide controlled, "guard rail" style product demos that our more Sales-focussed team could deliver. However, upon investigating the product further, we've opened this up to include Navattic in our Learning Management Solution, Sales collateral, lead generation and it will soon be added to our website as an additional qualification tool.

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Navattic for a while and are finding it a really useful resource for highlighting the key features of our product. The regular updates are bringing in handy new features all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far we haven't found any downsides to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our customers the ability to move around the product before they have to engage with us, this gives them more confidence that we are the right people to talk to.
Best Tool For Interactive Demos and Walkthroughs
What do you like best about the product?
I vetted several tools before selecting Navattic and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Navattic allows us to showcase our product to prospects as well as train existing customers on new features. Excellent customization options and their support team is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! At the beginning, they did not have a Hubspot integration but they've recently added that which makes reporting much easier for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to showcase how our product solves our customer's painpoints by letting them see inside our product before committing. This has increased our prospect to customer conversion rate and decreased the amount of time before customers find value in our product.
Helpful tool + amazing customer support staff
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Navattic for 9 months now to show off our product. Navattic helps our prospects demo our site on their own, which helps out all of our teams. The customer support staff is also incredible. A special thank you to Alisa for always jumping in to answer questions. I felt VERY supported when making my more complex/extended walk-through! She's the best!

Nothing yet! The tool has been helpful and they continue to add more features rapidly.

It helps prospects view the product before signing up which increases trust with our potential clients.
An excellent tool to make your product come to life to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is intuitive, is quick to learn, and does what it says on the label. Everything is doable by a layperson with no specialist knowledge. The customer success element was also a highlight: the team was ready in a slack channel to help with any questions and got back to us quickly and thoughtfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the toughest part isn't about using Navattic, it's the challenge of aligning everybody internally on the story you're going to tell. What should the product show? What should it focus on? How do we paint the full picture of what the product can do, without making the tour super long? Etc. I found it helpful to outline the whole thing on slides before building in Navattic, that way all the stakeholders could comment with their input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too often in B2B software, website make claims that are completely intangible. They talk about the what and the why, but not the how. Navattic changes that. We used Navattic to provide prospects with a realistic looking and feeling guided tour of our product, so they can actually feel what it's about, instead of just reading and imagining.
Navattic is the absolute BEST
What do you like best about the product?
Both the Navattic platform and people made this truly the best demo-building experience I ever could have asked for. The platform was so easy to use and navigate, not to mention very innovative and intuitive. Randy was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process, providing both insights and best practices along the way. I have built other demos with vendors in the past, and it was a painful process, to say the least. Navattic was truly a breath of fresh air and an enjoyable process end-to-end. Excited to get our new interactive demo out into the world!

They made the demo-building process completely seamless. They provide a very intuitive, easy-to-use platform that allows you to build personalized, interactive demos based on your product, target audience, and industry.
Great Tool for Quick and Easy Interactive Customer Demos
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it was to build out interactive demos. After a quick onboarding session, I was able to create a pretty extensive demo in less than an hour - the hardest part was figuring out the story we wanted to tell. We've also enjoyed our experience working with the Navattic team - they've been responsive and implemented many of our feature requests. Neil was great to work with and was able to provide quick enablement to get me jumpstarted with the tool. I was able to take what he showed me and delivered a presentation to our enablement team on how easy the tool was to configure and use. The Informatica team was able to build off what I presented and uncovered other usages for the tool across our organization including new hire onboarding, product enablement, and providing customers interactive custom demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into a small capture issue early on but the Navattic team was responsive and got it resolved quickly. I was able to provide them screenshots of the bug within the tool and they were able to resolve it very quickly - works great now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product is sophisticated and it's helpful to have guided demos to showcase key workflows in our product to internal sales teams and external prospects so they can learn more about our software. It allows our teams to quickly generate demos on new features we are adding to our platform. We used Navattic to create guided demos for marketing campaigns, internal trainings, and custom demos for customers.
Exactly what we were looking for - easy no code demo
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is. Grabbing screenshots was no problem, nor piecing together the images into a single flow. I loved the ability to retroactively edit html elements on the capture without having to record a new demo. Our demo looks like an actual replica of the app itself

What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot integration could be developed a bit further. It's not the sleekest of executions on the integration and I've had to turn to internal technical support to make sure the zaps are properly syncing with the campaign source and original source. In addition, there is a tradeoff between using a hubspot embedded form and a navattic form with the integration into HS surprisingly requiring the latter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a no code demo without having to turn to our dev team. We will also be using it in the near future for quick customizable demos for our sales team. Excited to see how this performs
