What do you like best about the product?
The product is brilliant, but the team is even better. When you are working at category-defining companies - there is a lot of creativity and brainstorming needed, and the Navattic team is ever present to help. I have used Navattic to send in outbound campaigns and as a testing ground before a pre-plg release.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to point. No bas experience Working really well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating buyers.

A great platform to market your software solution

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great platform that allows the end user to get into a controlled demo environment and walk through the product demo through a controlled flow builder. We use Navattic for very short, consolidated clickable demos for specific features of our software solution. You can also embed hyperlinks, forms, and CTAs to drive new business. Overall, Navattic is a fun, new way to promote your product outside of the traditional marketing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality is limited for instance, keyboard inputs is not supported. Additionally, adding text can only be set to certain areas: center, top right, top left, bottom left, bottom right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is another avenue we use for marketing and lead generation. It gives the end-user a look under the hood of our product without us having allocate human resources to conduct short demos for them. We have configured self guided demos that walk the users through our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic team was so helpful in teaching us how to use their tool. Our customers love the new look of our Interactive Demo!

no downsides that I saw. The team answered all my questions very effieciently!

Allows our customers to view an Interactive Demo before scheduling a Live Demo and get an idea of our features

Game changer for demos/product tours!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use Navattic is! We wanted a way to have fun and interactive demos of our product that give our customers a feel but also is easy for us to update, and Navattic allows for all of that!

When ever I do stumble across an issue, their team is very responsive and willing to take the time to walk my through a solution. They even offered time on their calendars to check in on how our first project was coming along, which we really appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about the product. I do wish they had more options to create tours for a mobile device/app.

One other suggestion I have is allowing the user to customize the size of the tooltips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is allowing use to create impactful and interactive demos for prospects and customers. It will also allow us to easily change the demos if anything in our product changes.

An Incredible interactive software

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to capture screenshots within our software and the ability to then edit the captures to take out any sensitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I would change about Navattic, once you get used to the tool it's amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to show off our software in an interactive format and Navattic is just that! We are able to be more of a self service platform with these demos and that creates stronger first touches.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automatic screen capture (without having to click) is a real timesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't uncovered a downside. I've created multiple externally-focused demos as well as internally-focused training flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for a group of folks who need to provide 'demos' without actually using a live, date-driven system. Ability to do quick 'task-oriented' activity trainings using screens and explanations.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has solved so many cross-departmental challenges for our team with one comprehensive, easy-to-use platform. From telling a better partner story, demoing integrations, or enablement our field teams, Navattic demos have given us an incredibly professional, scalable asset that has saved countless hours across our various teams. #SUPERFAN
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more flexibility around embedding native images throughout the experience. I have also asked about the ability to change text color mid-sentence (for partner co-branding purposes). That to say, both have been acknowledged and added to their product request - a testament to the support we receive and the desire for real-time customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a data company, our asset is best portrayed via integration into other platforms. Navattic gives me a way to build personalized demos of our data in our other platforms, without having to go through security review or request/stand up a sandbox or test account.

Buyers are loving our interactive product demos

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has made it so easy to create interactive product tours. Instead of relying on product videos that are quickly outdated and time-consuming to change, Navattic gives us a way to create an engaging product experience and make changes on the fly.

We just launched a number of new product pages, each with its own embedded Navattic tour. In a market where buyers want to self-educate and get behind the wheel, it's given us a way to make each page more informative and interactive.

The Navattic team has also been amazing. So supportive and quick to respond with help and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing big. We've needed a bit of troubleshooting when trying to capture pages from some apps with awkward code, but Navattic has added features, like Tethering that help solve these issues pretty easily. And their team has been incredibly responsive to help figure those things out quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide a better buying experience for our prospects. Create more product-led web pages and campaigns that allow our customers to try our product and experience new features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to capture recreations of our product that can be edited within Navattic to fit your exact demo needs. That gives it high marks for reusability since I can set up 1 demo environment and create a ton of walkthroughs that seem like they were created in custom environments. This is how I create standard, interactive website demos as well as customer-specific or feature-specific walkthroughs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge list here of things I dislike. The tool is still maturing, but where it's at now is a solid foundation. Like any software, you may encounter bugs but the account team never hesitates to hop on a call or respond within minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating standard demos that are 10 times, maybe even 100 times, more engaging than videos. Not every product is fit for a PLG acquisition strategy, but Navattic helps companies get their solution in the hands of potential users without engineering or dev work.

Great tool for technical product demos

What do you like best about the product?
I design the product tours for Uptycs.com using Navattic and am very happy with it. I have found the software easy to use and the results professional. Self-guided product tours are a great way to bridge the gap between prospects ready to buy and those who want to know more about your product before committing to a sales meeting. The Navattic team is very responsive to questions and provides fantastic customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides. It has been a very useful tool for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uptycs has a complex technological solution that cannot be thoroughly described in an "elevator pitch." Infosec professionals who would use the product want to be able to look inside the box and see the details of how it works and how it can help them in their day-to-day operations. Using Navattic to build product tours is a great way to do this.
