Clever software that makes easy to use interactive product tours

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, features and options currently available and on the roadmap, support guides and how-to product tours, benchmark stats from the State of the Interactive Product Tour, as well as the support from the Navattic team. Any question or concern that came up was quickly addressed.

Equally as easy was the contracting period. We had some initial items we wanted clarity on, as well as adding some additional language and Navattic was great about working with us and showing us how flexible and transparent they could be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Navattic, so far. The software itself works great. Once you get past the small learning curve, it's done what it was meant for and provided good value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more product tours into the hands of more prospects. Letting our product speak for itself and having prospects take a self-guided tour on their own time has been a great way to do it.

Fewer demo calls and more happy customers

What do you like best about the product?
Before we used Navattic our team spend a lot of time schedluing and running 30 minute calls to demo users or prospects different functionality. Now we just make a Navattic demo once and our customer success team can share them with customers immediately to help unblock their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
We flagged it would be helpful to have a better sense of which users are interesting with the demos, and the Navattic team has built out some awesome functionality in this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Customer Success function is hugely levereged from using Navattic. Now our "one off" demonstrations for customers are captured in a way that is repeatedly useful for our customers.

NAVATTIC IS A GAME CHANGER!

What do you like best about the product?
Since adding the Navattic tool, we've been able to streamline custom demos, tutorials, and simulators. Aside from this, the support team is absolutely incredible; their knowledge, responsiveness, and flexibility are second to none. I cannot wait to continue our journey together over the next year!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be that it's a newer company, so some things are still being developed when it comes to functionality; however, with that said, their drive, sense of urgency, and commitment to listen and implement functionality requests are on a level I've never seen before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demos, solution consultant simulators, and enablement. This has benefited us by allowing us to scale across many different teams. We are still in the process of getting the whole company up to speed on best practices so the impact on business will only continue to improve!

Easy to use, product updates come out often

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to create a number of simple click through demos for multiple purposes including internal enablement. Informatica's Experience Lounge is a heavy user of Navattic demos that highlight various features and capabilities of our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is that I don't use it very often (others on my team use it a lot more) so I have to remind myself how to use it each time. Which means I have to talk to someone on my team to get reminders occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I need to show someone how to use a system it is very easy to create a short demo so they get 'hands on' experience. I use it for that reason most often. Others on the team build out really nice demos for enablement purposes and our marketing team has built an experience lounge that has a number of Navattic demos.

Great Support, Great Product, Great Results

What do you like best about the product?
The sales process was low-commitment and the team did an excellent job addressing our questions. The team was great about giving us a trial period to make sure the product could do what we needed. The product is easy to use and very professional looking. Our onboarding was very comprehensive and I appreciated that the Navattic support team shared lots of best practices to get us started. We've recently launched our first tour and are already seeing great results and interaction. We look forward to using Navattic in many more ways in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features we're hoping to see soon like "skip to step" logic and the ability to embed our own Marketo forms within the tour (or domain-blocking options for the native Navattic forms as an alternative). It sounds like these items may be in the roadmap in the future so we're hoping to see them soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users to see more of our product in a controlled environment.

Great tool if you have a small team wanting to do big things.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small, scrappy team, the tools we choose to help us meet our design goals must be easy to use and have excellent customer support. Navattic had all of those and then some. The CS team was a great partner for our project creation and was ready to answer any of our questions. The product itself is great because it's super customizable and cuts down on the time we'd historically spend custom-designing product graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some room to grow on feature offerings, as well as customization of the tooltips and models. Navigating the software was sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small team without the bandwidth to build and animate custom product tours.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is super user-friendly and the ease with which it helps us build demos is simply fantastic. The ability to make changes to captured screens has allowed us to add a whole new dimension to our sales experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to create workspaces for subsections of the team - we have a number of teams using Navattic but because we don't want to clutter the mains, we have advised them to take the demo in their private space but this means they can't coordinate within teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales demo - having a demo automated has made the life of our sales team much simpler as they dont need to coordinate with product for custom demos

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create product tours, how clean the UI is compared to similar tools in the space, and how simple it is to take actual product shots for the tour.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little time to get used to their terminology/how they name parts of their product, the relationships between "guides" and "captures" and when to use each. It gets easier the more you're in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving buyers an inside look at what it's like to use our product and letting them do this at their own pace. Previously, we were using ungated product tour videos. The videos were an excellent first step but weren't interactive enough.

Internally - we needed an easier way to create product tours without forcing us to ask our Sales Engineers for help or rely on the Customer Success team from the previous product we used. It was way too complicated and took too much time for us to create clickable product tours.

What do you like best about the product?
It was by far the easiest onboarding process of any software I've purchased in the past decade.

I also appreciated the time and energy the team committed to our success as we moved off a competitive platform.

Navattic is the first tool we've used that has been stable. The rest of the competitive set were buggy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team felt that the backend of the tool was a bit cumbersom, however, it is clear that they've intentionally built it this way. The complexity allows for scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to build interactive demos of our product and embed them directly into our homepage. It's a great way to show the product without the prospect reaching out to sales.

Enable your prospects to experience your product's value for themselves

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to create a walkthrough showing your product's value with Navattic. It is really intuitive to use as a prospect as well. Their support team is incredible - they really take the time to show you hot to use the product and are always available to help with questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a few more analytical features that made it easier to track how prospects were experiencing the walkthrough and suggestions on how to improve conversion built into the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling prospects to experience our product without having to watch a video, sign up for a demo, or purchase it. Allows them to experience the product for themselves.
