Huge fan of this product and this team, immediate ROI
What do you like best about the product?
- The most frictionless interactive product tour on the market
- The product itself is extremely easy to use and you can go from zero to live demo in 2 weeks
- Team is helpful and easy to work with, from sales to customer success to leadership
- The ROI is high - we generated dozens of declared intent leads in the first month
- The insights and analytics are thorough and easy to interpret and sort/filter.
- The team moves quickly - any issues we had were resolved within a day.

What do you dislike about the product?
- We experienced a few issues with having to re-take screenshots or rewrite certain parts of our product tour because Navattic didn't properly save changes. We told their team and they worked to resolve that quickly though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Navattic solves is that our buyers want to see what our actual product looks like without having to jump on a Zoom call. Navattic allows us to highlight all of the key features of our product right on our website and make our value clear to prospects.
Navvattic is the PREFERRED interactive demo tool & platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic gave our team & departments (including sales, marketing, & client relations); the power and the tools to increase efficiency, customer loyalty, and ultimately ROI for our company. With their user lead platform, our team can easily create tool demos for our SaaS platform for outbound creative and DXE. With Navattic our sales team can host demos without disrupting interfaces, the client relations team can limit their time spent on training with customers, and the marketing team is able to share tool features with the interactive demos. Not only is the product top-notch and extremely user-friendly, but their team is also VERY reliable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing to dislike about Navattic! We did have a learning curve on how to create demos but because the tool is so intuitive it only took us about 30 minutes to figure it all out and publish our first demo!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows our whole team to demo and share our SaaS tool, we can create very specific use cases to board sales demos. Without having to developed faux user accounts or disrupt active dev accounts.

The tool itself alongside a support team that is super collaborative!

There are some nuances in use-cases or specific needs, but overall nothing I dislike.

Helps us be able to have an interactive / accessible / leave behind demo experience that we completely curate (online, at events or via email).

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a powerful tool for multiple teams in my organization. Spinning up a new guide takes very little time. We use it often as a supplement to doing a POC, which has worked well. The team's continuous enhancements to the product each month are always exciting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've used Navattic for almost two years and encountered no significant challenges. For the handful of issues that have popped up over time, the team has always been quick to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removed the dependency on slides and provided an interactive way for our customers to experience our platform. It also offers an alternate solution to conducting a full-blown POC, which can take a lot of time for all parties involved.

Overall, great experienced like if there was a recording option for scenior leadership presentations.

Navattic has been a great tool for multiple teams at our company. We've found it's very impactful for down market sales. We can send interactive, engaging demonstrations to prospects allowing them to qualify themselves and save everyone time. After implementing Navattic, we started to close our first-ever down-market sales without providing a live demonstration. The team has also used Navattic walkthroughs to send to prospects after a live demonstration as a reminder of the key benefits of the solution we just discussed. The feedback we've received after sending out Navattic links has been overwhelmingly positive. Additionally, the Navattic team has been incredible to work with. We always get prompt and thorough answers/resolutions whenever we encounter a question or issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is solving a few problems for us. First, it has been effective in speeding up the sales process for down market sales. Rather than spending weeks scheduling live demonstrations and Q&A sessions, we can now instantly send a personalized Navattic demonstration to these prospects. Additionally, it's a great tool to remind prospects of the key benefits of our solutions. Especially as prospects are evaluating multiple solutions, the ability to send an interactive overview after a live demo has given us an edge and a way to stand out.
Easy to use and responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a guided demo and publishing it to the web or sharing it with a prospect is super easy. The Navattic team is also very responsive to inquiries, suggestions, and requests for help. The usage statistics are also very insightful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike. If I run into something that I can't do, the Navattic team is always quick to provide a solution or review the request as part of their ongoing product improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is acting as a top-of-funnel tool to drive prospect interest. This makes it easier for our Sales and Sales Engineering teams to go into a first meeting with the prospect already familiar with the product.
Navattic has lifted web conversion rates at my last two companies
What do you like best about the product?
For any business user, it is very easy to get started and create an interactive demo from scratch. It's guaranteed to lift conversion. We see web users who watch an interactive demo convert at a 10% rate VS. 3% who don't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics has gotten much better but could always improve. For example, integrating with Heap seamlessly.

It helps prospects quickly determine if your business and product is a fit without having to sign up and spend time setting it up.
Blank slate to live in 90 minutes with a new top converting offer!
What do you like best about the product?
Super fast and easy to use interface. The docs are great, and covered off almost all the use cases we wanted. Their team could help fill in the questions AND they then updated their docs with the same advice.
We heard about Navattic from one of our customers driving insane 3-figure % lift in free trial signups. We've tried gated and ungated product tours and see consistently high engagement. Storyboarding is the hardest part honestly... I went from blank slate to "done" in <90 minutes one morning, then tinkered to get exactly what I wanted.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little awkward connecting analytics and form identification to the backend. Ideally we'd keep a constant session across Google Analytics AND HubSpot form submissions all together. But, I know they're working on making their forms integrations even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can educate our prospective buyers at scale on how the platform works and how they use it.
Great product, great team, quick & easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to get up and running with our product tour very quickly, and once live expand to cover a bunch of different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're using your own forms (e.g. Marketo/Hubspot) you will need to do some more setup on your own side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly set up and scale our demo process and easily let users self-select into whatever use case they are interested in.
