Navattic’s Continuously Improving UX Keeps Getting Better

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Navattic has been quick to refine and update their UX. I've been using the tool for close to three years now and have seen it evolve in positive way for it's users!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any issues with using Navattic, sometimes the Marketo integration has a hard time accurately reporting user views. After installing the JSN script for our website I've seen improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping my team utilize demos for prospects and customers. Before we had a lot of videos of employees talking over a screen recording of the product and now the interactive demo creates a go as you pelase option for viewers.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve genuinely loved working with Navattic. The team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and just great to collaborate with overall. Their product is also refreshingly easy to use, which makes a huge difference day-to-day.

The Magic Editors, in particular, have been a game changer for me—they save so much time and make it effortless to create polished, compelling demos. It’s had a huge impact on getting prospect buy-in and clearly demonstrating the value of what we offer.

Highly recommend Navattic to anyone looking to level up their demo experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered some obstacles in using the platform for our resellers, but we have collaborated with the team to find workarounds and resolve the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is solving the challenge of scaling high-quality product demos across both our internal teams and our reseller network. Before, it was difficult to ensure consistency and efficiency when multiple groups needed to showcase our product.

With Navattic, we’re able to empower our resellers just as effectively as our internal team by giving them easy-to-use, interactive demos that clearly communicate our value. It’s made it much simpler to scale our reseller business, maintain consistency in how we present our product, and ultimately drive stronger engagement and buy-in from prospects.

Beautiful, Interactive Demos Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes building beautiful, interactive demos very easy and user-friendly. No coding or design background needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the screenshots can appear incorrectly, but this is because of the way our product is coded, but Navattic also offers a static screenshot option (instead of using a coded copy of the product screen) so we can easily work around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to upgrade how we display our product on our website while thinking about how we can offer more value to leads who aren't ready for a full live demo experience, and Navattic has solved both for us. It's so easy to build demos, and the AI copy generator gives us a starting point for the copy and saves a ton of time. Any support or technical issues are handled quickly, and everyone we've interacted with at Navattic has been friendly and helpful - down to reviewing our demos for us to share suggestions and best practices before publishing.

Navattic Gives Prospects a Great Self-Paced Taste of Our Product

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a great tool for giving prospects an advance "taste" of our products - whether accessing a quick, self-paced tour from our website or receiving the tour from our Sales team to help them get to know our product and come better prepared with questions during a live demo. The solution has consistently added new features to make building demos faster and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
When building a new tour, screen captures can sometimes be challenging to grab if your products use iframe technology or open new tabs in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyers want to educate themselves on tech they're considering before they engage with our Sales team. Navattic-based product tours are a fantastic way to enable buyers to "test drive" your software as they're researching potential vendors. Product tours also help prospects get more out of a live demo, as they come educated about where they want to see more or have questions. They're also a great, sharable tool to help prospects easily socialize your product with other members of their team during the vendor evaluation process.

Effortless Onboarding Process Creation

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create an Onboarding process, to edit the courses/trainings, and play with them with different options to make them more interactive. I'm currently using it daily to create and edit new onboarding courses. It helps me reach out to multiple customers at once and schedule calls after if needed. This allows me to provide the proper support to our customers and guide them in different areas of our system faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, nothing. It has been super easy to use and understand without a training session
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with constant onboarding calls. I have created an onboarding process easy to follow and understand with a couple of clicks. It has helped me reduce the number of meetings during the day and be able to cover more

Navattic Makes Interactive, Step-by-Step Demos Feel Like the Real UI

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the user experience. It’s very easy to create demos in a clear, step-by-step way, and I especially like that it takes an HTML snapshot of a web page so you can still interact with it and place modals on top. Overall, it feels like you’re actually navigating through the UI of the application you’re demoing, rather than just watching a screen capture. Also, their customer support has been really nice. They came out in person and walked us through the platform. Whenever we need to do new demos for new people on the team, they've been very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Navattic is they make so many updates to their platform, and I only have to come in and create a demo every few months. I have to re-learn the steps a bit, but honestly that's not a bad thing, because it appears they're constantly innovating their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the problem of how to create interactive demos of our very complicated products so that we're not just doing recorded videos, which are difficult to produce and not very engaging. Navattic demos are also great for the show floor at conferences, so you can click through, forward and backwards, with customers in a demo environment to show them the functionality of a product. It's the best thing short of actually walking through the product itself.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and intuitive. Recording screen captures and editing directly within the flow makes it easy to use with little to no instruction or hand-holding.

There's not much to dislike - it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps our product marketing team create more effective interactive demos, which support lead generation for the sales team. It also enables the product team to highlight key features and new releases in a clear, engaging way. Overall, it makes it easier for both internal teams and customers to use these demos externally, while giving sellers a valuable tool for post-demo follow-up to maintain engagement with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a really great tool for our team. I can see it being useful across many departments, but we mainly use it for Marketing and Sales. I especially like that you can personalize a walkthrough experience based on what a customer is interested in. It’s very customizable, and once everything is set up, it’s easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint with Navattic is that it’s white-labeled. We’re on their Growth plan, and we still have to keep “Powered by Navattic” on our walkthrough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Navattic to let potential customers try the software before booking a demo. It’s been really helpful for our sales reps both before and after a demo, since prospects can explore the product on their own and revisit the features they saw during the demo.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a total game changer for how our teams go to market. Even with small teams, it makes it easy to show what our products do, help customers understand them, and influence buying decisions without needing extra engineers or sales support. We use it for everything from getting prospects in the door to onboarding new customers and even explaining upsell opportunities. This has been my second company that I have onboarded and championed it within the organization and as a marketing leader, it is one of my favorite levers to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real challenge is when you try to combine product visuals with other images. Sometimes the layouts aren’t perfectly responsive on all screen sizes. It usually only comes up with more complex demos, and it’s something they’re already working on, so it’s a small issue in the grand scheme of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves a lot of the challenges that come with small teams and limited resources. It helps us move faster, educate customers, and drive adoption and upsells without needing to hire a bunch of extra people. In both of my companies, it has been one of the most powerful tools for improving how the market understands our products and for helping us grow.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very intuitive tool and easy to understand, even for first-time users. The way it captures workflows and records demos is efficient, which makes it simple to create training content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there were a desktop app that we could use to work on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create e-learning training materials for our product’s certification paths.
