Navattic Makes Complex Use Cases Easy to Demo and Share
What do you like best about the product?
We're still fairly new to Navattic, but it's the perfect tool for early use case which is creating and sharing demo of key features to prospects that are in pipeline and that we're helping to build a business case for.
Our use cases are complex; Navattic helps me to make them understandable to my prospects.
The UI makes it simple to quickly build short use case demo, and it performs very well, particularly after the recent changes to the building workflow.
Additional tools such as the genAI capability are welcome and demonstrate a commitment to make life easier for busy sales engineering and customer success teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of it you need to make sure that you commit the time to it. It's unavoidable with most demo platforms - tyou need a lot of time create every bit of content you need. The team are working on areas to speed up time to production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps me to build short focused use case demonstrations for my prospects that illustrate to them how Red Sift helps them to solve their security challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive platform to create interactive demos and product tour that helps in engaging with our B2B prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Language support is great already, but could be improved in terms of how accurate the AI translations are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create interactive demo of the product to be used for Sales enablement and self-onboarding.
Helpful & Customizable Demo Flow
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can take screen captures in navattic by adding in the url I'll be using instead of having to take them and then upload them. This saves me time when creating demos and makes the revision process faster.
I like the new UI upgrades. It's easier to create the full demo flow than before, and I can customize it even more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since the new UI changes, I don't have any real complaints about the product. There's always room to continue to make it more customizable, but I like the current features, and I'm happy with my demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product marketer, it's nice to be able to create a demo that bridges the gap between written technical or marketing assets and a live in-depth demo with an expert. I like that it is interactive so prospects can click through at their own pace and explore as much as they want instead of having to replay video.
No-Brainer for Interactive Product Demos
What do you like best about the product?
A quick and easy way to create a strong, interactive product demo. It’s also simple to build multiple versions of the demo tailored to different audiences.
This has been a great tool for us to show prospects our product, educate them in a way that makes sense to them, and encourage them to book a real demo with us to learn more.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more robust analytics features. I’ve been using this more as a “set it and forget it” tool, so I’m sure there are additional features I could be using and benefiting from that I’m simply not aware of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us educate prospects early in the funnel and showcase our value by giving them a hands-on look at our product before they even talk to Sales. This has improved our landing page conversions and helped us pass higher-quality leads over to Sales, because they’ve already seen how the product works and self-educated before meeting with the team.

Just a great platform, no complaints.
A minor suggestion >> Instead of two options - single step and multi-step edit, the platform can just have a single option covering both.
That said, I’m already used to editing this way, so it’s not an issue for me.

It was overwhelming to create demo videos. Navattic gives me an easy option to create editable and scalable product tours.
I can create demos on my own without depending on others (video creators or designers), which makes my life so easy and less complicated.
Maintaining these tours is no longer a headache.

Easy-to-Create Navattics That Let Prospects Explore on Their Own
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it makes it easy for the prospect to experience the software on their own. They make it very easy to create the Navattics.
The Navattic support team is also very responsive and helpful via chat.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to position the tool tip exactly where I want it. When I'm in the builder it will be in one position but when I go to publish it is in a different position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with our demand gen efforts. Our SDRs are using it to build interest when reaching out to prospects.
Insanely Easy Pipeline Generator That Checks All the Boxes
What do you like best about the product?
Great pipeline generator. And insanely easy to use. It's a no-brainer to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have the option to add some more animations and liveness to my interactive demos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining to prospects what our solution actually does without scaring them off with a sales call or hour long demo recording

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can take captures of actual software screens, not just screenshots. It makes the demo tour feel much more real and interactive. The easy html text editor is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer the old user interface than the more recent one. I also think things like the new AI tour-building features aren't particularly useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is a great option for a softer CTA for users who aren't neccessarily ready to go straight into booking a meeting. It allows us to capture and reach out to users in the consideration phase, and to showcase our product strengths with less commitment from the prospective buyer.
Easy-to-Use Demo Builder with Fast Updates and Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very easy to use, especially with the web capture and easy editing features. It's very convenient that I can blur sensitive information or replace the text of the captured interface very fast. The demo builder is very intuitive, the capabilities are great, and I especially like how often new updates come - Navattic is really fast to notice customer pains and solve them. Customer support is very fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have more capabilities for editing image-based captures. While the web-based capture capability is well-developed, making demos for products that are not web-based is still quite cumbersome. The AI capabilities slow down the performance and can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps me explain the value of a product in a visual and interactive way.
Outstanding Onboarding and Responsive Customer Success Team
What do you like best about the product?
I've been really impressed with Navattic's onboarding and customer success team. Our success rep has been super responsive and detailed and always follows up with answers to my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic is a really dynamic platform, but it's so dynamic that it can be a tricky platform to navigate.

Gives us a way to easily make and update videos about our platform.
