    Low-Touch Approach to High-Intent Lead Generation and Full-Funnel Engagement

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like most about Navattic is how easy it is to give prospects a hands-on experience of the product without requiring a live demo. It allows potential customers to explore key workflows at their own pace, helping them better understand the value of the platform before speaking with sales.

    From a marketing perspective, it has become an important part of our demand generation strategy. We use tours across paid campaigns, website pages, email nurtures, and content initiatives to drive engagement and generate high-intent leads.

    It also supports the wider go-to-market team. Sales can use tours as a lightweight way to introduce specific capabilities, while marketing can showcase new features and use cases. The platform is intuitive to build and maintain, analytics are useful, hubspot integration is great.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One area for improvement is the mobile experience for more complex tour structures. As a company with multiple product modules, we often create tours that showcase several modules within a single journey. While this works well on desktop, the mobile version cannot automatically combine the corresponding mobile tours, which means a lot of additional work is required to build and maintain the mobile experience separately.

    The video editing functionality can also be a little glitchy at times when editing or updating clips.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Navattic helps us solve a common challenge in B2B software: prospects want to understand the product before committing to a demo, while marketing and sales teams want to qualify interest more effectively.

    By providing self-guided product tours, we can give prospects a hands-on experience of our platform directly from our website, paid campaigns, email nurtures, and other marketing activities. This helps potential customers understand our capabilities and value proposition earlier in the buying journey.

    The platform has become an important lead generation and conversion tool for us. It allows us to engage prospects who may not yet be ready to speak with sales, while also helping our sales team share targeted product experiences with specific audiences and use cases. As a result, we've been able to increase product engagement, generate high-intent leads, and create more informed sales conversations.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Very easy to use and quick to learn. The FAQ pages are also really helpful. Customer service has been amazing too—I get my questions answered incredibly fast.

    More webinars featuring some of the use cases of Navattic that maybe we aren't utilizing.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We needed a way for customers to see our product, but we also wanted to share explanations and highlight the benefits along the way. Navattic has made it possible for us to do exactly that.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The demos are easy to navigate, with helpful guided tools such as Command + B or the P key on the keyboard, which let me toggle smoothly between different modes. This helps to narrate correct story in the demo flow.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the toggling between the modes doesn't work using ctrl/command + B or P
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    When our live demos aren’t working for one reason or another, the Navattic demo still runs smoothly. That reliability makes it easier for us to stay on track and clearly showcase the product’s capabilities.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Unlike basic screenshot tools or simple video loops, Navattic literally captures a snapshot of your software’s underlying code.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Because Navattic takes a literal snapshot of your web app’s front-end HTML and CSS, your tours remain closely aligned with your actual software layout.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    By replacing static videos and fragile live staging sites with interactive, code-cloned tours, it has completely changed how we convert inbound traffic and support our sales team.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It's robust, with a wide range of features that make demos exciting and engaging. The customization of themes is also fantastic, giving me broad variety of ways to brand our demos.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Beyond web captures, the capture capabilities are limited. A lot of our product demos incorporate excel, which is challenging to showcase on Navattic. Manually having to record or screenshot our product in excel yields suboptimal results in comparison to the crisp web captures. It's not a dealbreaker, but it limits our ability to maximize the tool.

    Scaling our product demos to a much broader audience and increasing the funnel of relevant leads to our team

    While there are entry-level tiers, to get unlimited HTML-based interactive demo

    Instead of processing loose screenshots or flat video transcripts, outputs pure, structured HTML/CSS front-end code.

    having used previously other tools , Navattic has worked better for me than any other tools, their extension is great, also you can build demos from designs directly

    What do you like best about the product?
    It's super easy to create, maintain and edit product demos for all sorts of purposes. At my job, it's mainly used for demos shown to prospects during meetings or conferences, but it can just as easily be used for our website. Its clean interface makes it so easy anyone can learn how to make a demo in a matter of a couple of hours.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some more powerful or complicated features are a bit hidden. I also wish you could further customize the way you connect demos and flows between each other.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Creating demos that are available on demand, can be downloaded offline to be used in conferences where WiFi might be spotty, not having demos ruined by a backend change or a service outage and always having the perfect golden path when showcasing to prospects. It can also be used for our knowledge base to provide clearer tutorials.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate the ease of use of the software and the low barrier to entry to learn how to use it effectively. It is also particularly helpful in our business use case where we would like to show walk throughs of features that are not live yet in our production environment.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One of the downsides of using Navattic is the upkeep and maintenance of walk throughs. Whenever UI in our software changes, each walk through needs to be updated manually to reflect the updated UI. This can become tedious and time consuming, especially as the number of walk throughs created grows.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Navattic is helping tremendously by allowing us to communicate updates or changes coming to users before they go live in our system. We have many users set in their ways of our current software so being able to communicate to them anticipated changes helps avoid negative reactions or slow adoptions of the update once it is rolled out.
