Powerful no-code platform for interactive product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it incredibly easy to build interactive product demos without writing any code. The Chrome extension is intuitive, and turning real product flows into shareable demos takes minutes, not hours. I especially like how flexible the editing is—you can guide users step by step or let them explore freely. It’s been a huge help for sales, marketing, and onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced customization options (like very granular styling or complex logic) could be more flexible. Analytics are solid, but deeper insights or more native integrations would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us show our product without needing live demos every time. This has reduced back-and-forth with prospects, shortened sales cycles, and improved conversion rates. It’s also great for onboarding new users and enabling self-serve exploration of key features.
Easy to screenshot demos, but new features can complicate things
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to take screen captures to create demos that reflect the nature of the the current product. It's relatively easy to update them as well. I like that I can just link to the page I want to do the demo for and it's immediately implemented. We also have a dedicated Slack channel for feedback with Navattic and they are always willing to help us solve problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic is constantly being updated without a lot of communication around the updates, confusing users. I feel that a product that should be quite simple has become overcomplicated to the point of being cumbersome to use and defeating the purpose of some of the newer features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes it easy for us to update demos with screenshots of the current product, which allows us to highlight our updates for clients and prospects.
Navattic’s Intelligent HTML Identification Makes Demo Dummifying Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the HTML identification for creating dummy descriptions across all web captures. It saves us a ton of time. The whole dummifying process is a pain point for all of us when we’re building demos, so having this in place makes things much easier. Overall, Navattic’s intelligence has been awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to do some simple things, like highlighting in the web capture and understanding where I can place a shape (right now, only the dot is available). Exporting to video is also difficult, which is frustrating given the strong need for marketing videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demo creattion for sure. The easiness of creating a tour to introduce our platform is great.
Also, I think Navattic could be used for user trainings, despite this is not the tool we go with today.

Navattic Enables a Controlled, Hands-On Software Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic lets an audience experience a software platform in a controlled environment. I also appreciate that the development team genuinely listens to constructive feedback and follows through with changes that better meet users’ needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I’ve disliked about the platform has been addressed by their developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This really helps solve one of the biggest issues in software: “Try before you buy.” With Navattic, that challenge feels much more addressed.
A fast, flexible way to showcase product value without engineering bottleneck
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it incredibly easy to turn complex product workflows into clean, guided, interactive demos without requiring engineering support. As a UX Product Designer, I appreciate how quickly I can prototype and publish experiences that feel polished and intuitive. The platform’s flexibility lets us highlight the exact value moments we want users to see, and the analytics give us clear insight into where prospects engage or drop off. It’s become a reliable tool for communicating product value in a way static screenshots or videos simply can’t match.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is managing more advanced customizations — once you move beyond the core flow-building features, certain adjustments require workarounds or feel slightly constrained. The interface can also feel a bit rigid when designing highly branded or unconventional experiences. While support is responsive, some feature requests take time to materialize, which can slow down more ambitious demo concepts. None of these are deal-breakers, but they do occasionally limit creative flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us showcase Muslim Scan’s product value without relying on live demos or engineering-built prototypes. This reduces the burden on our product and engineering teams while giving marketing and sales a consistent, high-quality way to demonstrate key flows. It also helps us validate UX decisions by showing how users interact with guided experiences before features are fully built. Ultimately, it shortens our sales cycle, improves product understanding, and strengthens our ability to communicate trust and transparency which is especially important in our domain
User-Friendly, Trackable, and Great for Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
user friendly, trackable, great sharing tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of using Navattic are very limited, but I wish I could create a demo, without putting client info for when I just want a link, but very rare case.

Super Simple UI, Fast Updates, and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple UI with plenty of branding options. It’s an easy way to capture and showcase product features. I update our flows quarterly, and the process is fast and painless. Customer support has also been great -- they’ve reviewed our flows and offered practical recommendations to make them better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I’ve run into is that the gating is easy to bypass. We’d likely capture more leads if it weren’t so easy to skip past it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the problem of showing product value and generating leads without relying on live demos or constant engineering support. It lets us create interactive, self-guided product experiences that highlight key features and use cases while capturing interest from prospects earlier in the funnel. That’s benefited us by making it easier to educate buyers, generate leads, keep demos current with a quarterly update cadence, and give sales and marketing a flexible asset they can use across campaigns.
Preps Prospects, Easy Setup, Enhances Demos
What do you like best about the product?
I like how every person that's interacted with Navattic says, 'hey, that's pretty slick.' They attend the call with a little bit of understanding of how our system works and how the UI feels, and they usually come in with questions because they went through an EBITDA demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit anonymous for the person viewing it. I don't know if it's because of how we've configured it to be open on our website without a form fill. I also don't get a lot of information outside of the fact that they viewed or how long they viewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps prepare my prospects for more interactive demos by giving them a clear idea of what Iris does before the call.
Navattic Makes Follow-Ups Stand Out with Shareable Demos, Logos & Engagement Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great tool that I use in all of my follow-up emails to customers. It helps me share demo overviews in a way that’s easy for them to pass along to their teams. I also love that it can incorporate customer logos and track each time it’s used, so I can see which customers are truly engaged. On top of that, being able to send it as an image or GIF spices up my emails and helps them stand out a bit more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to clone the setup process when I’m sending multiple demos to the same customer, instead of having to re-enter all of the customer information each time. Also, the GIF feature has recently disappeared and been replaced by an image option. It isn’t a must-have, but it was something I found unique and genuinely enjoyed using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get demos out to customers quickly and easily, which makes it simple to spread awareness across a customer team. It also helps me track customer engagement and learn about new IPs that are part of the evaluation process.
A practical platform for guided, self-serve product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it straightforward to build guided product demos without needing engineering support or access to a live product environment. From a web and CRO standpoint, it’s been useful for showing how the product works in a way that feels concrete and intentional. The editor is easy to work in, updates are manageable as the product changes, and the demos integrate cleanly into website and campaign pages. It’s a practical way to give prospects meaningful product context early.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic works best when demos are tightly scoped and well planned. It’s not built for open-ended exploration, so the value depends on how clearly the flow is designed. The analytics cover the basics but have some limitations when you want deeper funnel analysis across multiple touchpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us show product value earlier without requiring a sales conversation or relying on static screenshots. It supports self-serve evaluation, increases engagement on high-intent pages, and gives prospects a clearer understanding of what they’ll see in a live demo. This has made it easier to qualify demo requests and improve conversion rates across key pages.
