What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has helped us create step through content for new users to our software, it's ease of use with intuitive design allows quick ROI for consumption
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic is constantly improving it's workflow engine but I would like to see more of record a video with audio what I am stepping through. then allow video editing with visual callouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our software can be cumbersome to navigate without prior experience or training, Navattic allows us to give them the real world experience in a safe and effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easy to build interactive product demos that our sales and solution consultant teams actively use when demoing to leads. The editor is simple and intuitive, the demos look polished and it’s been a strong asset for sales enablement.

We also share demo links directly with prospects, giving them hands-on exposure to key features and helping them understand the product’s value faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deeper analytics would be helpful for understanding how prospects explore the demos and which features resonate most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By replacing static screenshots and live demo dependency, Navattic has helped us qualify leads faster and shorten sales cycles with more consistent demos across the team.

I don’t really see any downsides so far. It’s been super helpful, and it’s fairly cost-

What do you like best about the product?
We love that it's valuable across multiple channels. We use it in the sales process, for marketing, and for onboarding new GTM team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it has been difficult to achieve the exact visual I was aiming for, but Navattic's support team has been helpful in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem it addresses is filling the gap between telling our story with screenshots/marketing materials vs. doing an actual live demo. And it's better than recorded demos because it allows users to view at their own pace and potentially choose their path through the interactive demo.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for interactive product demos and sales enablement and love how easy it is to build polished demos plus the flexibility to tailor flows for different audiences.
It's a great way to get our solution in front of stakeholders who won't have time to join a full demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had any issues yet although we've only been using it for 6 months

It's a great way to get our solution in front of stakeholders who won't have time to join a full demo. It also replaced static videos, that people just tune out of, helping us engage prospects earlier and shorten sales cycles with more consistent product storytelling.

Honestly cant think of anything, does great at showing info.

Not per se a problem, but knowing what particular step might cut interest in the demo environment is really insightful!

What do you like best about the product?
The team is laser-focused on ensuring they know the pain points of their clients and building a product that suits the customers' needs. They are always grateful for the feedback they receive and make sure they understand the use case for any potential implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a unique need and make heavy use of their sandbox and Launchpad features. Not a dislike, but they are still exploring how these features can best meet the needs of their clients and may not be as "feature rich" in some instances. But the product is ever evolving and getting better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Navattic product has given our organization the ability to produce client-specific demos in a shorter amount of time. It has also put the solution into the hands of multiple teams and reduced the need for funneling such requests through our marketing partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation, and the customer support always willing to step in and help in a timely manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the new enhancements are hard to concept, but with proper training they are easy to navigate the learning curve

It is creating ease with communicating with our customers on the use of our platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user-friendly and required very little training to get onboarded. I’m not sure I’m using it to its fullest potential yet, but it took no time at all to get up and running. We use it for marketing purposes as well as for training internal teams, and it’s been a great way to easily ship new products and prototypes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches here and there, but nothing major.

Internal training and sales enablement.
