What do you like best about the product?
I love Navattic because it helps me on partnerships demonstrate our product and actually see who is viewing our product before and after a call. It also helps alleviate questions potential prospects might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the share feature is hidden on Navattic. I always copy our demo and have to build the share feature out. It takes some muscle memory to remember exactly where it is located.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping demonstrate our product to partner prospects and their prospects we are trying to get on our platform. It allows us to see some partner performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be used in several different ways from training internal employees as well as customers. It also creates a cool way to interact with customers and prospects and understand what is important to them.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and straightforward to integrate. It has zero impact on site performance, so Core Web Vitals aren’t affected, and site speed can remain a priority alongside the overall UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be more granular, and the overall insights and recommendations could be more detailed and actionable.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s so simple to use and requires zero code. In my experience, clickable walkthroughs usually require some form of coding, but with Navattic it only takes 5–10 minutes to create a complete, deliverable demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven’t found anything to dislike so far.

It’s simplifying our onboarding experience. With Navattic, we can automate the welcome package and help new users get started as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been very pleased with the intuitive UI of Navattic and how easy it is to design self guided tours. I've used many similar tools but, Navattic does the best job of making it easy to collaborate with your team, as well as organizing the content in logical ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues or dislikes with Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and training is always a pain point everywhere I have been. Navattic is the easiest way to ensure there is consistent visual guidance on how to use product features and capabilities and is also a driver for sales enablement.

What I like most about Navattic is how easy it is to give prospects a hands-on experience of the product without requiring a live demo. It allows potential customers to explore key workflows at their own pace, helping them better understand the value of the platform before speaking with sales.

It also supports the wider go-to-market team. Sales can use tours as a lightweight way to introduce specific capabilities, while marketing can showcase new features and use cases. The platform is intuitive to build and maintain, analytics are useful, hubspot integration is great.

One area for improvement is the mobile experience for more complex tour structures. As a company with multiple product modules, we often create tours that showcase several modules within a single journey. While this works well on desktop, the mobile version cannot automatically combine the corresponding mobile tours, which means a lot of additional work is required to build and maintain the mobile experience separately.
