Newer HubSpot user-but love it so far
What do you like best about the product?
As a former salesforce.com user, I was a bit nervous that I was but would not be as robust in terms of features and functionality. However, I love the dashboard, the list features, the email marketing capabilities, the social media integration is, and simply the way is organized by sales and marketing functionality. As a marketing manager for a software company based in New York City, HubSpot has allowed me to send targeted emails to our prospect and current customer lists, perform a B testing on a variety of email campaigns, and track the success rate of our email marketing campaigns. You can also easily manage different email templates, CTA buttons, and marketing assets (ie. PDF’s, logos, corporate imagery, etc.) for use in email campaigns and/or landing pages. You can also easily create forms (for use in landing / website pages) to capture prospect or customer information and easily store it within a system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I wish they were better marketing dashboards to take advantage of, since the sales dashboard’s are super robust and informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use HubSpot to manage all of our customer information, track email marketing campaign, and manage our sales pipeline. It provide us with a one stop shop for all things customer related- Providing us with insights into how and when we’ve engaged with customers, what activities they decided to participate in, and where in the sales cycle they are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot isn’t easy to use CRM platform that provide you with everything you need to track marketing activities manage customer and prospect list, create targeted marketing campaigns via manual effort or automated workflows, and easily manage the results of your sales and marketing efforts. The platform is a bit pricey, and may not be as robust as a salesforce.com, but I prefer HubSpot because it provides me with tools I need to do my job well without being overwhelmed with unnecessary / extra features and functionality.

Great for Gmail Add-on & Organizing Deals
What do you like best about the product?
I use it inside Gmail most and the email tracking and scheduling features have been my favorites. It helps me see what clients are opening vs. not opening and allows for more targeted and strategic followups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disconnects randomly from Gmail, and the email scheduling also does not have a way to unschedule automatically if the client replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can clear my inbox quicker and keep track of deals in the pipeline that I would normally just leave in the inbox or lose track of what deals are where.
Fantastic platform for marketing automation and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The platform is very intuitive and easy to get to grips with compared to more popular CRM platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are elements of the platform that proves difficult when adding contacts and mapping field. For example with regards to making certain fields compulsory and if contacts are merged in another CRM that is integrated it would leave orphaned leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and specific targeting on the marketing sides dependant on how clients react and interact with nurture campaigns and newsletters they receive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the marketing side nothing really beats it. For Sales automation there are better alternatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of having everything in one place. I like the analytics that are available for email, forms, workflows, etc. I like being able to see analytics from a Campaign level, but also being able to drill down into contact activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Hubspot in somewhat unique ways, and there are sometimes limitations that we can't find workarounds for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot acts as our customer interaction database and marketing hub. By implementing Hubspot we have combined databases that were once segmented and are able to view a larger picture of marketing efforts and associated successes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hubspot to others because it is a comprehensive marketing and sales solution.
Great Free CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of it. It's so easy to configure dashboards and reports.
Hubspot is also great at making recommendations in regards to SEO strategy and how to create content that is better aligned with our marketing efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I would say I dislike about Hubspot.
The only thing I could possibly mention that I currently dislike is the theme my website is in.
I would like to look into a few other themes and possibly migrate my current site over. Once this is done we would like to utilize Hubspot to its full potential.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed us to review our current marketing strategy and consider what else we could be doing with our marketing efforts. Rather than just blogging about relevant topics we would like to move to a more inbound marketing strategy and we believe working with Hubspot will allow us to achieve this.
Easy to use marketing automation tool.

Hubspot is super easy to use, but the customer support has been by-far the biggest reason for our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports out of the box aren't accurate (or misleading) based on the way it pulls information from Salesforce, but that could also be a problem with our internal data, not necessarily the tool.

Content management - it facilitates the creation of any piece of content. From a post to social networks, a blog post, a mailing or Landing Page.
Contact management - because it allows for a total tracking of each user from reaching away until it becomes a client. Also it helps to monitor the life cycle of each contact and creating smart for debugging database lists.
Keyword management - I love completely handling the keywords of HubSpot because it helps you to do research, it helps you track and in each publication helps you with optimizing contents.
The forms - with smart fields [you can] avoid asking the same information from frequent contacts and this helps us limit our database with additional information about each person.

The biggest productive percentage of my country is the micro, small and medium companies, and many of them can not invest in a tool like Hubspot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for the marketing communications of the agency. All of the organization uses it, in fact, all of us are certified in Inbound Methodology.
With HubSpot we are attracting and connecting with our target marketing, using the content as the basic fuel of our strategy. Additionally, the tool brings us the opportunity to train our team with all certifications and study resources.

Fully integrated system - CRM, sales & marketing tools - with a very responsive development team focused on improvement.
