User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for automation and organization. For beginners it is easy to use and has everything you need when you become a marketing expert or sales agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to have more options about education in different languages in the university of hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of emails, the CRM and workflows are the best part of Hubspot. The easy way to modify landings and workflows. Save money and time

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set workflows around all of the content that I create to have a quality, guaranteed nurture system for each contact. And not only does the nurture system run without me having to press a ton of buttons, but it also has the power to make the emails extremely personal with tokens and smart content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature feels limited and I would love more account control. Also sequences don't log tasks on an account level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automate my entire nurture system and inbound content process with the Marketing Hub.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hire someone who is certified in Hubspot, or willing to get certified, and loves the idea of inbound content marketing.
Intuitive to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it really easy to design campaigns and landing pages for your business. I also really love their commitment to education.
What do you dislike about the product?
To truly get the most out of hubspot it helps to use more of their programs which gets pricey very quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing leads, capturing information, managing customer data and optimizing our website.
My boss thinks I'm crazy productive - but it's really just HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to automate A LOT of my job and it helps our small team make our company look BIG. The tool is east to use and we are able to spin up new campaigns and nurture campaigns in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is not way to make a field permanent. Ie: we use a field called "lead source" and "lead source details" for the original conversion. Thus get overriden often and I have to create workflows in order to make sure old source details don't get overriden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing large lists of leads, creating beautiful emails, tracking the effectiveness of all of our digital marketing programs.

Utilize your account manager and support. Pay attention during on-boarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives you access to all of your marketing tool necessities - CRM, Social, Tracking, Campaigns. It really does it all. It's the all-in-one stop for making marketing easy, fun, and reliable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if HubSpot integrated more into more platforms!

We are able to have our contacts, companies, lists, campaigns, social strategies and outreach plans all in one place which allows us to work closely with our sales team to implement ONE solidified strategy to generate leads.

Great for a small or large team - Automates marketing processes and saves you time.
Good automation platform for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very straightforward to use. If you're not skilled in automation, it is simple to grab a hold of. It's very easy to launch workflows and build out emails within HubSpot. Their support team is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is nothing like Oracle's Eloqua. If you're expecting to build out robust workflows, most of the time you'll have to enroll contacts into other workflows as it lacks advanced automation features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for our client on-boarding and application processes.

Reporting needs a bit of improvement and customization on the user side.

It is user friendly and easy to train marketers how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email analytics are not real time. Would like the option for new posts to go out as they are posted for RSS (right now the only option is to schedule. )

We're able to capture site visitors information better which has led to better understanding of who's interested in our services.

Make sure you have the time and people to manage this to it's full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the customer service. They are absolutely amazing! Guiding you every step of the way. It is also very intuitive and easy to use. I love the user interface. Their library of help articles is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really dislike anything. I’d say that on the marketing end, they’re just missing an approval workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It houses our CRM, email marketing, social media posts and analytics, along with our blog. It definitely cuts down on redundancies, and improves our efficiency and reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to give HubSpot a try if you're a small to medium business that is looking to grow and improve your marketing and sales. It truly allows you to track how your marketing efforts convert to leads and then customers. The automation and workflow capabilities are incredibly helpful, as are the available analytics.
HubSpot is for marketers, if the fit is there.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the marketing automation and drip campaigns you can do within their marketing hub program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email design manager is terrible. It is not the best for editing multiple emails at once and making major changes to many at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM and contact organization, setup pipeline for sales, deal stages, setting up our client's marketing portal for email campaigns, and integrating their website with HubSpot analytics as well as managing Social media accounts.

Use a different email manager if you need to edit mass emails.

The Customer Service is great. The LATAM team is super empathic. If you have an issue, there's always a person to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant change in the design and sometimes the cost of the apps or integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my inbound marketing strategy lives in HubSpot. My daily work with my clients needs a CRM that helps me to find what my client wanna know and HubSpot is the best option.
