Easy to create, track, and review campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization HubSpot offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not familiar with HTML or CSS code it takes a little time to learn your own customizations, but the support team is always quick to jump in when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to drill down to more specific targets depending on what we are trying to market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a shot! They also offer fantastic training for anyone new to the program.
Digital Media Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The landing page and design tools have a very friendly UX. When I picked up those tools a year ago it was very easy to learn how to use them and integrate them into our current marketing efforts to help turn around new landing page tests, new page layouts, new forms, and more. If you need an enterprise solution for your splash pages, I would highly recommend Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a very great tool. The two particular features I'd like to see improved are the following:
-Adding New Form Property Options: when I add a new form property options to one property it updates all of my forms with that property. This focused me or someone on the team to have to go through every form to update the new property so it only shows up on a specific form(s).
-Random Updates Without Notifications: to be fair, other tools/platforms do this as well, but in particular, it would be great to get more of a heads up when major updates are being made that could cause any of our landing pages to not function properly. At times when naming convention updates have been made to code, we have lost access to our stylesheets which causes our pages to look funky and not convert. The problem was resolved through excellent customer service from Hubspot, but was very preventable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that could allow us to make new landing pages for our clients and make changes to current pages quickly. We are at a big enough scale where we need new landing pages regularly but small enough to the point where we don't have funds for a dedicated resource. Hubspot allows our team to quickly turnaround landing pages and gives us the freedom to make new ones based upon custom html/css templates.
HubSpot Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The social media scheduling tool is a huge plus for my position. It saves me so much time, and offers insights into how my posts perform. It's ideal to not have to go to each separate platform to send out each individual post. It's also a huge plus to be able to schedule one post, but have that same post go out at different times depending on the platform. I also frequently send out email blasts using the email feature. The templates are great, and makes it easy to send out a professional looking email quickly. I am able to categorize email recipients with ease by lists, or by the specific contact name within the search bar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be challenging to tag other company's in posts, and I can easily forget to add the posts to a campaign because the drop down menu is at the very bottom of the posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save countless hours scheduling social posts across platforms in one place. It also helps me to avoid sharing content I've already posted previously. For emails I am able to easily clone templates, and helps me to draft new emails efficiently. It is also helpful to be able to have emails and posts live as drafts if I need co-workers to review.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering this platform to help with marketing, it absolutely does. I use it everyday and still feel like the platform has untapped potential for me.
All-in-one marketing software with great integrations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has always been my go-to CRM for a wide range of clients. The analytics are top-notch, particularly the ability to track leads through the funnel from first touch to conversion and progression down the pipeline. I also do all of my content publishing (blog, social media, and advertising) on HubSpot. The ads integration, particularly with LinkedIn, is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integrating outside campaigns (like Capterra, ClickZ, and others) is difficult with HubSpot if there is no built-in integration. The website builder can also be tricky for those with HTML/CSS/bootstrap knowledge but lacking knowledge of HubSpot's coding language. And I really miss the keywords tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, and the marketing and sales alignment, have been significantly solved with HubSpot. It's critical to be organized and deliberate with data capture and collecting all your campaigns. We're started to see the connection between first-touch with our brand and final sale, which helps drive marketing decisions and optimize our budget. Identifying qualified leads is also important.
A very nice tool, but lacking some Social Media resources
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a super complete sofware in terms of resources for email, landing pages, Social Media, Inbound Marketing, SEO, automation and everything else. It helps a lot on generating complete (and accurate) reports, which also helps a lot when it comes to proving social media efforts to managers and/or president of a company. It has a great and clear interface, easy to get used to and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although is very complete, it lacks some (of what I consider) essential resources in Social Media Tools, such as multiple image posting on Instagram, redifining shared image on link posts on Facebook, stories for Instagram and others. That means I have to use other tools to complement this necessity, but, above all things, Hubspot is a super nice tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just started Social Media efforts in the company I work for (which previously had none), and is, as I said, a very complete tool that helps unifying tasks in one place, which also helps when it comes to organizing responsibilities and understanding what others do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the support channels and community forums! They help a lot and also provide quick, accurate and helpful answers.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it has everything you need to run your online business or really any business all in one platform. Newsletters, emails, CRM, marketing, website, landing pages, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that this software is a bit on the pricey side, especially when your business starts growing and you need to add additional capabilities to the software. The more automation you seek out of the software the more you will pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this system for a Client I represent to complete the email marketing aspect of the business and for the CRM portion. I've used all the different platforms at one point or another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price makes this software not the best for that are first starting out with a limited budget, but they do offer some free versions of all platforms they offer. I suggest beginning with the free packages to test things out and to run a comparison against other competitors you may prefer to see which one you like best.
The best tool for all Client Relations
What do you like best about the product?
I think Hubspot is the best tool for all client relations. It has everything you need for outbounding your potential customers, retaining your current customers and adding value for your company. The own academy they have build is very useful and easy to use.
You can build (after the academy courses) your own outbounding strategy from workflow , sequences until the wright emails and followups.
With hubspot they are trying to create a vision on how to act as a company. This is something i like.
I've used in a small comapny with the free version. It has al the functions you need. In my current company we use it with a bigger team and i'm very happy with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like all american companies it has a great focus on new business and strategies needed to win new business. It could use more focus on retaining and recurring business. How to add value for your current set of customers and how to keep them from leaving. I realise that this is something the AM does. But for me some reports on recurring revenue and exits of customers would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly solved the followup issue. As in all companies followup are the hardest. You've called someone 2/3 times, mailed them one or twice and then a new opportunity arrives. This one seems the more potential so the first one is forgotten. With hubspot you can build workflow so that this potential is not forgotten. He stays on top of mind but is more directed to the automated process. In the case that the opportunity suddenly becomes actual the company knows you.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM feature is free and allows users to enhance their relations with their customers while through the available communication channels. The application is run by outstanding support through the increased resources and solutions to meet a company's needs. It is composed of easy to use templates that are highly customizable. It is also flexible and easy to use through its automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited to companies that are composed of advanced marketing teams. I also do not like the fact that integrating the marketing features with other services provided by the company is expensive.

We mainly use HubSpot for our marketing automation needs. It is one of our CRM tools that enhance our marketing strategies at the company. Some of the benefits that we realize from the tool include the ability to set-up email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the automation of everything! It saves us countless hours of sending emails, Instead of having to check out our Social Media everyday, we can schedule it a week or two in advance and work on more important things in the meantime!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches here and there within HubSpot but they're constantly updating and improving everything. There's nothing that we really 'dislike' about HubSpot - they're always able to help us solve any problems we run into!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to automate our strings of emails being sent to our inbound leads. Instead of having to schedule ourselves tasks to continually send emails, we pop them into the sequences and it takes care of it for us! Can't get easier than that really! :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly advice HubSpot for ANY business! It's super easy to use, very up-to-date, has amazing features, and the support there is second to none. Not only is the platform great, the employees are always super helpful and wiling to take extra time to help solve any problems or issues you may have found.

One thing that I don't like about is that one to have to use it 100% to get their real value. Later, you might encounter customization costs to be done by an expert. He /she must be there to ensure everything works correctly. Such fees are not exciting, especially when your budget cannot allow at that time. However, such issues have not deterred us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A HubSpot is a fantastic social media tool that allowed us to manage, publish, and monitor our marketing campaigns. We are able to achieve robust analytics. Also, HubSpot has an elaborate marketing library with excellent templates useful in creating things like email campaigns. After you have completed this exercise, automation comes in, which will help in improving your business growth.

Yes, give it a try. Business enterprises are using HubSpot as a tool to command impressive results more quickly and effectively.
