Experience using landing pages on hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way hubspot has made template, landingpage structured. Flexibility to make any kind of template and use it for multiple landing pages and than tweak a little and use for more landing pages.
I like the way, I can just clone the landing page and retain everything it had and clone and edit the template and make anything out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that, templates are a little slow sometimes. Other than that there is no issue. Hubspot is a great tool to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of designing new new designed templates because it is very fast. I like that there are many useful templates for emails & landing pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I absolutely recommend using hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
It automates my process from attracting to the conversion of our customers. Everything is within the whole ecosystem and the customer support is brilliant as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in fully integrating the software with social media platforms. Videos can't be scheduled for Instagram. Posting on LinkedIn via HubSpot often face with unsuccessful attempts or issue with the images. Tagging has to be done manually on the respective platforms after it gets posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that we are able to engage with all potential leads and converts on the different digital touchpoints and automating the process as much as possible. Convenience from automating some processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer support is brilliant and would often go the extra mile to help you even if it is not within their area of expertise. Amongst all the platforms that I'm currently using, HubSpot customer support is the easiest to reach, and the fastest to get things resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to love about Hubspot. It makes a lot of high-level marketing tasks totally achievable for beginners and there is no option for failure with their learning academy, support team and ample blogs about how to do everything. Their support teams are the best I have ever come across before. Aside from that their product is always improving, modern, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I have about Hubspot is that the templates, as much as it is fantastic users can do a lot of high-level tasks with these templates, I do wish they were a little more adaptable/flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing our customers with the transparency and capabilities to see all contact, views, actions they have made. Simplifying our processes to engage with more customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilise their support staff to explain what your business needs and how Hubspot can help you. As much as they are sales staff, they will explain everything and simplify it for you. Set up is not excessive, so don't let the thought of changing CMS providers deter you. It is super easy and there is ample support at your fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is their unparalleled customer service. I live chat with HubSpot support at least 2x per day because they are always available immediately to help me with any question I have. Overall the platform itself is very user friendly--workflow automation is very straightforward, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not use much HubSpot reporting (relying on Salesforce instead) because it doesn't seem as well-baked and there are certain reports that are unable to filter out internal tests which skew the numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are scoring, routing, and assigning our leads; creating landing pages to capture new leads (which are easy to spin up), sending mass emails for nurture.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an amazing tool for any business - it incorporates most of your marketing needs in one place, making it extremely easy to disseminate information across your various marketing channels. HubSpot is the email queen but we also use and love their social media publishing! HubSpot makes it so easy to create, schedule, and report on your social media activity. HubSpot's customer service goes above and beyond to help you when you have an issue or stuck and really go out of their way to find creative solutions to your unique business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One bad thing about working with a program that so many other customers love is it takes them a little longer to get to your requests for additional features. This is unfortunate when you have unique business needs that are not exactly met with the program as is but they have so many other functionalities that they can usually find you a workaround until they create a new solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving A LOT of time doing most of our marketing with one program. The benefits from this program are endless. It allows, and encourages, collaboration between your departments which has been huge for us! Our marketing, sales, and customer service team use HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can pay for it, it is well worth the money! It is trusted so you know that your emails and posts will be sent when you want them to and you can trust the metrics you receive.

Marketing Automation Made Simple & Effective

What do you like best about the product?
I was first drawn to HubSpot in 2015. Early in my marketing career without a ton of experience, HubSpot seemed to be the best fit for me from an ease of use standpoint as well as a way to turbocharge our marketing efforts with a more robust system such as HubSpot (we were using MailChimp previously). I love HubSpot because it's easy for any marketer to use, no matter your skill level (and it will improve your marketing skills with all it can do and all the great content around it). Additionally, the user interface plus their support makes it an amazing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features seem to be limited. I work very closely with the sales team and sometimes there are reports we can't create that we were able to in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.It does seem that they continue to improve on what can and can't be done. I also wish the Conversations/Chat functionality was more robust, but it seems they are adding to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have much automated previously so there's so much we can do now with Workflows. I love the marketing analytics and how easy it is to gather them and make data-backed decisions. This has allowed us to be more efficient and qualify leads better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're new the marketing automation game or a vet, HubSpot makes your life easier. They are always listening to customer feedback, too, so if it doesn't do something you want it to now, chances are there's a workaround within the HubSpot Community and that it's on their product roadmap. From their support, attention to customers needs, consistent and knowledgable content & courses, and their annual conference, HubSpot is providing marketers exactly what they need to be successful.

Best way to track ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily we can track customers and deals and improve our attribution analysis. Learning more from where the customers are coming from provides us with the insights we need to further develop our channels and improve the return on online advertising. We can also keep a track on successfull activities and perform quick tests to improve and optimize SEO. Most sales functionalities are also great. Our sales team had a great success with setting up and using sequences to target people they met on conferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more reports and improved dashboard capabilities. Sometimes is hard to keep a track on specifi data such as forecasts, win rates and also customizing with formulas is someting that could add value in the reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better tracking our customer journey and by understanding our customer we can better service them and more easily find new customers. Also we can keep a track on past conversations with client to understand exacly the situation where the customer is. As a merketer I get great insights from looking at the questions we get from customers both trough e-mail and online chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and how intuitive the platform is. Also, if there are times when a question should arise, the HubSpot Academy and Knowledge Base are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The HubSpot team is phenomenal and whenever there has been something on my "wish list" HubSpot is already working on it and before I know it, it's an implemented feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small marketing department and HubSpot has allowed us to expand our reach with the resources we have. Marketing loved it so much that we soon were utilizing HubSpot for sales and our service as well.

Try it for yourself, you'll be happy you did!

Land Gorilla with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Easy enough to customize the code base for landing pages and email templates. I make a lot of custom one-off templates for our marketing initiatives. The A/B testing is really simple and intuitive to use. Being able to test completely different templates against each other really helps hone in on the messaging and styles that your prospects engage with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor organization abilities within Files and Templates - Files. Need to have nested folders in there. The project manager lacks the ability to effectively filter and each for tasks. When a project is created, it does not list by whom or on what date,—same issue with the Tasks.

We would like to have ALL file housed in one place. Right now we split between the Marketing Files and Sales Documents. This creates a version control problem between teams and and extra step for us—I add to Marketing Files and another team member then ads to the Sales Documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a form right now for our careers page, thats been helpful. Customer support is typically really good! The Vidyard integration has really helped us out as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much easier to use than some of the bigger competitors out there and at a much more competitive price. Customizing your pages and emails is really easy with the WYSIWYG, and with a little knowledge of front end web development you can really tailor the experience you deliver to your prospects and current clients.

Solid Platform With Room For Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very straightforward, user-friendly and it offers all the essentials to a great level of proficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
The email creator is limited in creativity and has difficulty being consistent. You can create your own emails from scratch using a building-block style creator to build your emails - or you can purchase a pre-made templates however both have some rather glaring flaws.

- The desktop email vs mobile email is drastically different if you create an email from scratch. Things will appear out of the structure, making it appear in one long line
- When sending a test email or even the final version - sometimes the email will change at random. The biggest culprit is font color being changed in random sections. I have random text be sent out in purple, light gray and blue despite never making these changes.
- The marketplace is absolutely useless, unfortunately. You cannot edit templates whatsoever and what you can alter ends up looking horrendous. Glad to not have paid for any templates, but you can see the negative reviews for those who did.

The information feedback on emails is very helpful.
