Good Features, a Solid User Experience, and Consistent Updates
What do you like best about the product?
The wysiwyg email editor makes making email templates incredibly easy. A/B testing is amazing. Hosting content behind forms and having landing pages for our advertisements is helping us capture new leads. All of these features are what I like best. They help us cover new ground as a marketing team and when we sign in we see new updates. It seems Hubspot really uses user feedback and is consistently updating the tools and pages available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The breadth of functionality can create complexity. For people who are just getting started, the complexity can create a learning curve. Originally our workflows were too complicated to actually fit into our marketing operations. However, after some time with Hubspot, it is intuitive enough that you can figure out what will work for your firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had never sent emails before, never used tracking links, never had the ability to host landing pages, never monitored click-through or engagement rates, or took part in lead scoring. Hubspot has helped us do all of those things for the first time. Now we keep our brand in front of customers more often and can truly position ourselves as a thought leader. We can follow up with our hottest leads and we learn what type of content works and what to prioritize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something that feels lightweight but offers deep functionality, go with Hubspot. Like any transition, it may take a while to settle into how you want to handle things and how exactly you use the functionality but we've been very satisfied so far.
Powerful and Continually innovating, very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility of our customers on our website (not hosted on HS). We are getting closer to being able to accurately target our customers based on habits and pages visited!
Also, workflows, make it a very smooth process from form submission to our sales managers hands. Prepopulating necessary fields to make it very clear to the sales managers what the customer is requesting simplifies the process for everyone involved.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of informed updates (constantly discovering new features that we are not made aware of). Not that this is a negative, new features are great but a daily "what's new" when you log in could be valuable for maximizing the platform!
Management of dated data. Populating tasks from form submissions instead of contact property fields will help ensure data accuracy is passed to our SM's who use salesforce for their portion of the sales cycle. Relying on contact properties can sometimes create confusion, as some data can be outdated if a field is left blank on a form which is then populated in the token. Having to make a new process for every form and every possible occurrence of that form is cumbersome. Having one contact form for example, for all instances, could significantly reduce the number of CTA's / FORMS and be streamlined in a workflow (creating less triggers etc.). Overall this could be a massive improvement!

Hubspot has dramatically improved our pipeline visibility from marketing to sales and offers an all-in-one solution for managing marketing content, sales activity, and general customer database management. We can now identify ROI on marketing efforts a little better. Being able to control social platforms and marketing e-mails from a singular platform also has increased efficiency. Several areas are still in the infancy stage of development and could certainly use some "beefing up" (Social section mainly); it is still a fantastic tool and very powerful for getting started.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When implementing the platform, if you are syncing with another CRM there are many things to consider. The implementation is a bit tricky as there will be things you learn as you go and will find yourself breaking and rebuilding a few times over time as your business evolves.
There are also several different things you can't account for when running a workflow (what property is the right one to use in your filters for example, "Equals" vs. "Contains" etc. triple-check your logic, and when in doubt, call support!

Awesome Marketing Tool for Email Marketing with great Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing automation workflows are by far my favorite feature which has made my work very easy and hassle-free. HubSpot provides the features that let you approach your marketing efforts in a holistic way, including emails, websites, landing pages, social media (both paid and organic), etc. Their on-the-go customer support is remarkable and has helped me a lot during crisis situations. Another commendable thing is the content they produce to educate their customers and keeping them ahead of the competition. It has been a great experience so far with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of things I would like to see in HubSpot features -
1. Social monitoring is only applicable to Twitter as of now. I would love to see other social channels included in the tool for monitoring it all in one place. (Better social listening features would help make the experience even better)
2. Automation workflows can be more dynamic in terms of the flow, for example, if I have to add more steps to an on-going workflow, the newly added steps/activity will ot be executed. So I feel it can be more dynamic in nature and the filters can be more advanced.

HubSpot is the best.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that not only do you have your marketing, sales, and service in the same place, you get great support to help you learn to use it with their learning center and their live support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes licensing and renewal can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved my scattered marketing efforts by putting it into one hub which allows me to report on all my efforts in one place. Benefit is clear ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If pricing is your sticking point, negotiate. I've used it at multiple companies for nearly 5 years and it's truly the best product available right now.
A powerful too with a simple UI
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create emails, workflows and contact lists. Easy to suppress contacts based on engagement. Support is always very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows can go more in depth with options regarding contact activity to make marketing efforts even more personalized. Some support members are less experienced than others but if that's the situation any case will get escalated properly.

As an email marketing specialist with experience in many other ESP and marketing automation tools, hubspot is a great way to segway into that field and keep the learning curve as short as possible. The goal of our instance of Hubspot was to direct people to our website and help grow our marketable database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great for people to learn marketing automation.
You Need to be Using HubSpot Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about workflows is that there are so many options when creating a workflow. Workflows are a crucial part of getting the most out of HubSpot and once you learn how they can maximize your efficiency you'll be making them for EVERYTHING.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only con if I had to choose one would be the lack of tips and tricks resources out there. I find myself not knowing what I want and sometimes inspiration comes from all over. Being able to see how others are using workflows to streamline their business would be a major help in expanding out workflow library. With that it would also be good to know what pitfalls occur within in workflows. For example, can we over workflow? Would there be an example where too many workflows or a specific type of workflow might not be worth using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing manual entry and giving employees time back to do other things. For the sales team it allows them to work on other tasks and do more prospecting now that we have enabled automatic deal creation based on inbound leads. We realized that by reducing stressful deal creation and having the automated deals pre-populate certain information for the sales team ahead of time they can worry less about adding each deal in one at a time and focus on the actual relationship with the client.
Hub spot workflows are really awesome
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to customize to a large extent
What do you dislike about the product?
the time delays can be a little bit confusing at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it saves time and allows our team to focus on other activities in the time saved by using hub spot work flow automation for stuff like lead assignment to sales reps, emailers and much more
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hub spot is a good tool to take care of website and marketing automation. its a single destination for all the marketing needs. i have really liked using it till now. the support team is prompt and solutions are provided very quickly
Perfect fit for Small to Midsized Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
For small to medium-sized businesses, HubSpot is a fantastic tool. It isn't as robust as SaelsForce, however, it makes up for it in its user-interface, reporting tools, ease-of-use, and cost. I've implemented HubSpot from SalesForce for two separate companies and the ability to quickly make changes and create a company-wide impact is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned above, HubSpot is not as robust as a tool like SalesForce. Some features are still being developed, which can make it difficult to have a fully dynamic tool that can meet all sales and marketing needs. The good news is that the HubSpot team has a new release almost every month, and there is an online forum. If you're smart and enjoy solving problems, you can typically find a workaround while features are being developed.
If you have a dedicated person who owns the HubSpot CRM, you'll be off to a great start as they can ensure you have the desired impact you seek. So while there are things that I'd love to see in the tool, it gets the job done at a price point that is much more affordable.

Marketing & Client Services Associate
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Hubspot marketing and workflow tools. The marketing tools allow me to efficiently and quickly send out marketing emails every Monday, while allowing me to track the opens, clicks, not sents and bounces for each of our recipients. I can also see when people click on our marketing emails, social media posts, landing pages, etc because of Hubspot's tracking capablities. The workflow tools allow me to update each contact in mass, ensuring that all contact fields are updated correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more export capabilities such as the ability to export deals with contact names and other contact properties such as emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of all our marketing efforts and campaigns by using Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to read the Hubspot blogs and participate in the Hubpspot forums if there are features you are looking to add to the system.
Review of Hubspot Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows in Hubspot are incredibly easy to create. The options make sense and you can practically get it to do anything you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions don't necessarily work as you would think. For example, you can create a task in the workflow, add a delay, and then check to see if the task has been completed. The problem is that it's not actually checking to see if the task is completed. It checks something else entirely. It is also very difficult to create loops so instead of just verifying that you are intentionally creating a loop, you have to get pretty creative and create multiple workflows to achieve a loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows in Hubspot are helping my company to automate a lot of our processes and report out on our successes and failure.I definitely recommend this over having a process document with step by step instructions for someone to follow and an excel sheet where someone manually keeps track of everything. Instead, use a workflow to trigger task creations and let the reporting be automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time to learn about all the features. The more you dig in to Hubspot, the better it can help you.
