Excellent platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, unlike many other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a few more integrations, such as a direct integration with LinkedIn. I also would like a tool that made it easier to bulk de-duplicate companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to track our sales journey and it makes it very easy for our sales team to keep track of everything in one place. The sequence automation and other tools make the whole process smoother.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great, easy platform to use and I would recommend it to other businesses.
All in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
We can have everything on one platform. We are able to share information between departments and also with clients from a centralized tool. For the marketing department is a huge tool to organize, implement and develop new strategies andto automatize everything. Also the posibilities of controlling campaigns are diverse.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a company with more than 200 contacts in HS the need of space is a must and in our company we are missing some space, wich makes the CRM go slow and making us lose time creating lists or doing things that require more use of the space. Also we would love to be able to personalize more and create different types of contacts and treat them different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the automatization of all campaings, the integration with other tools that saves us a lot of time. The control of the campaigns. It's really important for us to have all the information available and having the possibility of create dashboards that shows us in real time how a campaign is affecting our contacts is really usefull.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a easy and perfect platform to have anything controlled inhouse.
Professional Digital Marketing for everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
If you are someone without a degree in digital marketing, but passionate about the field and actively conducting business relying on such processess - HubSpot is the place to go.
Not only they provide efficient and easy to use tools and functions, but they also occasionally invite users to attend web-based workshops and provide access to a large database of tutorials / lessons to make the most out of the tools available.

What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some improvements on e-mail builder. For example, it took me quite a while to get a custom email template to work across most important email clients, and it would be nice if HubSpot could provide some tools to take this workload away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allowed me to generate a large number of leads through the use of landing pages containing gated content which would be automatically provided to the viewers of the page.

Always sign up for the free workshops advertised via email by the HubSpot team.

Hubspot Workflow Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Hubspot makes the process of building out a workflow to be. I have had little trouble training new hires with how to build and implement workflows. I also like the feature that allows you to create a list of people who will be affected by the workflow before turning the workflow on. I find this to be a nice touch for ensuring eveything is correct before turning anything on 'live'.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that there is no testing environment. Outside of having a list of contacts, there is really no way to truly know how the workflow is going to impact your account without turning it on. Sometimes a workflow will affects thousands of records so it is impossible to click into each profile/record to see if that particular individual should in fact be affected by the workflow OR if you need to go back and make tweaks before turning the automation on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our automations have been able to save a lot of time in terms of when email goes out to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Automation tasks often get very complex but I am relieved that I get to use Hubspot which is such a user-friendly too with great UI & UX. The platform is very intuitive and the ease of use allows not only to execute the tasks at hand but also discover new, more insightful ways to reach a potential audience.
And when you do reach a roadblock - customer support is always there. The support team is very patient, professional and has ton of knowledge. They've got your back!

What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that the Product team will keep improving the existing integration with Salesforce. While it does the job for the most, we still tend to run into some blockers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot not only provides a lot of insight to generate new leads but also helps us nurture existing leads through their workflow tool. It's really amazing how powerful the tool is and what you can create.
Easy platform to achieve marketing success
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about HubSpot is that it makes it very easy for a user to gather analytical data to make optimizations on your marketing campaigns quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that you can't see what social posts converted new leads. It just provides you with a general idea of which platform engaged new contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company, we are focused on data-driven results. HubSpot makes it easy to quickly see what's working, what's not working, and make updates based on actual performance rather than theory.
Great Experience with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great Inbound Marketing tool that allows a marketing team to make an impact with ROI. Our team loves the features of Email, Landing Pages, Automation, and Forms to help increase lead generation. The analytics reporting is extremely powerful and is essential in monthly reporting for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything our team dislikes - there are some tools we don't utilize with our current strategy - but for the tools we use - everything is excellent - and we value the continuous enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily leverage HubSpot to generate leads, distribute content, automation, and improve our SEO.

Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of different features in Hubspot. I like that you can use a template to build your own email, or be able to paste in your own code. I also like the CTA function and being able to host images through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there needs to be a better way to make changes in the HTML in the Hubspot Template. It used to be super easy to make changes in Hubspot, but now I have to put the code into dreamweaver to make changes.
I also don't like that there isn't a specific way the lists look once they are processed. I like the old way where the lists were green if they were processed and yellow/orange when they were processing.
I also think there should be a feature where you can click a button and add a number of people to tak away from a list. If you only need an email to go to 5k but the list is at 10k it would be great if there was a way to "take away" 5k off the list. This would result in not having to export, make the list smaller and then reimport.

- We always hit out list limit, which is frustrating.
- When cloning and changing the name of the email it hasn't been saving properly. on the email screen, it shows the old name, but when you're in the email it shows the correct name. It makes it confusing and is a waste of time continuously having to check to make sure you are in the right email.

Make sure you find nameing conventions that work well and stick to using them so you can find things with ease!
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and track tasks for my whole team. We moved to Hubspot from Zoho and the difference is like night and day. We were struggling to keep track of tasks for the services team along with our sales team and now we can seamlessly view what each department is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have anything I dislike. It's been such a huge improvement for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been incredibly beneficial to get my entire team on the same page. As mentioned above, we are able to now track tasks across departments, as well as view client information in an easy way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using multiple tools to track clients or things in your business, you need Hubspot for an all in one tool.
Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like having all the tools in one place. I can see where I am at a glance (almost). The training modules are very good and you can go in at a basic level and go as deep as you wish to, or need to.
The hubspot chat support is extremely good. If you need to know something it's likely you're right in the middle of creating so you need the answer right now (if the creation is something difficult to put down). Of the many chat tickets I've opened, I've only been disappointed on one occasion.

What do you dislike about the product?
The sidekick add-in logs out and you don't have any notification. Sometimes modules don't do what they say they do and you don't know this and believe your learning is not sufficient or your skills not up to the tasks. It's difficult sometimes to unravel which it is. It's not always me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform gives the a team-wide view. Nothing is going to slip through the cracks!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can find your way around using the free version until you're ready to go all in. Once you are all in I think it would be a huge task to leave - but we don't believe we will. It's a superb online tool and you can get right to the design elements yourself. There is quite a learning curve with the design but I've found hubspot support to be very good here.
