(Almost) Daily Use
What do you like best about the product?
My primary role is social media marketing and management; Hubspot makes it simple to plan ahead and aggregate seamlessly from our blog content. I've been using Hubspot in marketing roles for 6+ years now; it's the standard I expect from any company who utilizes content marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional connection issues between sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to broadcast our content, simple as that. HubSpot pulls everything in place to share our blog posts in a clear, ever-so-clickable way.
Great Software For Automation and Data Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot is the ability to manage social media accounts all in one place. HubSpot makes it easy to schedule ads in advance very efficiently. I also enjoy the functionality it provides when managing PPC campaigns such as FB ads, LinkedIn ads, and Google Ads. HubSpot allows me to track and update my campaigns all in one spot as wells as build lookalike audiences.
I also really enjoy all the free learning resources that HubSpot provides. They are very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be difficult to get the hang of at first. The software is so big and there are so many options so it can be overwhelming at first. HubSpot does provide a ton of how-to guides and resources so a simple Google search can remedy most confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has made me a more efficient marketer. They're integrations with popular platforms make my job way easier. I also really enjoy using workflows to automate whatever I can.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that HubSpot is worth the price. The customer support team is great and the software does exactly what it needs to. I recommend it to any company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly HubSpot is. Anyone and everyone could utilize HubSpot with basic understanding of a computer. I was able to learn the functions of HubSpot with in a few days! Once I had a basic understanding, I launched my very first email campaign just a few days after training.b Also, I LOVE the customer service. Anytime I have had an issue or an idea that I was not sure possible, HubSpot's Customer Service Department was timely and understanding of my questions. Another feature that I love about HubSpot is the ability to do multiple posts to each social account all at the same time. This feature is nice because it allows for us to streamline our processes and reduce the amount of human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any major issues with HubSpot. The only issue I ever ran into was the ability to segment lists when sending an email. What I mean by this is, if I had a contact list of 10 people I wanted to be able to segment the list so that maybe half of the list receives the email on Tuesday and the next on Wednesday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am primarily utilizing HubSpot for a variety of reasons including email campaigns, social media and lead capture. With HubSpot we are better able to manage these campaigns through the detail reporting features of HubSpot. This benefit is throughout emailing and social posts which we love!

This product will make your life SO much easier.
Good for lead-based marketing / easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is solid. It's easy to use and I like how customizable everything is. Very easy to send emails, set up workflows, manage social media, etc. The customer support is also very strong - very helpful team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was very happy with Hubspot until we started an account-based marketing strategy. If you want an ABM solution, look elsewhere! The integration with Salesforce is so glitchy / difficult and any attempt to do account-based marketing is onerous. Hubspot has a big issue with creating duplicate accounts - attempting to standardize data on a single account record will take years off your life. Look at Marketo if you are trying to do ABM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us standup an effective lead-based marketing strategy. For ABM, it's frankly been a bit of a blocker.
Best Product on the Market, Could Still Benefit From Some Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredible because you can so easily create and track marketing campaigns across blog posts, landing pages, web pages, and social media. I know exactly who is coming to the website and where they are coming from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need a good way to import Google Docs into HubSpot and there really isn't one. The existing tool is very bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to really measure the impact of my marketing efforts which has been huge for understanding what works and what doesn't for our audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly, you are not going to get a better product for marketing. This is tablestakes in the industry and you'd be crazy not to go for it. This will enable your team to have a successful marketing organization.
Best marketing automation tool on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm mostly using the email feature with the forms, workflows, contacts, etc. What I like best is that they always are trying to improve their features to make their customers' life easier. They even take our opinions into account!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about the tool, if you would like to connect it with another one, you can associate it with Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation and reaching out to people as personalized as possible. It helped to generate more leads for our company.
Social Media Strategist
What do you like best about the product?
I like the HubSpot calendar view in the social media tab. Here, it's very easy for my team and I to plan out our content, approve and schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social media algorithms do not allow us to do certain things or HubSpot does not update quick enough for what the social platforms offer. For example, when publishing an Instagram post through HubSpot, we are not able to choose a thumbnail image for video posts, choose a location, or tag. Therefore, we find ourselves posting natively onto the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, it was hard for my social media team to see what a post looks like before it goes out. With the calendar view and draft mode, our team is able to write a post and add it to drafts. Here, we can make sure everything looks good before pushing live.

If you're looking to use HubSpot, I suggest getting HubSpot certified, so you're able to navigate the tool easily. If you ever have a question or concern, HubSpot support is always there to help.

What do you dislike about the product?
A small, yet important element to the social component of Marketing Hub (that I would love to see introduced): the degree to which Instagram is integrated and the capacity for which multiple outputs are allowed on a single social posting. Additionally, custom objects can be limited and present difficulties for wholly-personalized page assets.

Take advantage of the plentiful training guides, videos and (free!) courses that HubSpot offers. They are incredibly helpful and will help to develop your knowledge and the capacity to which you use and understand HubSpot.
Marketing Software Is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the best about Hub Spot is the fact that you can link all aspects of marketing together from sales to obtaining leads as well as track each page that they visit (once it is set up properly) and once it all is set up you can see everything that a potential lead wants to better link the sale
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing that I would change would be to add a copy-paste function in the Workflows tab there is really no other reason I am padding this response other than the stupid word count minimum which is ridiculous. why would you not just alow your client base to just say what they actually feel instead of doing this whole drawn-out word listing so they make up scenarios to pad their response to make your minimum word count? It truly is the worst thing I have seen from Hubspot other than the no copy-paste function in the workflows tab which would save literally hours of work rather than making each individual branch separately and now I think i have met your word count minimum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to advertise across all platforms of social media at the same time is amazing as well as bringing them to a specific landing page that I had designed all while tracking every move that they make to a better market to each individual person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it out first and see if you like it. it can be a great tool but you have to take the classes and learn how to use it just like any other tool.
Intuitive, Helpful, and Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy this system was to learn. Within a few days I could do most of the things I needed to including crafting and sending emails, setting up workflows, creating lists and reports, and managing campaigns. The training courses were a huge factor in getting me up to speed quickly. Whenever I have a question, I always hear back promptly from customer support- and they always have a thorough answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have access to add more contacts and features, but with our small budget we can't afford some things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to track the impact of our content, campaigns, webinars, and landing pages. Not only do our emails and communications look on-brand, they are also appealing for customers. In addition, I can create CTA's, forms, and landing pages and track who has filled them out, and even get emails every time a specific form is submitted so I'm always in-the-know. I can also create, schedule, and keep track of social posts with ease.

Make sure you're aware of the contact limit so you don't get extra-charged!
