What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and the property value track history and the Hubspot support guys are simply awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't really respond to feature suggestions from Ideas forum which gets people in trouble a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm part of Sales and Operations, I help the Sales team by creating workflows and optimizing the sales process. I also did some external integration with Zapier, Slack and one of our internal applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for the best Marketing tool then just go for Hubspot.

Great marketing automation tool and CRM all in one!

What do you like best about the product?
This is my third company using HubSpot - which has all been by choice! I've brought it on to my current company and the one before because I love the platform. It's wonderful having all of my necessary tools for marketing and CRM in one place. It also has a great UI that makes it easy to train people and easy for them to use and learn on their own. The support has always been fantastic, and they continue to add new features all the time. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a complete marketing automation tool and/or a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool does not have as many options as I'd like, and some of the functionality is limited, but they have made a lot of improvements over the past year, so I hope they continue to make those improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am responsible for all marketing and sales operations. HubSpot allows me to automate everything and view the results all in one place so I can easily understand what campaigns and actions are providing what results. If I had to jump from tool to tool and doing everything manually, I'd be working three times as much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to your account manager and thoroughly review all the different levels of the platform along with necessary integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot accomplishes everything I need for a digital email campaign, all in one place, integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot needs to create ability to segment/trigger based on property value submitted on form submission. Can currently segment on property value and form submission independently, but not what property value was submitted on a specific form submission event in the past.

My previously salient complaint about Hubspot--the inability to reunite branches in workflows--has been rolled out successfully in the software and I am very happy with that functionality now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send lots of email reliably, track it, and understand our constituents convert in response.

Amazing Support!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot support is fantastic. I've never had to wait more than 30 seconds to chat with HubSpot support, and when I do they are always able to solve the issue. HubSpot integrates well with our other marketing tools and offers valuable insights into our clients/customers behaviours. The user interface is clean and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot Design manager could be improved. It would be nice to have an all HTML version where we can control over layouts.
It would also be great to see more workflow options for our internal process, like the ability to send an automated email to an account manager after an event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We HubSpot for inbound lead generation and tracking, sending marketing and client emails, marketing automation, and to measure marketing campaigns.
HubSpot interrogates well with our other marketing tools and really does act as a hub to keep track of them.

What do you like best about the product?
Co-dependent tools that allow Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to work together on one platform (without losing productive time in gathering or moving data from one team to another)

Its customer support is interactive, patient and productive compared to any software support system
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes for all teams to understand all tools in-depth (the training time varies from peer to peer)

Also some of the tools are under-utilized because they seem complex (like workflows)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire Marketing to Sales journey on one platform,
New team member picking up from exactly where the last communication was left with the customer,
Staying in touch with the customer through Drip Campaign,
Feedback and Reports in the most simplified manner

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a powerful marketing tool! I like the tool from its ability to generate different reports to its possibility of integration with different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some specific reports that are not possible within the hubspot, this is the case with my company's processes. I think the email report has yet to be optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create solutions for our customers, all within the tool. Content production and management, lead capture, workflow creation, customer relationship, among other things that are encompassed in marketing. The Hubspot is capable of solving almost everything!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise you to explore the hubspot, understand its features, talk to support to see solutions for the process you want, all the time they are thinking about creating solutions for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very complete tool to tie marketing efforts to sales opportunities and to get a 360° view on campaign performance. Hubspot makes it easy for marketers to execute their inbound strategy and to tie all efforts together, e.g. by using the Campaigns feature: a blogpost, social shares, e-mail campaign, paid ads: you alway get a real time view on what is working best, so you learn what works best for next campaigns. Hubspot offers great support in many ways: in-person help via Helpdesk or our local Hubspot partner, Hubspot Academy and Knowledge base: top!
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor issue is that there is no undo button in the blog editor. But then again, if you suggest improvements, Hubspot listens and checks how to improve their software.

For complex B2B relationships, it requires some thinking how you will manage the accounts in Hubspot CRM (parent company, distributor, multinational, supplier, ...)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot ties marketing effort to sales opportunities: we can see how people found us, whatthey are interested in and easily assign to the right sales person and start building and nurturing the relationship.

if I had to say something I dislike, I would mention the amount of unexpected changes on the interface

HubSpot MarketingHub makes my small team feel much bigger

What do you like best about the product?
I spend nearly my entire day in HubSpot - I use the platform to implement, analyze and optimize all of my organization's digital campaigns. The ability to work on everything in one place not only saves me time, but gives me cross-channel and cross-campaign insights that I can't get anywhere else. (I've tried!) With the click of a button I can see how my campaigns are performing, and the optimization tools within the platform help me to make quick edits to improve performance as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design builders in HubSpot are still a little clunky, specifically in the web page builder, but also in the email and blog builders as well. The WYSIWYG editors have come a long way in the last few years, but I do still find myself fighting with even simple table designs on my website pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am largely responsible for the design, implementation, execution, analysis and optimization of every marketing campaign we run. HubSpot allows me to put my digital campaigns on autopilot so that I can focus on developing new campaigns and providing support to my sales team. Without the easy-to-use tools, scheduling capabilities, and insights I am able to get with HubSpot, I wouldn't be able to accomplish half of what I do in a day. Not to mention the insights the CRM tool collects about our leads and customers automatically. From a sales perspective that information is invaluable and allows our sales team members to have relevant conversations with every person who lands on our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Full disclosure - I have drank the HubSpot Kook-Aid. Not only in this tool extremely robust (on both the marketing and sales fronts) but I have also found the inbound marketing concepts behind every tool to be extremely effective. I have either implemented or expanded HubSpot tools for three different companies, all with completely different needs and goals, and it has been the right tool for the job every time. Every year the offerings grow more robust and I find myself pivoting my strategy to test new tools, and usually with quite a bit of success. Because I fully subscribe to the concepts behind the tool, the platform itself works extremely well.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has everything you need for CRM and marketing automation in an easy-to-use, out of the box solution that still has customizations. On the sales side, it cannot be easier to organize contacts and track activity. On the marketing side, making email blasts, landing pages, and forms is very easy to pick up and learn. What is very much one of the best features is found outside the platform - and that's the people and stellar customer service. There is a human element to the HubSpot platform unlike any other out there. They actually go beyond "customer service" and strive for "customer success." You can actually get a human on the phone to help you with your issues or for solving challenges in a way that fits your needs. 11/10 for the customer experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tiny features that would make the platform even better, but no deal-breakers. For example, you can't stop a form from accepting submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, Marketing Automation, Event Registration. We have seen benefits in getting the data behind who our customers are, their engagement with us and our marketing efforts, and easy reporting.
