What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing director, my team needs to move fast and be able to make changes on the fly. I love how easy it is for non-technical marketers to use the platform to do their jobs and any changes that need to be made can be done by them without interference or waiting on a developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike about HubSpot marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a central place to organize all of our work and measure performance, and we can do that easily.

What do you like best about the product?
My team just ran an ABM campaign using HubSpot marketing hub which was super helpful for everyone to align in one place. We set up a sequence that automated, even when I was out of office, and were able to clearly see the results for meetings booked, etc. in the dashboard.

Also, it’s nice to be able to set our own objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can get lost between account pages when I use UTM generators and campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our sales team send out emails automated and us on the marketing team track results

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy user interface and how it pulls everything into one place. From email campaigns and social posts to landing pages and reporting, it’s intuitive and easy to manage without needing multiple platforms. The automation tools save me hours each week, and the analytics give a clear picture of what’s actually working so I can adjust quickly. It makes marketing feel less overwhelming and more strategic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive but I see the value

Marketing email outcomes, performance, engagement. Really love the way how the results are presented.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool that is most helpful in the marketing hub is the versatility and also the AI features and automation that streamline lot of what used to be manual!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I think the only thing that I really dislike about the Marketing hub is that a lot of the most necessary features for enterprise accounts are all things that have to be added on for an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going back to one of my favorite things about HubSpot specifically the marketing hub is just that built-in automation. For small marketing teams time is of the essence and a lot of manual processes are now fully streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s clear HubSpot is working to continuously improve their products. The hub allows marketers to bring their work in one place while still staying connected to outside platforms when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your data isn’t accessible or organized or you have an extensive approvals process for content, you may not be able to use all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation, content creation. The new features can bring efficiency to a small marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It’s been a game changer for our team.

Not a downside but there’s so many updates it’s a bit difficult to keep up with the latest changes.

Simplify Forms and Workflows to Personalize and Grow First Party Data

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Hubspot Marketing Hub for only 4 months and in that short time we have streamlined our process for growing first-party data and nurturing leads. Our email open rates are averaging 40% (up from 20%) and one campaign even has a 60% click through rate (up from 2%). I attribute this success to the platform - because it has simplified our build process, we can spend more creative energy learning more about our target audiences and ideating how we can build stronger relationships - nurturing leads to opportunities to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has taken a while to learn all the features and functionalities, but once we find our way around, then it starts to become second nature. It really is a simpler platform that what we were using (Pardot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re growing our first-party data (reducing reliance on third-party data).
