What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to HubSpot. I appreciate the integration of so many marketing functions in one platform including multiple social platforms, email, digital advertising, and list management with tracking and measurement capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see greater access to search across the different tools for instance in social posts..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media, email marketing, and list management. A consolidated platform to manage and activate campaigns while managing our database. Easy access to results measurements and comparisons.

Is the perfect combination of creating calendar and scheduling content.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best part it's the scheduling & the reports from the Marketing Hub. The ability to share the calendar with the team where they can make updates themselves and confirm the schedule to be published. Also, be able to verify the engagement and % of our content thru social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when we have to go email by email to verify the open rate and not having a report that would do it graphically. I would want to be able to do some graphics for the email marketing open rate % and see it distributed by month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub has helped me and the team to demonstrate the potential of reach and interactions of our content with the followers. So we can modify our content strategy if needed. Also, the creation of a marketing dashboard has helped us to showcase our skills and the impact it has made to the followers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a complete CRM platform, where you have the option to create, organize, plan, and execute your strategies. In addition, it gives you the facility to create your own reports to adjust and improve your process-flows or workflows.

The Best Social Media Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub is everything you need for your social media publishing, monitoring, and reporting. I love that it is an all in one tool and I can get everything that I need in one place. The platform is easy to use and if there is something that I do not know or want more education on HubSpot has a lot of educational resources that will guide me through it. Since I am a one-team marketing role this helps automate and make my job easier.

I highly recommend HubSpot's marketing platform to any size business for Automation, Social Media, CRM, Chat, Email, Ads, and content creation. It makes marketing simple and takes the hassle out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the HubSpot Maketing Hub eliminates the multiple tools I would have to use if I did not have everything in one place. The marketing hub helps us generate leads and helps grow our business.

If you are using multiple tools for your marketing automation, CRM, social media, and more I highly suggest you checkout HubSpot's platform. The educational resources and support alone are reasons to join the HubSpot community.

A great tool at every step of your marketing strategy

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that HubSpot is a all in one tool that allows you to do everything marketing related. This allows to get everything in one place which is great for aligning each marketing efforts with a goal, analytics and personnalization of content. Plus each tool is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the fact that you need a developper to set your designs of webpage / landing page or other. I know that HubSpot is trying to change that but it makes it difficult for someone with no background in coding to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easier to target the right public and send the right content. With the list segmentation, marketing automation, contacts properties, etc, we have been able to send more relevant content to better help our customer and leads. It also help to re-engage people who have unsubscribe to our services.

Having a historic on contact profil to better understand customer that are having issues with some things. We can see the exact action there a taking and solve their issue quickly.

Easy to use, great platform

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub is really easy to use and I was able to feel like a pro from the start. It keeps me nice and organized since all of my social media platforms are on one easy to use space. I love the integration with Canva also... it makes it so simple to edit and create new social media posts right from the same spot. I like the ability to schedule out all of my posts so I know I won't forget about any of my posts for the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that I don't have the ability to post multiple pictures on Instagram, so I can't post the photo sets that I like to post occasionally. That's really the only thing that I dislike about using the Hubspot Marketing Hub for social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the issues that I had with forgetfulness! Having the ability to easily schedule out all of my posts helps me to stay organized and never miss a beat. I've realized the easy ability to compare posts as well, and to not seem too repetitive, since I can view all of my published posts for all social medias in one spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation to others considering using Hubspot Marketing Hub.... just do it! It will make your life so much easier! Integrate all of your social medias, and start it up.

Hubspot Marketing makes it so easy to post on different social platforms simultaneously

What do you like best about the product?
The cloning feature. I work in yacht sales and on average we have our boats in inventory for 30 days. So it is very easy for me to clone a listing using the Hubspot tool. We have multiple locations up and down the east coast so it is very important for SEO reasons to have different Facebooks for each of those locations. Linking all four accounts was very easy and seamless to do. Switching from one account to the other is also just one click and makes it easy to select one account or multiple. The monitoring feature also acts as a dashboard for the user to be able to identify all the posts reactions you have either scheduled or published by account. If I noticed that one post, in particular, did extremely well, I would make all my future posts mimic that one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I can recall when using the Hubspot Marketing platform is only allowing four photos per FB post, only one picture for an Instagram post, and only one picture for twitter posts. I think we should be able to post at least 10 pictures on all platforms. Additionally, I think the price of the product is pretty high. Maybe consider dropping the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing department is solving many problems by using the Marketing Hub. It is easier now than ever to automate all of our marketing to multiple platforms simultaneously. The benefit of this is that we are posting a lot more content and getting more engagement from our followers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you or your business is considering purchasing the Hubspot Marketing hub, I suggest you purchase it because it will make your marketing department lives and workflow seamless. With the marketing automation capabilities and user-friendliness, it is a no-brainer to at least try out the Marketing hub for a few months or so.

Identify your core needs out of a CRM and then call hubspot to see if it's right for you. They have great customer service.

Social Media Tool Review

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated Analytics. I like that I can see everything for all of my platforms at the click of a button. Showing the value of our social media efforts is integral to my job so the fact that hubspot makes it so easy is a huge plus. I also like the ability to tag accounts from the scheduler - it saves me time from going back in and doing the tagging later. I also like the ability to attribute certain posts to a campaign and have a master report tracking the lead process from start to finish. It is an easy way to be able to tell the customer journey "story" without getting lost in the clutter of tagging and website reporting through google analytics. Hubspot is much more intuitive and user friendly - I just started using it two months ago and I already feel as though I am getting the value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot automatically converts all links to hubs.ly with no option to disable - very time consuming to fix. Also I do not think it accurately tracks posts that are made outside of the hubspot scheduler. These are very important due to the fact that some posts need to come directly from the platform (think - shares) and if they are not tracked properly we will lose a large chunk of our analytics that we would've otherwise had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to "set it and forget it" with our social strategy. Save time.

Comprehensive, user-friendly marketing solution

What do you like best about the product?
Having ALL my info in one area. It's the best. I love the ability to see my organization's entire marketing effort right there in front of me. It's incredibly handy. I am the organization's primary contact and developer when it comes for our social media. As a result, I touch just about everything when it comes to that part of the company. Having everything that we do - on all of our social media pages - right at my fingertips saves me a ton of money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really use the "Sales" tab. Frankly, though, that's not really my job. I'm in the marketing department, so I don't touch that. Everything that our salespeople say about the product is aces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company with multiple social media accounts, organizing and coordinating these elements were a giant pain. Hubspot has allowed us collect everything we need in one place - allowing us to get our message out to a much larger audience.

Along with that, we use Hubspot for everything from sending out our marketing emails to getting the insights on our social media - so we know what is working, and what isn't. I've seen a lot of marketing solutions in my time, and - honestly - Hubspot is probably the best. Additionally, I love the ability to build elements for content distribution right in the Hubspot site. They really do make things easy. Any time we can cut down on the amount of services we use, I'm happy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't skimp on the training. Honestly, go through and make sure you have everything set when it comes to training before you start. And ask some questions. They're great at answering them.
