Social Media Management Review
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts in bulk for multiple accounts is so helpful for a social media manager.
The second best thing is that, by posting through Hubspot, all of the distractions from social media platforms (notifications, feeds, etc.) are taken away and it's easier to focus.
Overall the ability to create a post, either schedule it or save it as a draft, and clone it if a repost is necessary.
The emoji tool is easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to post one photo/image at a time on Instagram and 4 photos for Facebook.
Not being able to choose the cover image for videos.
I wish Hubspot didn't shorten the links to Hubspot links. Our customers trust our website handles and are less likely to click something unfamiliar.
Being able to organize published posts or drafts into different categories would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending time on social media posts more efficiently and, because I can schedule in bulk, at a more consistent rhythm.
Because Hubspot takes out having to logon to any social platforms and those distractions are removed, focusing on the task at hand becomes much easier and is more likely to be completed in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing hub makes it easy to keep all my tools in one place with all the corresponding data and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the preview image doest work for social posts and for twitter posts it doesnt shorten the link prior to posting so it takes up a lot characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and being more efficient. Able to make data driven decisions based on reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can schedule posts in Instagram. I really like that we can schedule videos (and not only pictures like the tool I was using before). The Social part is really user friendly and so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to include our Pinterest account as well...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instagram posts can be scheduled in advance. I really like the fact that I have a total control on monitoring the comments, I love the reports. There is not much negative to say overall, the tool is great!

Worth the try, everything in one place is awesome
Hubspot does what it says and gets our business the results we wanted.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspots email tracking and providing reports on our most popular landing pages are our favorite and most helpful features. The upsides include knowing when and how often people visit our website, but also auto-generating data about that visitor and applying it to their contact formation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I don't like about Hubspot. If I do, I'll let you all know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have become more cognizant of my email subject lines and how I word my emails when corresponding with prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing is a god-send for all Marketing Generalists / Social Media + Email marketers out there. It helps centralize all my social, email, and day to day campaign requirements in a super intuitive and easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to schedule social posts that need to go out with gifs / videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping me ensure that nothing falls through the cracks, all my data is on one platform, that I can pull up campaign metrics between meetings, and that I'm able to consistently measure our performances across different platforms and streamline and optimize our strategy.

The resources and templates. HubSpot academy helped me learn my role very fast and be successful.

There is nothing that I dislike. All features work well for me

Scheduling multiple similar but different posts FAST!
Pretty integrative, easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to manage all aspects of our social (posts across various platforms, landing pages, emails sent, etc.). What I like about the platform is that I can mass schedule everything in advance from blog posts to social media posts. It makes it very easy to edit our landing pages once on them, as well as track how certain posts do engagement wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross platform functionality across social media can be better. What I mean by that is, certain images will not post to instagram if they are not in the right ratio (when I can log in and post the same image natively without issue), you cannot trim video to the desired length on Hubspot when posting (this must also be done natively in app). GIF's cannot be posted on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram through Hubspot, so they either need to be made a video or done natively. Sometimes there are random issues with posting on social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can plan out all my posts in advance and schedule them saving me time. I can also use it to gauge metrics of blogs and social posts, and have a record of everything posted and when.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can schedule a post across platforms with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
GIF uploads are not supported, so I either have to upload short videos or schedule GIFs directly on the platform I want to post it on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save so much time scheduling posts with HubSpot Marketing Hub. I've used plenty of similar tools and theirs is by far one of the easiest to use! I didn't realize at first that I can also track engagements and reply to people directly on the platform without ever having to leave the window!
Very easy and all-in-one experience.

I love the ability to post from pretty much any Social Media platform. Cloning is also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't see a list of Twitter accounts when you're trying to find an account to tag.

Content consistency is a lot simpler.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the marketing analytics to track how your social media campaigns are performing and your email campaigns are performing. Very useful tracking features.
Pretty easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Not being a super technical person, I've generally found the Hubspot solution to be easy-to-use. It has also helped us keep most of our marketing activities under one tech hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations can be less than seamless, particularly between Hubspot and Salesforce. There have been numerous occasions when I've been bounced between the two support teams with little to no resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On site lead capture, setting up automated workflows to engage with contacts, publishing social content, email marketing for prospects and clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Decide if you need marketing automation and a CRM. We found a lot of overlap between the two but already had a CRM.
