HS Marketing Hub allows me to target specific customers, or all of them, in one shot.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to group my customers based on need, industry, etc, and then send out a catered message based on any of the above.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there really is nothing I dislike. There are some things I had to figure out, that may have been a little frustrating in the beginning, but with the assistance of the HS support team, all is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a sales guy, with Marketing access, so for me, again, the ability to knock off multiple birds with one stone has been a big plus
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it an honest try. I can't say whether or not it is better than other CRM software options, but I can certainly say it is a user-friendly platform, that simplifies my sales and marketing process. There are a lot of rooms in Hubspot, by that I mean many directions and options as far as taking your program to the next level. So many ways to try new things.
Hubspot Marketing Hub - Pros & Cons
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations across different aspects of marketing - ads, blogs, creation of landing pages, social media, SEO recommendations & topic research. I have used Hootsuite and other tools for social media management but have never found them as simple and powerful as Hubspot marketing hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can improve, Particularly social media reporting. We have 8 services across 6 industry verticals. Right now, the campaign has to be created for all these permutations and reporting is much more difficult if I have to pull reports for industry-wise or service-wise. There should be tags available so that it is possible to tag a campaign for different attributes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping my team understand the reach and engagements in social media. Create landing pages and blogs using the HubSpot marketing hub. All the blogs at trigent.com are created with Hubspot Marketing hub, approximately more than 150 of them!
Contacts that we get also help in understanding the user journey on the website, It is even possible to verify that using Google Analytics based on the initial information available from Hubspot

Made my marketing needs so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the platforms that I need to access (social media pages, email marketing, analytics) all in 1 place. And its very easy to create and schedule content. Email creation and send is also very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you are not able to fully customise the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly create, send and automate emails and content posting on social media platforms. Ability to quickly create simple landing pages for marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
its a user-friendly way to have everything that you need in 1 platform. It doesnt take alot of time to get into hubspot, once you're in the platform it is fairly easy to understand and you get a hang of things right away. I especially like email creation and workflow creation as its very handy in my line of work. scheduling content is also very handy on hubspot and a plus point is that you can schedule Instagram posts as well. Hubspot's analytics makes it easier to understand if you're marketing strategies are working or not, and it can be directly related to the sales team's efforts and you see how leads move up or down the lead lifecycle. landing pages are also a handy way for us to engage with our leads and make sure that we have all the details required for us to take them in as a consumer.
Social Media Tools are Superb
What do you like best about the product?
I love hubspot's social scheduling tools. It's very simple to schedule social posts and track their progress. I especially like that I can organize posts by campaign and track that way too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could do more with Instagram stories... Like a specific function. I know Sprout Social has something and it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking social performance and tying that back to important metrics for the agency. That has been very impactful and it let's me know that my job has an influence on ROI

Do it! It's very comprehensive and packed with data
You have a long way to go... Social scheduling can get better

I love how it is sooo easy to create beautiful emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the team can work on improving the social scheduler where it should allow to upload IGTV's for Instagram as well as multiple image uploads for Instagram

Email tracking has become soo easy for us & we are actually able to use the data in order to re-target our audience
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you take into account that it is a one stop shop for a CRM bt the capabilities are still WIP specifically in terms of social scheduling
Good tools for SMB marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is easily accessable: Emails, social media, landing pages... Everything is easy to find and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CTAs and Forms can be a bit confusing. Takes some time to learn the ins and outs of imbedding these elements into landing pages, emails, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing to track all leads for our SaaS platform. We have synced the activity with our CRM (Salesforce) so now we can see all activity for all prospects that interact with our marketing emails, website, landing pages, etc.
Planning marketing content has never been easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The hub has everything from reports, to Canva design, to easy automation planning, giving me the opportunity to bulk plan content for the company all in one place--a huge time saver for me. While content planning and implementation takes time, Hubspot is efficient in the tools it offers users, allowing me to utilize my time more effectively then when I used other websites to accomplish the same tasks Hubspot solves in just their single site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social media reports tool offered more comprehensive and substantive data around social engagement, like engagement with followers through stories or noting mentions/tagging on other company and follower profiles/pages. The report tool could also offer more insights to improve data and company social presence. You can see this a bit in email data reports, but it could also be more substantive there as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save an enormous amount of time using the hub by automating the company's emails and social media content in a single place, as well as keeping all of the content organized. This makes content planning and application easier, the most important benefit of using Hubspot for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to up your marketing game, Hubspot is well worth the switch. The upgrade may seem overwhelming at first, depending on what you were using before, but their team is quick to offer support.
Social Media Marketing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The best parts of HubSpot Marketing Hub is the automation in scheduling an unlimited amount of posts that are integrated with our website content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the downsides are that HubSpot doesn't include features like other platforms such as Trello include, which make it easier to utilize blog posts & email campaign scheduling. I wish there were more interactive tools right within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving is communicating with our future and existing clients to bring awareness to our services. I've realized that HubSpot has right automation with many platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to make it your main CRM platform.
Lots of Automation, Good UI
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot you can do, even if you don't have technical or coding knowledge. And the integrations with other technologies and reporting capabilities are pretty stellar!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhelming and/or overly complicated at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to work better as a marketing team (we're spread out all over the country) and also to automate processes and cut back on manual work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some training as a group and don't feel like you have to use everything everyday to make it worth the investment. Baby steps.
Honest Hubspot Marketing Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you're able to integrate a lot of other services with Hubspot, for example, social ads (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) you can use with the analytics provided by Hubspot or you can integrate GA. Just depends on your preference. So it can definitely be integrated with most major software services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to Hubspot's services. If you're looking for a platform that gives you general marketing capabilities (quickly create a website, review analytics, social marketing), then this is for you. If you're looking for a service that can offer in-depth analytics and allows you to create ads within the platform, then you may want to look elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to have most of our marketing assets and data in one place. This allows for less confusion especially when sharing account access to other vendors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although this is touted as a one-stop-shop for your marketing needs, always keep marketing assets saved elsewhere as well, including email lists, social advertising and organic drafts. When it comes to social posting, although Hubspot does allow you to schedule and post through its platform, it's still a good idea to create your own calendar in case there is any sort of server errors within Hubspot.
