Hubspot is great
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to work on so many emails at once. Its awesome being able to get inside and look at what people click and if they even open the email. It allows me to figure out if I need to design them in a different way to get more clicks. I like being able to go in and make changes as the email is live to better improve the email in the long run. I really like the design features where you can drag and drop elements. Thats the easiest way to design the emails. I just love being able to make things super perfect down to the pixel. I feel like this is a super basic aspect but I like being able to duplicate emails. Its also good with collaboration between team members. We can all go in and edit the emails with ease and not having a deep knowledge of the product. It's easy to learn and get the hang on quickly on your own without a lot of outside instruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to do customization to the emails design. As a designer I can't go in and customize code as easily as other developers can. Sometimes the design tools aren't super intuitive but for the most part I can get what I need to do. Sometimes I feel like there should be easy ways to do things and I can't get it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to figure out best ways to target our customers and get the most use for our client. It's also nice to be able to divide by different clients. I personally don't use the landing pages or forms, but I know our digital people do a lot and that is super helpful in other aspects outside of email. I personally don't go into the specifics of the numbers and stats based on the emails, but I know that other people in my company do and that they find great value in that resource.
Hubspot Automates Many Aspects Of Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has amazing tools that automatically track different things which I really like. For example, google ads conversions are tracked in Hubspot without needing UTMS or anything like that. Also their customer support is top notch. Whenever I have a question I'll get an answer in a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customization elements do require a bit of coding expertise (html/java). Overall tho this isn't a huge problem except when you need to make template changes or GTM configurations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my problems are based on attribution of marketing and Hubspot does that very well. Also Hubspot is great at creating dynamic email lists which has really improved our email marketing game.
Fantastic platform for content marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The blog editor is really easy to use on HubSpot, so I can quickly add and format posts and make sure they look appealing and read well, with plenty of images and calls to action. It's easy to optimise posts for SEO purposes and track keywords with the Optimize function. I also really like the email editor, I've found it much easier and more intuitive to use than similar platforms that are dedicated to email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One sticking point is the lack of search functionality for pages/posts - you can only search by article title and not by what is in the articles themselves. This makes it harder to add internal links to improve navigation and average number of pages per website visit, though a Google "site:" search will help with that, so it's certainly not a deal breaker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to track lead generation and use our data with more oversight, which the HubSpot marketing hub really helps with. It's easier to visualise our SEO strategies too with the specialised SEO area. This has been particularly helpful for our social media management and data tracking, showing us how our social posts contribute to a variety of campaigns we have set up.
Simple yet powerful platform for companies interested in lead gen and flexibility.
What do you like best about the product?
I can make major and minor changes readily without having to understand code. The flexibility of the system and the module based approach is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of underlying layers in the design manager and so sometimes items don't format as expected and you have to update the modules. The HubDb tables cannot be sorted by column a-z nor filter by information in one column so finding things for updates is really hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my lead gen needs plus the ability to make and edit pages and navigation with ease so I can easily launch new products.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can sometimes be difficult to know how to get the best out of Hubspot. There are so many different features that can be split into so many smaller features. Then If you add in Zapier and other API connections, it can be hard to maximise its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have completely transformed our customer journey for a variety of different stakeholders. Utilising workflows, enrollment triggers and so much more to really deliver a personalised experience that works well.
HubSpot Marketing Hub - Great Tool, Always evolving
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of my marketing tools (email, social, website, and blog) contained in one, user-friendly application is incredibly convenient. In the past, I'd use Constant Contacts for email, Wordpress for web design, and HootSuite for social management. Now, with one simple login, I can manage, plan, execute, and analyze all three of my major digital marketing channels.
Their customer support is fantastic. I've been able to quickly chat a CSR and they typically solve my issue within a few minutes. Their support reps are not just troubleshooters. They have in-depth knowledge of how the platform works and how to use it. I know that sounds not too impressive, but that's not the standard. Many CSR's just take your case and push it to a technician to handle. HubSpot only does that in complicated cases. 8/10 times, their CSR can solve the issue within a few minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The application can be lacking in some areas. Thank goodness, HubSpot is always evolving and making updates. They allow you to submit ideas and upvote others' ideas. However, even if an idea has strong support from its customers, it doesn't always make it to production. And if it does, it may take years to get recognized, put in development, and then executed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're creating an integrated marketing approach. All of our digital collateral is now visually similar. We've realized that we can tie our website and email efforts together, which allows us to dig deeper and understand our customer interactions better.
All-in-one Digital Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our emails, social media, and website landing pages are all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency! All of our contacts live in the same place, and our website forms fill in our contacts automatically, which is very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an all-in-one tool for social media, email marketing, and website pages, this is it!

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface, it's a very user-friendly platform. I like the options for email design and web design and also think the website and email reporting is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I better understood how to get proper ROI reporting from hubspot and tracking a contact for lead all to the way to customer. I'm also a bit confused about the automation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stronger CTA's within our website, higher quality MQLs from email campaigns and website forms. It's also much easier to build in integrated campaigns compared to our last tool as well as nurture workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to set up email and create workflows. It's also really easy to create great blogs. Just drag and drop content. No need for lots of code knowledge.
I like having all my social media accounts linked too. It allows you to have an overview of everything. It's also great when you're in a rush and can filter by most interaction and then simply clone an old popular tweet.
The customer service is always really quick and the team are so friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure chatting to someone on the help chat feature. That's definitely one of my favourite things about Hubspot.

I suppose it's on the expensive side, but it's worth it. Other than I don't really have anything that I would say I dislike about it at all!

Using Hubspot means I can keep in touch with prospects based on their interests. The automations are fantastic. Takes so much of the manual work out of it.

The email templates are really nice to work with too. You don't have to be a master of code to create really beautiful emails. If my next company doesn't have Hubspot for marketing, it might be a deal breaker...

Great fit for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is enjoyable to use - ease of use is one of the reasons we chose it. I'm also constantly discovering new functionalities and interesting ways to use workflows and pull reports. About a year after starting with Marketing Hub at our mid-size tech company, using it for B2B marketing, we added the Hubspot Sales Hub to our tech stack. Together, this has streamlined and improved our sales enablement efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge has been ensuring that I, having never implemented a Hubspot integration with Salesforce, understood the sync and inclusion lists well. I made a few mistakes during implementation regarding email permissions, sync settings (two-way versus one-way, etc.), and duplicate fields. However, these problems have been easy to sort out with the help of our technical consultant. Just wish I had been better versed during Sales Hub onboarding, specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved the problems of having more frequent and better targeted communication with our B2B prospective and current clients, through a monthly client newsletter, webinar series through the integration with Zoom and SurveyMonkey, and other campaigns. We've also been able to follow-up on inbound lead conversions, to see what happens after the handoff to sales and what the revenue impact has been, through reports and dashboards.
