    Computer Software

Very well rounded full stack marketing platform for non-technical teams

What do you like best about the product?
The key feature we love about hubspot is how comprehensive it is. Having tools for landing pages, forms, SMM, blog etc all in one place is a big time saver and makes each tool more valuable. Every tool comes with great documentation and is easy to teach to others on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what i dislike most is the lack of granular control we have over creative aspects in Hubspot marketing. I understand that this is more of a swiss army knife than a scalpel but sometimes we feel really hamstrung by having to conform so tightly to templates. There is not a lot of opportunity to colour outside of the lines. This has advantages but as a power user i would prefer to be empowered with opportunities to take greater control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we solve is centralizing customer communication in one channel. Phone calls, emails, chats, web meetings all occur in one place so tracing the customer journey is far easier. The direct benefits are hard to quantify but we know that we could not run our business or scale without this piece.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely make use of hubspots generous free trial program. You can definitely pick and choose what works for use and tap into their integration center to bring in tools that work better for you in some sections.

HubSpot for Marketing Virtual Events

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for the past 6 months to manage the lifecycle stages of registrants for our organization's virtual events around the world. It has been instrumental in managing deadlines that registrants must meet and adding them into workflows, sending one-off updates, and more. The email templates are simple to use and creating and editing lists that integrate with our registration system is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the social media scheduling - It is impossible to tag individuals on LinkedIn or Facebook, so I have to manually post on those platforms. Instagram posts that are scheduled out also appear blurry at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problems of tracking and communicating with multiple lists of people via email. We have been able to pivot to virtual events without much difficulty due to the easy communication and email automation features in HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an expensive tool, so consider a trial and explore all the benefits before diving in.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which I can schedule out my whole week of social media content in this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an opportunity to schedule story posts as well as post multiple "slide" photos to Instagram. I also wish there was some sort of pre-approval option. Once you have uploaded content into the software you can to a fellow colleague and they can go in and approve the post to scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the view of analytics I can easily see where our views are coming from including our website sessions it solves my issue of figuring out where to focus
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In relation to other marketing automation services, I believe Hubspot is the most fille out and supported one on the market now.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like all the integrations between marketing, sales and services (tickets) . With this prodct, i can acces any tutorial and content about my doubts. I can seach on google and with the correct words i will have my answers. It's very simple to configurate the features that we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have one. All that i need, i have in hubspot. I have worked with other softwares and to choice hubspot was my better idea. So, if myself be prolongated here, i will be not sincere. I'm very happy to choose this product. If i can say one thing, maybe the new features could be more clear when increased, i think Because we didn't expects many changes or new possibilities, creating a lithe confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The structure about my products, contacts, entrepreneurs matriz and how they are connected, it was my solution. I worked with farmers and corporates that have farmers and in the other crm, it was not possible deal with it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that the hubspot Marketing hub needs to show better its feature. I felt that if i need to create something, i have to search in google and find the correct words to have access for the knoeledge. So, if you eant to use this product, you need to know that you have to be a person that likes to search and is curious. It's not so easy, you will have to "run" to development by your own.

What do you like best about the product?
With HubSpot Marketing Hub I can manage all my marketing activities in just one place. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to understand, that also Sales Reps like it. HubSpot allows me to implement projects that were only designed in my mind.

The landing pages creation tool can be refined

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and organizes all of our materials in an easy to navigate way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more customizable options within reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally able to effectively run our prospecting email campaigns thanks to the easily set up workflows. This has been a huge benefit for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables me to get a full view and take action across the full lifecycle of a contact. Because the CRM and Marketing Automation are so close, all my event triggers can run smoothly on both low and high touch contact flowing through our systems. We get a clear view of contact created from our paid channels, down to the very keyword and creative, without having to jump through hoops to connect the dots between multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for Hubspot to be able to report better on things outside its ecosystem, such as our external blog or landing pages. The design of the embedded forms is still far from perfect, despite some unofficial tools offered for this. Requires a ton of CSS and patience to get it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enables me to personalize our marketing touchpoints at scale. Aside from the obvious email drips, we can also tailor our on-site chat based on customer status, for example, logged-in customers on the support site vs unidentified prospects on the marketing site. We can handle a scale of contacts with a small team.

Easy to segment mailing lists and create variations to test.

Some of the email customization tools can be a tricky to change and there is not a good mobile editor.

I've been able to create custom content for our users which has led to better engagement and higher organic traffic.

Hubspot is great for marketing automation, emails, landing pages and some social media tools. It has truly helped us reconnect with our customers in a professional and personalized manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has become one of the tools our team spends the most time on. We're customers of the Sales and Marketing Enterprise hubs and it makes Sales <> Marketing alignment much easier. I really like Hubspot's flexibility when it comes to property management, workflows, personalization, and ads integration. Hubspot's resources are huge and allow you to train yourself and your team in a self-service manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have learnt a few things the hard way, for instance when setting up workflows. The funnel and attribution capabilities have quite a learning curve to get things right / make them fit to the reality of your use case and setup. Sometimes, we found that the chat service - while being nice and helpful - may provide inadequate solutions (while the agents are all very friendly and quick to respond). For complex requests, we found that sending a ticket is safer, even if that in one recent case, we found an answer to our issue by escalating to our CSM. An in all, I find Hubspot to be a great platform if you like to roll up your sleeves and learn things by iterating. I know it is possible to pay for a higher level of support and guidance but it is not something we have done as we are a startup so learning / iterating is part of our process.

We are using Hubspot as our Sales <> Marketing CRM and automation platform. We use Hubspot to qualify leads, optimize conversion, segment our approach, and measure the success of our efforts.
