Everything you need to enable your marketing growth, in one place
What do you like best about the product?
the design and how easy & straightforward it is to build flows and basically work with any marketing tool. Constant improvement is also something we truly appreciate. Within last year we've noticed a significant upgrade in workflows and email tool. The integration with Gogle Sheets also look very promising to us, we can't wait for this feature to be fully live and working.
There are also improvements introduced especially for companies work with several brands, like preference groups in email etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being a pretty big client, we face some limitations when it comes to lists, workflows, and properties limits, for instance. The last upgrade in workflows also meant for us that we need to get some unexpected job done, like cloning workflows and deleting the classic ones, which was pretty unexpected and no one was willing to perform such action (in order not to lose historical data).
Lack of customization in the communication preferences page is something that worries us, we would like to make this page different, collect some info about why a contact unsubscribed etc.
Limiting access to some advanced tools, like workflows, would be good also. We'd like to give viewing only permission to workflows and lists.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything automated and fully integrated so that we can easily target contacts with behavioral workflows. We benefit also from having ads accounts (Facebok, Google Ads, LinkedIn) connected so that we can send hot leads to our inbound sales teams in a timely fashion and within HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can only suggest start using all HubSpot hubs together eventually to enable full consistency across all business units :) That's how you can benefit from using this platform to the maximum extent possible.
Robust system with excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - it is a very intuitive system (easy to learn). Love the robust knowledge center and I appreciate how easy it is to get in touch with a team member for help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of templates for B2C workflows - built as a B2B system it would be nice to have a more robust set of templates to work from on the B2C side when looking at workflows through the customer journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and development of workflows to ensure seamless communication and touchpoints with our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A very well-built and robust system.
Useable in both B2B and B2C environments, HubSpot is very easy to use. Lacking a bit in the B2C space in terms of templates for workflows but I would imagine that will develop over time to be as robust as on their B2B side.

Great management tools for blog and social post organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love UX and the feasability of the tool

It's hard to integrate different part of a website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm managing in a faster and clearer way the setting of social post and blog publications

I'd appreciate as a user to have different ways to integrate all the parts of a website

I really like the features CTAs, Campaigns, pop up forms and Personas.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to clean the data. Also how there is not re-engagement process in place for unengaged contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the performance of our workflows, with HubSpot it is easier to do this then our previous system so we can stay on top of what works and what doesn't.
Hubspot Marketing makes everything easy and the reporting is fantastic!

I love the ease of creating a new email. Whether it’s an automated or single blast it’s extremely easy to set up and send.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is lacking some basic email automation functionality but I’m happy to hear HubSpot is working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving the ability to created personalized content by usual good Hubspot’s smart modules.
Marketing Operations is easy with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use but robust with strong integrations. Visibility of property usage and subsequent data management is a breeze. Lists are an extremely powerful feature and combined with reports it is clear what is happening with all the data. Creating SMART content is perfect for creating personalized experiences for contacts. Making Landing Pages and Website pages is quick and easy, especially if a template exists and A/B testing is actually fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is not cheap and some features are a bit too 'easy' and simplistic. Reporting could use an update in the UX and depth. Having a paid cap on the total CRM size is a hindrance. Workflows are amazing but are a bit laggy and buggy at times, especially in larger flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a great central 'hub' for all integrations and managing top of the funnel contacts in a CRM. Strong workflows ensure a lead is ready for sales to follow up no matter which sales software is used. It has a strong connection with Salesforce and allows for easy sync. Chat software connects seamlessly and updates contacts in HubSpot and Salesforce so reps have a holistic view before a sale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot provides a complete journey from lead to a customer while nurturing the whole way. If you aren't going to use most features in Marketing Hub, then do not get it but if do then it is worth the price.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a best all in one marketing and sales management software.
With hubspot, I can create and optimise my content, nurture leads, monitor contacts in real time and analyse how my marketing campaigns are progressing. With sales team, i can get deep insights on their requirement and how they are frequently visiting the product pages before finalising the purchase.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pages created in Hubspot takes 5 min extra to get leaded which can make our customer to leave the page early. We cannot use high resolution images because if this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to easily track the IP addresses from the companies who are visiting the website and pages. The activities of prospects like the content, product pages they are frequently visiting, their interactions can be tracked and shared with Sales team.

I highly recommend this all the marketing professionals to use this tool to make their daily work easier.
Social media made simple to post across platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post across all social media platforms and schedule when most optimal out days in advance makes HubSpot a great tool for marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish the HubSpot functionality would afford multiple image uploads for Instagram, IGTV, and Instastories.

With HubSpot Marketing hub, out social media team knows when post are posting so we don’t overlap each other and have a systematic approach to post timing.
