HubSpot Social Media Scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar layout - it's great to be able to see all of your social posts a month out, and to be able to toggle over each and preview. This is especially useful when I'm scheduling weeks in advance and need a quick reminder of what is posting each day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike. As far as scheduling goes, I hope HubSpot can make an update to post carousels (several photos, or a combination of photos and videos) to Instagram. If I want to post more than one image, I have to do it from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us stay organized and, most importantly, track how we are doing! The analytics have helped us adjust our strategy and try new things. I use primarily the social media tools, but we also use the features for email marketing, as well manage our website through HubSpot.

Great for beginner and intermediate marketers

What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly, and the email set-up is the best part. It's also the part I use most frequently. I also love the landing pages and CMS for the rich media/smart content, where you can allocate new content to show for people who have visited or downloaded pieces before. There is SEO guidance built-in, so if you're in need of a simple SEO tool (similar, in my mind, to Moz or SEM Rush), this can replace some other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need more complex data, workflows, etc., you'll need additional help. In most cases, HubSpot can do it, but we've needed additional development work or additional add-ons for some of the more complicated requests we've had. If you're used to a robust SEO tool like Brightedge, HubSpot will not take its place, but for most other things, there are work-arounds for more complicated asks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, smart content, blogging (and the offers we can control), landing pages for offers, and forms (so many forms!). We're able to collect data and sort it, for the most part, exactly how we need to for targeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If this is your first foray into marketing automation, HubSpot is hands-down easiest to work with and set up to get going. If you're 5 years in, HubSpot needs some additional assists to get to where you're going - more APIs/plug-ins, more developer time to get to the data you may want. It's easy to do, but could cost more. For example, once you're past simple workflows, HubSpot's workflows need some help - they're not as easy to navigate when you get to complicated requests. They are, however, consistently improving the tools - workflows, forms, email set-up, landing pages - so what you're looking for may be coming soon. There's also a robust help forum from other users, and their customer service is incredibly responsive (which I value a lot).

Hubspot makes my life so much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub allows me to schedule everything all at once and check analytics, manage responses and crate reports. It's so easy to learn too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule Instagram videos and stories, reels, etc. from the same spot. I'm still split between management on my phone and in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is so much easier. I don't have to be one my phone to plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pre-schedule social posts across multiple platforms.

Email Sequences allow me to step up my follow-up game and target specific clients.

The Vidyard integration allows me to send marketing and client service videos to multiple clients at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Call tasks to auto-populate to my Google Calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a network of almost 16,000 contractors. With this, I am able to manage clients' expectations and deliver information as well as target specific clients, educate them and nurture their needs through the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a one-stop CRM for handling all your sales and marketing needs, Hubspot is what you need.

What do you like best about the product?

I think having Marketing Hub, CRM and sales functionally in one place gives us more efficiency. We can use the Marketing Hub to send emails to our customers in a fashion way without changing platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot. I've used quite a few CRMs and email marketing tools, and Hubspot is by far the superior. Creating emails is simple and there are so many features to use. They even have templates for those who don't have a ton of design experience. The personalization is great. I also love the workflows for marketing automation and how easy it is to create lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't email related, but their landing page feature is really frustrating. For a company that has such stellar email capabilities and tools, their landing page tools are severely lacking. Using them is a frustrating process and not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing automation is fantastic. I also really enjoy all of the apps you can use within HubSpot (Zoom for example). Really the biggest thing we were trying to solve was targeting our audience in a smarter, automated way. It's fantastic!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of planning social media content for the month and looking back on past posts analytics to see how well they performed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of Hubspot is the ease of being about to delete drafts.

Allowing our team to post to multiple social media accounts at once while also realizing what platforms our audience is actually on.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is so simple. It helps me track sales funnels, manage marketing material for clients and create tasks based in a simple and effective manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really fault the system, every system has it's advantages and for managing marketing and sales on a daily basis it fills all the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails are simpler than ever to design. CTR's are higher and people have no issues viewing them on both mobile and desktop
