Great product for our needs as a start-up
What do you like best about the product?
The software is user-friendly, and even if you are unsure about how to use something, there are plenty of resources at your fingertips. Loved the in-person, in-depth training at their headquarters, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've always struggled a bit with creating the right templates for marketing emails and website pages. I feel I need more developer knowledge to get these things right. (I'm just a marketer.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all of our marketing and sales data into one place for easy collaboration.
Friendly Dashboard, Solid Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Very visually appealing, communicates well to those outside marketing for trajectories and goal achievement. Marketing emails are easy to automate with performance evaluation. The open track feature is great for considering which tag lines are the most effective in a given season. Traffic/ engagement metrics are one of our most used features to get a quick read on marketing digital performance from an administration standpoint. App is easy to integrate with existing marketing platforms such as web page, social media, and email communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a highly visual individual, I would prefer more options to change graphics. It gets a little bland with the same layout. The consistency is great and straightforward, I would just personally prefer the option to change layouts more frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily identify which initiatives are performing well and which initiatives need work. We are also able to track performance over time quickly to see which initiatives have been most successful.
Amazing - easily the best in marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in one hub. Also, the training and customer service they provide is top-notch. Hands down the best software out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I think it's a great service and software for what you pay!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning how to automate and connect the dots has been a learning curve, but the assistance and training make it streamlined.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would always pick HubSpot now that I have used it. It's seamless, streamlined, and fast. Easily the best software I have ever used!
A great tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the HubSpot Marketing Hub as well as the connectedness of the entire HubSpot ecosystem. It makes my job as a marketer much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more integrations available and I wish the analytics were more comparable to Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to be more efficient and scale my efforts at segmenting and marketing to the customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact of being able to personalize and automate tasks and marketing tactics
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a cap for ad spend and having to pay additional to be able to spend more on my advertising plan

Changing the mindset of a company tohave them understand the value of Marketing, and being able to bring in new revenue and creating a robust CRM that can be used company wide

Make sure you understand your needs in terms of contacts, scope, and what you're going to execute in the platform; license can be pretty customizable
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the platform is excellent. The ability to tie all activity to a campaign is something that we were looking for when sourcing our marketing automation software. The workflows tool is great. I use it frequently to automate repetitive tasks, data entry consistency and create reminders for follow up. The automation tool is especially useful for ensuring company names and country names stay consistent as well as sending reminders when close dates of deals have passed. Overall the platform is easy to use and saves our marketing team a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I've found that I dislike so far is that when we were sourcing our CRM/Marketing Automation tool, we specifically requested multi-touch revenue attribution; however, we were sold Marketing Professional vs. Enterprise so we do not have that functionality. This was one of our largest goals with a CRM/marketing automation software, so this was a big bummer. Not the fault of the software, but keep in mind when sourcing that you're receiving everything you requested/require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to utilizing HubSpot, our marketing team did a ton of manual work. Our eBlasts were sent via Outlook to 500 contacts bcc at a time, we could not track any of our activity to revenue (or even leads), and we had absolutely no view of our top of funnel contacts. HubSpot has helped us with all of that. Even though we do not have the automated multi-touch revenue attribution, we do still have the ability to report on what marketing activities have generated the most customer activity.

Hubspot makes it easy to track sales, keep all data in one place and makes campaign handovers easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the drag and drop function is a bit frustrating / doesn't let us move campaigns.

Sales tracking and organisation, pipeline overview, marketing leads

Not seeing the number of clicks and open rates.

Using Hubspot for a first time and like it
What do you like best about the product?
Huge knowledge base as well as usefull tips in the blog, fast responds from the support, clear and intuitive UX, speed of loading. having all the information is one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not flexible enough, too much built-in limitations for exmaple in landing page building or in events tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the whole user database in one place. Running email marketing and marketing automation. Keeping analytics for the full-cycle marketing campaign in one place. Immediate access to any historical or ad-hoc analytics. Integrations with advetisements and social media platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the Ads module, please improve the way how Events are created and sent to advertisement platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Very first thing I love about Hubspot is Customer Service, Hubspot provide hest customer service than any other in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now, I am liking everything using Hubspot nothing as such to dislike.

Complete time management with automaton tool.

I would definitely recommend Hubspot for every company. As in today's world not all business owners have lot of time to invest by there own by doing manually or keeping another person for the same here where Hubspot help you.
