Easy to use tool that is good for a small. growing business!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and very consumable. Even a marketing novice like myself can easily create good landing pages, email templates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more sophisticated workflow options. In addition, I worry about scalability without other tools in our environment.

Reporting is not customizable enough and sometimes the interface changes can be a bit annoying. It closes the loop but I would love to see a bucketing feature that allows me to better show reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lead capturing tool allows us to collect much-needed data for introducing customers to our onboarding and adoption cycle. It is a marketing tool first and foremost, but there are ways to use this function for other essential steps in your Customer Lifecycle.

Some of the report/dash customization are again, not scalable, but have allowed us to have a more data driven approach to our day to day success. We've been able to integrate wth all of our tech stack and track communication, touchpoints, sequencing and Analystics from Google.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great all-in-one tool for a growing organization looking to organize and consolidate its marketing functions. The reporting tools are good out of the box, but its extremely important to have clean data to utilize the premade dashes.

I believe there is an inflection point with HS, however and at some point, if growth happens to your org, you would want to consider other tools to help support your further development.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
This software was super easy to use! I was able to pick it up with almost no training at all. It was super easy to schedule social media posts and email drip campaigns. Also I know it's free to everyone, but the Hubspot marketing blog is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any major issues. It's a very competitive product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very small marketing team. Hubspot allowed us to manage abs schedule our marketing efforts in one place. It was nice to have our CRM and marketing connected too.

What do you like best about the product?
It was helpful in understanding the stages of the funnel my prospects and customers were in. So I finetuned my messaging and saw better interaction in my community
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial hiccups were there during the setup. There was no start here and leading people to what they want to achieve. Hubspot could work on its onboarding features.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to learn, especially for new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more robust functionality like multitouch attribution and lead scoring / grading are more limited than other options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for all of our campaign distribution. We are able to quickly drop multi-touchpoint campaigns and track results.

What do you like best about the product?
- Workflows make it easy to customize automation
- Forms are highly configurable
- Branding is easy to do
What do you dislike about the product?
- You definitely need a Hubspot dev to get started
- Easy to accidentally uplevel to a higher tier of marketing contacts, then you go through a rigamaroll of talking to other people at the company to resolve it.
- Analytics are basically unusable because they're not granular enough

Design tool is very difficult to use. This should be improved

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a perfect tool with all the features, which help manage my customers/client's needs and my interaction with them. Its various features come in very handy for my team and me. Our sales team can interact effectively with lead management which I think is very important. Due to this functionality, we can convert leads into customers, which eventually helps us generate more revenue.

It made business easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think of any significant bummer using this tool, and their support team is constructive. Their support team always prioritizes my issues, whatever the problem is.

Although, i have a suggestion for them if they can make their chat support 24/7 available that will be great. This will help teams from different time zones to took support (if required).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditionally, my team was struggling with lead management. Due to the large inflow, we were unable to manage the leads effectively. But since when we started using Hubspot CRM, we not only drive them more effectively and can covert them as our customers. Hence, more revenue generation. Its other features like Email Marketing, Contact Management, live chat, and Social media advertisements are very useful. All of these features add more value to my day-to-day work and enable me to achieve better.

Easy to Use, Not HIPAA Compliant

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is user friendly and helps us to reach all of our leads. I also appreciate the automatically generated tasks that help me to remember which leads I need to follow up on. The lists are a quick, convenient way of organzing leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Hubspot is not HIPAA compliant. This limits the amount of information that we can store on our leads. We have to use a separate documentation system to mark whether our leads qualify as potential patients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot notifications help us to respond to our leads quickly. We have found that our leads are much more likely to be converted to patients if we follow up within 5-minutes of them submitting an online inquiry form. Using Hubspot text notifications helps to always be able to follow up within minutes of a lead submitting an interst form.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy of collaborating, scheduling, and creating content. I also love the abiity to link your marketing to their sales tool. This makes it easy to work between the two departments. Lastly, I love the ability to automate work flows taking pressure off marketing team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the reporting features, and how some of the pricing packages are put together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating emails, lead work flows, blog creation, and social media scheudling. I also used the Bot automation for a webiste at one job.
