HubSpot Marketing Hub A True Partner That Helps Scale Your Business

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use this tools has is amazing, Easy login with 2FA option as well, Implementing into your existing system is also damn easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the pricing is a bit concerning for small scale businesses, So in my opinion this tool is particularly most useful for Enterprises, Mid-Size company and Funded Startups too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my agency I faced operational inefficiency and a bad client experience while onboarding and timely updates to the client about their work progress was also lacking. Using HubSpot Marketing Hub I could increase operational efficiency as well as provide prompt and quality customer experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use. Great for startups who need to give people autonomy to go in and create/send emails on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support and sales experience has drastically declined. I'm trying to SPEND money and the responsiveness//urgency is not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it's our MAP system. We use Salesforce outside of hubspot for CRM. It's a good tool for smaller sized companies without large complexities in their data sets. We use it for standard features like forms, emails, lists (now segments), workflows, and campaign memberships.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using HubSpot because it brings all my marketing and customer management tools together in one easy-to-use platform. The dashboard gives me a clear view of deals, tasks, and client activity. I also love how it keeps everything organized and integrates seamlessly with our email and other apps. It was simple to learn, I’ve only been using it for four months, and I can already see how helpful it is. I’m excited to explore even more of its marketing and work flow features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ll have a better answer once I finish building the workflow I need. If I can’t get it to assign a task date based on a deal date (e.g., one week before and on the date), I’ll be disappointed.... so, to be determined!

Also I would add a template creation feature that let's you take a good email I just wrote while in my contact and save it as a template. Now I have to open templets, find my folder, create from scratch and copy and paste. A quick save to template button would be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to spend more time learning this feature.

Lately, they changed the seat charges. It can be very experience for the big teams.

What do you like best about the product?
We use HubSpot to manage our website and it seamlessly helps us coordinate and track our marketing campaigns through social media channels, email campaigns, blogs, press releases, podcasts and more. Easy to navigate, excellent analytics and amazing customer support. I use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the cost, although for our organization it is worth every penny. Unfortunately for smaller businesses, I don't know if it would be feasible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our customers on a variety of platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally liked and used this tool because in marketing, we literally juggle from one platform to another tool for the sake of engaging the users - building a good marketing campaign but with this tool, you get all possible things you need will be on this platform which makes our work easy and time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am the fan of this tool as I used many times as free but the one things is the cost when u level up the things, every kind of advanced features comes with a cost but in the end, it is worth of the cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best that they are doing is having all the possible marketing needs tool at one platform which is HubSpot Marketing and being a user, I can not tell how truly this is important, it literally makes our work bit hassle free. Even the marketing performance of my campaign gave me the better results.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see metrics related to emails, social media posts, and other marketing efforts. I can easily share these numbers with managers to show impact and also pivot when they are not showing a good story.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are constantly evolving, so the names and locations of tools are subject to change. They eliminated the content section, which caused a stir among our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is an essential tool for our organization. All of our CRMs live in HubSpot, and it has the ability to house the needs of multiple teams while also helping everyone work cross-functionally and seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot lets me manage email, social, ads, and automation all from one dashboard. It also connects smoothly with the CRM, so sales and marketing stay aligned, and the reporting gives clear insights into how campaigns are performing and driving ROI.

Some of the more advanced tools take a while to learn and really get the hang of, so there’s a bit of a learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
the platform provides robust analytics and attribution tools that clearly demonstrate ROI, helping us justify spend and optimize investments.
