A great tool overall with endless use cases.
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows are a particularly powerful tool that don't seem to have any glaring limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is not optimal, especially the language difference between what a contact is in Salesforce vs what it is in HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation has seen a huge upgrade vs what we were getting with simpler products. Saves time and money overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your use case makes sense. There's a lot that HubSpot offers, but not utilizing all of it can make it harder to justify.
Fully functional and User Friendly Landing Pages
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to just drag and drop elements to customize landing pages. Eqch element giving you the flexibility to customize according to your needs creates a fully functional landing pages that supports your marketing campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way leads are syncing with Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hibspot is a full marketing hib - from forms to emails. We don't need a separate tool for each.

Easy to Use and Integrate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate all of our marketing functions in Hubspot. I can see ad performance, social metrics, email and sales metrics all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities are hard to navigate, and it takes me a long time to put together the type of report I'm looking for. I have to make a lot of customizations in order to get the metrics I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily see performance metrics across email, paid advertising and social. It helps me see what's performing well and what needs improvement in one place. We are also using workflows heavily to automate our processes, and we are starting to see real time savings as a result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to use HubSpot as your marketing automation platform and CRM, it's a really viable solution that provides an integrated experience

What do you like best about the product?
"The best part of HubSpot for me is that it is a one-stop-shop. In other words, my team and I are able to easily create website/landing pages, blogs, newsletters, send mass email marketing campaigns, and report on all of our efforts on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are discrepancies in the reporting I see on HubSpot compared to Google Analytics.

Generating more website traffic and turning that traffic into qualified leads

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the user-friendly interface that makes it easy for new users to adapt to a new program. The processes are streamlined and efficient and provide all the necessary tools for showcasing your creative communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the triggers don't allow for the proper criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow automation - hands down. Hubspot Marketing Hub takes the manual labour out of sending individual emails, scheduling follow-ups, and an assortment of medial tasks I would otherwise not have time for.

I can do so much with Hubspot but I enjoy being able to have automatic workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish navigating and changing contact features was easier.

I am solving the problem of trying to decrease manual emails. Contact tagging has significantly helped with that.

Regardless of your skill level, this product offers intuitive marketing solutions for your company to execute strategic digital marketing campaigns—complete with data integration.

Without some type of training for some parts of the product, it can feel overwhelming to a new user. Thankfully, they provide a free learning tool to assist.

What do you like best about the product?
Supports our needs from marketing to sales to support. We keep adding more functionality as we grow and have migrated several services to hubspot to save money and conslidate!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app on iOS is pretty low functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for managing leads, scoring leads, and are going to start using it for landing pages. Main benefit is consolidating all leads in one place.
