It does just about everything I need it to do; top-notch online training
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive functionality: email campaigns, landing pages, blog, social media posts, advertising, web forms, pop-ups, Salesforce integration, analytics. Easy-to-use intuitive application interface means I can figure out a lot of things on my own. Excellent online training and support resources are available for getting new team members up to speed and for diving deeper into learning discrete functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app would support social media posting like it used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're speeding our marketing and building everything from a common base of customer contact data, calls to action, etc. Our implementation is still relatively new and our sales cycles are long so I haven't been able to measure ROI yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have no regrets going with HubSpot Marketing Hub. I used Pardot in a previous position and this is far superior. Consider how you will handle social media posts when away from your computer, as HubSpot doesn't currently support this.

Our email marketing problems have been minimized with Hubspot.
HubSpot is the best and help me to do a lot of online events!
What do you like best about the product?
Without HubSpot my emails will not impact all of the public I need to do incredible HR's events! All the lists and filters that we can do approve my chances to be more assertive in my communication as a marketing analyst. And, because of that, I can make different copys to a multiple numbers of public segmetantions. In this couple of months during this last quarter I acchive more than 30k leads from my events with HubSpot help and without this tool it won't be possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be nice if we could copy and past a list of emails on "Excluded lists". Sometimes I need to excluded some contacts direct on my emails and I need to do one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me with everything about communications and make me more data driven on my marketing decisions. I can follow each media and utm that is envolve on my events promotions and decide where I can put more efforts. In this couple of months during this last quarter I acchive more than 30k leads from my events with HubSpot help and without this tool it won't be possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to use HubSpot Marketing Hub to make best and quick decisions for your campains! In all my marketing experience HubSpot was the best tool, that hellped me the most during my tasks. I my last 3 experiences we implement HubSpot and it changes all ways to do marketing :) I am so grateful.
Hubspot is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
WORKFLOWS!! Before I upgraded to Marketing Hub, I used what features I could to communicate with clients and prospects, but workflows are a game-changer. It's less manual entry to have to endure and less overwhelm with missing little details about a client profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with an automatic email going out due to the learning curve when originally initially setting up workflows. The capabilities are so vast, I had to experiment to see how certain things flowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CREATING MORE TOUCHPOINTS with clients and future clients with automated messages.
Great tool for tracking communications with your clients
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to see who received and opened the emails I send, whether to a list of people or one-on-one. I like the interface with Gmail, so I have visibility when clients open or reply to emails. I also like the integration with other marketing tools like landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit clunky and sometimes hard to navigate between functions unless you know what you are looking for. I also wish I could get a notification when someone on a list did NOT receive an email due to their subscription status. Would be nice to get a list of those not receiving an email rather than just the number.

Saving time with email and landing page templates from our national HQ and creating my own templates.

A Game Changer for Marketers Everywhere!!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so intuitive to use. And if there were anything you weren't sure of, as an enterprise client, our dedicated customer onboarding executive was a delight in helping us get set up and running! It's extremely user-friendly and there are countless resources to always learn more.
Especially as a content marketer, the ability to track assets across all channels, from LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns, to organic social, traffic to landing pages, and tracked documents, it's never been so clear to understand where our content team's resources should go or shift toward.
We've also been able to implement automated sequences to better welcome prospects into their customer journey with us and direct them to helpful resources.
With all the data and reporting available, it's been a gamechanger in proving the worth and value of content marketing.

I would say the biggest con is just the overwhelming nature of CRMs. There are so many tools and so much data to report on, it's hard to know where to start.
Additionally, so far it's been challenging to get the Salesforce hookup right so that we can connect content and social engagement directly to revenue, whether by booked deals or influenced revenue.

We've been able to develop more holistic reporting on our campaigns, which has been huge. Having the ability to create ultra-customized dashboards on various metrics that we deem most important has not only made it easy to understand where we should (or shouldn't) put time and resources, but also what kind of campaigns perform best and adapt our strategy accordingly!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take the time to do the weekly onboarding sessions granted in those first 90 days. They may feel long and tedious at times, or like just another meeting on your calendar, but it made for a much smoother transition onto the platform/
Hubspot has come a long way and continues to improve.

The building tools are simple to use and someone not knowing the product can jump right in and start to build landing pages, forms, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit limited in what you can do. The html option should be easier to work in. Reporting is a bit lacking compared to other MA tools.

The form and landing page builder is a life saver instead of having to use a word press plug-in.

Hubspot has made a great Marketing tool. As long as they continue to add features that other more expensive tools have, I highly recommend it.

Easy to learn and easier to use. Great for beginners.

The manual process of moving contacts between sequences is frustrating, and limit on number of contacts that can be moved at a time is time consuming.

Really good tool for all-round Marketing :)

The dashboards/reporting tool is quite good, but could be a little more straightforward (I needed some extra training to understand it), but overall it's still better than most.

It's a good system to "put the house in order" and maintain strategies and campaigns.
