Excellent All-In-One Marketing, WebSite, Sales, Customer Service Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the suite is the simplicity of customization. Need another contact property? Simple. Need to change the footer of your email, blog, website? Simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the initial learning curve and the organization of educational materials. Instead of a manual, they have opted for a disorganized mess of forums and FAQs. Luckily, their customer service is available to point you in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving organization of campaigns, campaign assets, and creation of assets. Everything is linked by campaign and topic clusters. We have realized the streamlining of our marketing efforts and once again the simplicity of organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product is worth the time, energy and investment. Once your teams are familiar with its use, your job will be much simpler. The program does all the wonderful things they say it does. You have to invest your time into making them work, but worth it in the end.

What do you like best about the product?
Training videos and online support. For anyone new to Hubspot this becomes invaluable on your journey to becoming an expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel its ABM functionality is less able than other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Microsoft Dynamics, LinkediN, Twitter, ZoomInfo and third parties has been good in order to have a holistic view.
Great Tool, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is so much available in one tool, and it can be used across different departments. We use Hubspot as our source of truth, and it helps keep all team members on the same page. Also, it is easy to use, meaning all team members can use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to more easily build custom emails without the help of a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have any problems. As mention earlier, the biggest beenfit is that we can use Hubspot as a source of truth across different departments.
Powerful and effective tool despite missing some advanced features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when it comes to email automation and reporting, ability to segment lists in all possible ways, and the very straightforward way the platform can be customized to our needs. From landing page creation for gated content to workflows, everything is designed to be easily managed by anyone without a technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is good or very good for most things, but it does lack a lot of features you would expect. As an example, setting up workflows is easy and works well, but have an overview of all of your entire email marketing touchpoints is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily performance reporting and email marketing, but we also have Hubspot connected to our social media accounts (both paid and organic), use if for gated content, host visual assets (like PDFs) and more.
Easy, Efficient and Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Academy is amazing for new users who are looking to get to grips with the platform. It's helpful for those who have experience and are looking to upskill too as the lessons showcase to you parts that you may be better utilising the system or didn't know existed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside? There isn't! There's so much on there I don't think anything is missing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to anaylse our efforts easily with Hubspot, to see what works well and what needs changing up to improve. It's also great that it integrates with so many other systems so we can use everything we need but keep our data all in one place for a streamlined process.

Umm, we recently faced some picklist issues, but those were resolved within a few hours. Nothing beyond that

We are a marketing Operations and Automation Agency. We use all the marketing automation platforms daily; you name it, we have it.
But amongst all, we have noticed people migrating to Hubspot more than usual in 2020and 2021 (likely the fact behind them being a billion-dollar company now).

What do you like best about the product?
It's a complete tool. You can have everything integrated and well-coordinated. I like the design possibilities the new template update gives you; you can do it more personalized and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It misses some integrations with other apps, and sometimes creating workflows - even though it seems easy - can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion and acquisition. The possibility to automate and send communications to a large DDBB has been a significant benefit so far.

It's a complete tool to use for email marketing. Anyway, If you're planning to use it, but you never did, I recommend learning about it with HubSpot free courses.

It is very easy to get started with this tool. You just need to study the tutorial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality is still missing. The account-based report is poor and there is no way to use time tag to personalize the email
