Using Hubspot for more than 1 year now and still satified so far
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's the feature Social - connect all the social channel so I can schedule in bulk
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't update the blog on Linkedin as a "Linkedin Article"
If I'm using scheduling social media channels to post videos, it doesn't have the feature to choose the thumbnail I want.

Social Channel Managing and Email Marketing
Problems: I have many channels to update so thanks to Hubspot, I can schedule faster.
Also, Hubspot helps me in Lead Generation with the Email MaKT feature.

I really like the projects section; it is very easy to create tasks and organise your workload

I don't like that when you edit a social media draft, it takes you back to the start of the draft list.

Scheduling social media posts is helpful since the market we are trying to grow is America, and I am not awake when most of our content goes live.
very user friendly tool with good tracking inbuilt
What do you like best about the product?
It has a seamless integration for most of your social media platforms all in 1 roof which makes it easy to manage. The campaign part is super easy to maintain and create with easy landing page creation, I can even track my website load and the analysis and reporting mechanism is the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the features like target audience post on LinkedIn is not available, its only with facebook post. Similar we cant crate a poll post on LinkedIn through hubspot which is possible only directly through linlkedIn. Some of these features are needed in hubspot integration itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration into 1 roof is main thing and also the analysis of all the campaigns we are running (more than 6 at the moment) and its report is superb feature. Infact I like the feature that it captures new user contacts info from website

Marketing Hub makes it easy for a marketing professional to carry out many marketing functions, like blog posts, landing pages, social media, email etc. I think it is very easy to learn how to use and helps daily tasks.

I like the easiness of usage, brilliant coverage of every feature one can need and think of, prompt and immediate support, the abundance of learning materials (blog posts, community support, HubSpot Academy), among so many others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd appreciate it if the blog templates had more options or customizations to play around with my blog posts.

The SEO and Blog sections are impressive. I search keywords, get suggestions, write a blog post, optimize for SEO, and publish on the website and social media, all from one place.

I love the clean interface - it's so tidy and efficient. There's rarely any confusion on where to find certain features and the handy search tool acts a quick shortcut when you just want to get on.
Uploading new blogs is super easy and Hubspot highlights any concerns or improvements to strengthen your content. The tracking URLs are especially pleasing to implement too.

What do you dislike about the product?
For anyone used to WordPress or other CMS platforms, the learning curve is likely to be challenging - but it's worth putting up with the uncertainty and sticking with it.
There have been instances when I haven't had my phone to hand, so I haven't been able to log-in due to the two-factor authentication, but that can't be pinned on Hubspot.

Hubspot is super easy to use! Has incredible features and the support team are super helpful

Speed and accessibility, and able to create great-looking emails easily

Other actions are confusing, such as going through the automatic functions.
