Extremely helpful in automating and tracking our marketing efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to link various assets to campaigns helps us gauge the success of the entire campaign, not just individual pieces of a campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see improved is the flexibility with templates for Landing Pages and blog pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our customer journey - we are able to really visualize and report on which clients are interacting with which marketing material/communication. It has given us a much clearer insight into what our clients or prospects are interested in receiving.
Great marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot Academy! I was a beginner blogger when I started and grew my viewership by over 2000% using advice from your videos. I also love how user-friendly everything is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when I added links, it would default to opening in a new window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping all info in one place, able to make updates to content quick and easy.
Great Page Builder and Email Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how I can quickly use the default landing page templates. They look great, styles carry across all pages, and the drag and drop editor rivals similar page building systems on the market. I appreciate how dynamic modules like forms and CTAs are easy to integrate into designs and have their own metric tracking properties. The email tracking is also hot-spotted, which lets me know which links folks are using most when I send out campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
When building pages, I wish I could save and replicate sections or components of pages I build – or I wish I could easily save my own page templates. When I first started, I found it difficult to understand how to move contacts into subscription types and lists – and why both were needed. There's definitely a learning curve when getting started with the system. I also find the available elements in the default page templates to be oddly restricting at times. The button element, for example, can only be left-justified. If I need a centered button, I have to use a CTA, which has be building CTAs for things I don't need CTAs for – just so I can have centered buttons in some places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In particular, we've been easily able to create free drip-email courses using pre-written emails and the Workflows feature to time-release emails based on when a contact signs up, and then deliver subsequent messages on Mondays. Workflows has a lot of parameters to sift through in order to fully understand its capabilities. I find that I mostly use the same few parameters and try to keep them simple.
A One for All tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the tool is it's strength. The way every capability is set up with all relevant detailed help documents and all-time support inbox makes it a comprehensive experience when it comes to using the tool. Also, Hubspot is the goal standard of CRMs when it comes to the depth of the capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's costly for a small or a relatively new organization that is still solidifying it's foot in the market. With the expansive capabilities I believe everyone should be able to use a platform like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use automation and workflows with ease. It is simple and easy to use. Also storing contacts and importing them via lead gen software is easy.
The HubSpot Marketing Hub has many useful tools for all marketing needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is "under one roof". You can work on optimizing your website, create email campaigns, set up marketing drip campaigns, and manage your social media campaigns all with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor flaw: when going back a page after doing a search, it doesn't go back to results for that search, instead showing all items. You have to reenter your search query again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple subdomains, so using HubSpot allows us to seamlessly manage them all easily. It's easy to switch between them as well as linking between them. There are good courses offered by HubSpot to help you better understand how the individual tools work and how to get the most out of them.
Great overall, but some minor fixes would improve it
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to tailor our emails to the recipient and see who's engaging with our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text formatting capabilities could be better. Format painting and the ability to download emails as HTML.

Monitoring Member engagement with email campaigns and providing actionable insights for paid campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the data tracking, monitoring and analyzing features, but I truly love how easy it is to create and send emails and landing pages using the HubSpot Marketing Hub!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that my company hasn't begun using the complimentary Sales Hub. HubSpot has made everything so much easier! :)

HubSpot Marketing Hub has genuinely made our data tracking and analyzing more accurate and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage from one place the full scope of inbound marketing activities, track progress, create assets, measure against KPIs and see impact on closed deals and revenue via integration with Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
SEO section could use some love like Campaigns usually received. It could make beyond the current keyword research tool for beginners to suggest best topics for pillar page strategy and make creation of the pages a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to use and great all-in-one solution
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use. Great website and blog functionality. A fantastic all-in-one solution where, on a daily basis, we create blogs, landing pages, website pages, send newsletters, post on social media, and the like... Excellent for any content or digital marketeer. Integrated with our own CRM so it's easy to track a lead from the moment it reaches your website until it becomes a customer, showcasing the ROI of inbound marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports (analytics tools) could improve and have more specific sources. It could also be better integrated with LinkedIn, so that you can also post documents from HubSpot (currently we have to do it directly from LinkedIn).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one solution, integrated with CRM, helps showcase the ROI of inbound marketing, easy lead tracking, good overview of all your content, and easy SEO.
An easy to use, one-stop shop marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very user-friendly and such an asset to our small marketing team. We use it daily to easily build out lead capture forms, CTAs, landing pages, emails, and schedule social media posts. It makes it easy to collaborate, effectively build out campaigns, and execute our overall marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was more robust campaign reporting tool.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has solved our marketing platform needs, giving us a place to store and execute on all of our campaign plans.
