Hubspot Marketing Hub - The One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing hub has made my life easier as a product marketing manager for two different business lines. We were able to eliminate several vendors in our tech stack with all the tools available in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to all of its capabilities, training new users in HubSpot can be a chore. They often feel like they're drinking from a fire house of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to HubSpot, my team used Mailchimp and had to manually upload our marketing lists every time we needed to send a vital email since our native database had no available API integrations with MailChimp. Now that our data is in HubSpot, a manual process that could take 45 minutes to export, clean, de-dupe, and import into our ESP, now takes 30 seconds.
Makes email and content much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot almost every day — especially for posting and scheduling on social media, and sending out marketing emails. In those respects, it’s really solid: it’s clean, intuitive, and I can get things done pretty quickly without constantly wrestling with settings or interfaces. For busy marketing teams, that ease-of-use is a big win.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social media analytics feel off. The numbers don’t always match what I see natively on platforms, and that erodes confidence when I'm measuring performance or reporting.
Segment building is decent, but it could be more intuitive. It’s not always obvious where to start, or what good best practices are — I wish there were more in-tool guidance or templates for building smart segments without overthinking it. I trust the agent that is in place for building segments will get better with time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me streamline daily marketing tasks. I can plan, schedule, and publish social media posts from one place instead of juggling multiple platforms, and I can build and send email campaigns quickly without needing extra tools. That efficiency saves me time and keeps campaigns consistent. It also centralizes my outreach so I have one hub to manage communications instead of bouncing between apps.

An efficient and powerful package with a big upside
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing email feature helps me produce great pieces and distribute them in a targeted way
What do you dislike about the product?
Referring to previous content is very difficult. A pdf of previous emails should be a feature.

HS enables efficient quality updates to stakeholders. It creates better communication and awareness.
HubSpot Has Elevated Our Marketing Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s intuitive interface and powerful automation tools make campaign management seamless. The CRM integration allows for personalized marketing at scale, and the reporting dashboards provide clear insights into performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features require a steep learning curve, and the pricing can be high for smaller teams. Integration with certain third-party tools occasionally lacks depth, which can limit flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving Lead Management: The platform’s automation tools help us capture, nurture, and qualify leads more efficiently. This has reduced manual work and improved our conversion rates.
Very versatile tool for small marketing teams

Helping to automate workflows for inbound leads, sending out marketing email to our subscribers, easy landing page builder to spin up paid advertising landing pages quickly. It reduces the need to coordinate between many different platforms.
Comprehensive Marketing Platform with Strong AI Features, But Watch the Licensing Costs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms simultaneously is a genuine time-saver, whilst the unified content calendar provides excellent visibility of your entire social media strategy.
The robust reporting capabilities offer comprehensive insights into campaign performance, lead attribution, and ROI metrics, with custom report building allowing for tailored analysis that aligns with specific business objectives.
Additionally, the AI assistance in building workflows has streamlined our marketing automation processes considerably, with smart recommendations for workflow triggers and actions helping create more sophisticated nurture campaigns, whilst the AI content suggestions feature speeds up the creation of email sequences and landing page copy.

What do you dislike about the product?
My main frustrations with HubSpot Marketing Hub centre around certain features being locked behind specific seat types, which can create budget constraints and limit team accessibility with team members unable access tools they need without additional licensing costs.
Additionally, identifying which specific activities are driving results versus those that aren't performing can be more complex than expected, as the attribution reporting, whilst comprehensive, sometimes lacks the granular detail needed to make quick tactical adjustments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a game-changer for tackling the chaos of multiple marketing tools that never seemed to talk to each other properly. Before using it, I was constantly switching between different platforms for email campaigns, social media scheduling, landing pages, and analytics - which was not only time-consuming but made it nearly impossible to get a clear picture of what was actually working. Now everything lives in one place, which means I can see the full customer journey without having to export data from five different systems and try to make sense of it all in spreadsheets. The ability to post across multiple social platforms at once has been brilliant - no more logging into Facebook, then LinkedIn, then Twitter individually, which used to eat up hours of my week. The AI workflow builder has also saved me tonnes of time on setting up email sequences and nurture campaigns that used to take ages to configure manually. Plus, the reporting finally gives me proper visibility into which campaigns are actually driving results, making it much easier to show the boss exactly how marketing spend is paying off and where we should double down our efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub impresses with its comprehensive features, user-friendly design, and robust automation capabilities. It excels in analytics and CRM integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pricey for small businesses. Some customization limitations exist, yet overall, it's a powerful all-in-one marketing solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of fragmented marketing efforts by integrating tools for email, social media, content creation, and automation into one platform. This streamlines workflows, enhances efficiency, provides valuable insights through analytics, and fosters cohesive strategies across teams.
An ever-growing box of useful tools!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in one place and that you can integrate almost any app/service. This is very helpful for our small team, since we can all access the data and history. Having social media, email, and several other forms of digital marketing all together, makes tracking campaigns easy. Tasks are also easy to track and even automate! I am excited to see what new features come next.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble with the hub's ability to track email data and contacts that are not engaging. It would be nice to have a way to assist us with reengaging the contacts instead of excluding them from the marketing list completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need data and hubspot delivers that for almost every marketing measurable that we use. It is all in one place and easy to extract the data our upper management needs.
Powerful CRM with Room for Creative Expansion
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate tracking ad expenditure on Google Ads and Meta ads through HubSpot Marketing Hub. It’s a useful feature that helps in managing our advertising budget effectively. Additionally, the ability to handle our email marketing needs smoothly is something I find quite valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it a bit difficult to train all the employees to use HubSpot Marketing Hub and make it a habit. Also, I wish there were more creative designs available to make email marketing easier to use and more catered towards individual brands. Tracking ad expenditure and conversions could also be improved to be more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to track ad expenditure and enhance email marketing, streamlining our CRM processes even though employee training was initially challenging.
